Chapter 541

Chapter 541

“I apologize for that thoughtless request. I realized immediately how unreasonable it was, so just disregard it,” Elianah said, and the elven woman even blushed, which mesmerized Anton.

Anton tried his best to cover his reaction, but he had forgotten that he was just an 18-year-old young man, and every bit of reaction that he had was very obvious to a mature and experienced woman like Elianah.

Elianah smiled at Anton and regained her confidence. After a few minutes of idle chit-chat about his experiences inside the lower floors of the  Corridors of Amuneta dungeon, Laloniah returned with a couple of elven girls who looked the same age as her. The elven girls, when they grouped like that, looked extremely fresh and beautiful.

Anton found them unbelievably beautiful, almost to the point that he felt like they were flowers incarnate. Laloniah was blonde, and her two friends were so different from her, but equally as beautiful. One was a redhead and the second had dark hair. They had the same eyes, though, which were forest green. He almost forgot that they were just kids. He wondered why they looked like they were 16 years old instead of 11, baffled him.

Laloniah introduced them as Mierin and Selanor.

“Since you’re all here, let’s go to the cinema room,” Anton told everyone.

Mr. Jenkins led him and his guests to the room that they had chosen as the cinema room. While they were walking there, he asked the butler to also prepare snacks for his guests.

“I already asked Ms. Noria to prepare them and was informed that they had already laid them down on the table in the cinema room,” Mr. Jenkins discreetly said.

They arrived at a large room capable of seating around 100 people. The chair looked very comfortable, and there was a table at the center that had different types of food like fruits, meats, and cheese. There were also pitchers of different types of beverages. The table was low so as not to obscure the screen.

With Anton’s urging, everyone sat on the sofa.

“I will be showing an animated film especially made for a younger audience. If you’re a little famished, you can eat even in the middle of watching the movie. The bathroom is located on the side, and Ronia or Ms. Orwells can guide you. I will not be watching with you and will return to my office to work on some things. Once you’re done watching, Ronia will lead you to a seating room and I’ll come soon after. Is that alright?” Anton asked, and the elven women nodded.

Elianah even urged him to leave them be since they had already bothered him so much.

“It’s not a bother, Ms. Elianah. It’s a privilege to host beautiful women such as yourselves.”

Thankfully, Anton could now leave a Globe of Browser sharing so he could leave one in the cinema room while he worked on completing the project that Ms. Orwells requested from him, which was to enchant some items.

Regarding the movie that she would show to the young elves, Anton chose Disney’s The Little Mermaid. Anton remembered that it was one of the very first animations that he had shown to his sister, and Anna loved the film. Since Laloniah and her friends were very young girls, it was safe to assume that they would love the Disney film as well.

When everything was ready and Anton saw that the elven women, Ronia, and Ms. Orwells, who had joined them, were comfortable, he and Mr. Jenkins left for the women to enjoy the film.

Anton headed to his workspace to continue enchanting all the items that Ms. Orwells had purchased, and after a couple of hours, he managed to complete ten various enchanted items.

He was interrupted by Mr. Jenkins, though, to inform him that the ladies were finished watching the animated film The Little Mermaid, so he hurriedly went to the cinema room to join them. When he arrived there, he saw that the ladies were eating the snacks that Ms. Noria had prepared for them. He felt a little hungry, so he joined them, and while they were eating, the girls gushed excitedly about the film.

“How was something like that …movie made?” Laloniah asked with shining eyes.

“Well, animators painted different scenes and joined them together to make it seem that the characters are moving. They used technology to achieve something like that,” Anton said.

Then he remembered the small notebook that he used to draw a simple stick figure that looked like it was moving to describe how animation worked to Anna, and he retrieved it from his inventory and showed it to the ladies.

“It’s amazing that such a simple concept was expanded greatly to form something so beautiful!” Elianah commented.

“You know what the most impressive part was? Magic wasn’t involved in its creation. It was all science and technology. They used machines to form the animated movie after artists completed drawing the characters and the scenes,” Anton added.

“I loved that movie so much. It’s fascinating to imagine the world under the sea. Do you think something like that exists in our ocean?” Laloniah asked her sister.

Anton found it a little weird that Elianah didn’t answer and just smiled at her sister. He thought that maybe the elf knew something about kingdoms under the sea, since Anton did speculate that something like that existed. They did encounter monsters while they were traveling on the ocean, and one couldn’t help but imagine that civilization could exist since the oceans of the world were truly large, and one shouldn’t forget that this world was a magical one.

“Thank you for indulging us,” Elianah said to Anton.

“Are you going to host another movie screening?” Laloniah asked while her two friends looked on excitedly.

Elianah looked at her sister and her friends disapprovingly, but the girls ignored the older elf.

“I apologize, but I will be very busy in the next couple of weeks delving dungeon.”

The girls looked sad when they heard that, but they promptly asked Anton to inform them if he was going to host another movie screening so they could attend. Anton promised them that he would invite them if he did so. After that, Elianah, her sister, and her sister’s two friends left for the night.

After the elven women were gone, Ronia and Ms. Orwells thanked Anton for allowing them to watch the movie, since the film was truly fascinating, according to them. He told them that they’re welcome and informed Ms. Orwells that the completed enchanted items were in his workplace that he could get them there.

“Are you planning to return to the dungeon?” Mr. Jenkins asked.

“I will hold off on doing that for another day to complete all of the enchanted items that I need to do. Besides, I need the rest,” Anton answered.

After that, he joined everyone in the dining room for dinner. When dinner was done, Anton returned to his workspace to enchant at least 10 more items. By the time he was finished, he knew that he would complete everything by the next day. He took a bath when he went to his room and then spent time reading his new favorite web novel, which was “The Black Tech Internet Café System”, until he fell asleep.
