Chapter 81 What do you think of my brother?

Shen Xi smiled, "I think he's a nice person. Do you dislike him?"

"I understand his intentions, but I only see him as a friend. He's not my type at all," Qin Si Ye said, looking straight ahead with a composed expression.

Shen Xi couldn't help but ask, "Then what type do you like?"

If she remembered correctly, Qin Si Ye was already 24 years old. Had she not had a boyfriend all these years?

"The person I like must not only be handsome but also brave and just, sunny and responsible. Wei Tao is too shy and lacks masculinity," Qin Si Ye said, glancing at her with a slight smile.

"It sounds like your ideal boyfriend should be a hero. I think Spider-Man fits the description," Shen Xi said, pursing her lips and smiling at her.

"Exactly. Based on my 24 years of life observations, he hasn't appeared yet," Qin Si Ye flashed her a playful smile and continued to look ahead.

Shen Xi sighed softly, realizing there was no hope for Wei Tao.

Relationships were the most perplexing things in the world. Only one truly knew if someone was a good fit or if they liked them.

Suddenly, Qin Si Ye asked, "Sister Xi, what about you? What type do you like?"

"Me... I don't plan on getting a boyfriend. I haven't considered it for now," Shen Xi replied evasively, her eyes flickering.

"Sister Xi, you're a few years older than me, so you should prioritize this. A woman's youth is fleeting; you can't waste this precious time."

Qin Si Ye glanced at her, her eyes shining brightly, "Sister Xi, what do you think of my brother?"

Shen Xi's heart skipped a beat. "Si Ye, don't joke. Your brother is a man at the top of the pyramid. How could I be worthy of him? Besides, doesn't he have a fiancée? Please don't make jokes like this in the future."

Shen Xi was caught off guard by Qin Si Ye's sudden mention of her brother.

She was still unnerved by what happened the night before and didn't want to see him.

"Why aren't you worthy of him? You're fair and delicate, and incredibly capable. I think you'd be a perfect match. As for that Lu Yu Shan, it was purely an accident and can be completely ignored because my brother doesn't like her at all."

Qin Si Ye paused for a moment, then glanced at Shen Xi and continued,

"Sister Xi, I've noticed something. Ever since you came to our house to treat Grandma, he's been coming home more often. I think he might be interested in you."

Interested? The more she talked, the more absurd it became.

"Si Ye, please stop. That's impossible! He's coming back to observe my medical skills and see if they're worth the consultation fee he paid. I hope this topic ends here, and you won't bring it up again." Shen Xi looked at her with wide eyes, her tone serious.

Qin Si Ye hadn't expected her to get angry about it and quickly said, "Okay, okay, I won't say it. Sister Xi, please don't be upset. Since it's not what I thought, I'll never mention it again."

Half an hour later, the two walked into the Qin family's living room together and saw Qin Xiu Yi teaching Xu Zhi Lan how to play with a Rubik's Cube.

"Uncle, you're finally home. Grandma talks about you all day; my ears are almost calloused," Qin Si Ye quickly ran towards them.

"Silly girl, it's not as serious as you say," Xu Zhi Lan playfully glanced at her and then looked up with a smile at Shen Xi, "Xi Xi, you're here?"

"Yes. Grandma," Shen Xi replied naturally.

Xi Xi? Grandma? Why were these two addressing each other so familiarly?

Qin Xiu Yi frowned. It seemed the old lady really liked this Shen Xi.

"Mr. Qin," Shen Xi greeted him politely.

"Dr. Shen, please have a seat," Qin Xiu Yi stood up and offered her a seat.

Qin Si Ye looked at them in surprise. "You two know each other?"

"We've met once," Qin Xiu Yi said, a slight smile playing on his lips.

"Oh," Qin Si Ye didn't probe further. Instead, she looked around and asked, "It's the weekend today. Why isn't my brother home?"
