Chapter 1663: Chapter 1663: You Think You Can Kill My Son Just Like That?
“Damn, he’s not dead yet!”
Evan Foster watched the scene from afar, exclaiming, “Carson Flores, this guy’s gone mad, run!”
The middle-aged man now looked barely human, missing a hand, a leg, half of his body was gone, what’s left was a head attached to half a body with most of the flesh melted away, exposing white bones, and he seemed to be blind in one eye, leaving the other filled with a venomous and crazed gleam.
He had come confidently to hunt down Carson Flores, to finally rid himself of this nuisance, but who could have expected that he’d be in for a surprise!
Carson, this seemingly weak individual, almost killed him outright with some unknown powerful magical treasure!
If he hadn’t sensed something was amiss and fled immediately, if the apparition’s power hadn’t diminished due to the distance, he might have been obliterated by now.
The origin of this apparition was unknown, but under its overwhelming presence, he couldn’t even allow his Primordial Spirit to escape!
So close!
The man’s heart was now filled with venom and hatred; he had but one thought – no matter what, he must kill the two before him.
Carson was equally shocked, but there was only one chance: fail to kill him, and all that remained was to flee!
With a flicker, Carson appeared beside Evan Foster, grabbed him, and in another flash, they were a hundred miles away!
The middle-aged man howled like a Fierce Ghost, severely injured, yet an intense and terrifying aura surged from him, even more dreadful than before!
Carson understood, this guy had gone insane; he no longer cared about his physical injuries, desperate in his attempt to kill them.
Carson dared not leave Evan Foster behind, otherwise, once his magical treasure was exhausted, they would all be annihilated along with everyone under the small tower’s protection!
Carson’s Black Dragon Ring had two more chances!
Carson did not give up!
As long as he was alive, even if there was but a sliver of a chance, Carson would remain calm and give it his all!
Evan Foster was taken aback by how Carson, with a single step, brought them over a hundred miles away.
This guy was really, really deep!
His techniques emerged one after another, completely unpredictable, but always astonishing.
Thinking that Carson came from the Barbarian Wilderness yet possessed such formidable skills, Evan Foster admired him even more.
This guy wasn’t just powerful, he was also loyal!
He could have easily run away by himself, but realizing the pursuer had gone utterly mad, he chose to flee with him without hesitation, not using him as bait to delay the enemy.
“Hang in there, brother!”
“He’s so wounded, he can’t last long!”
“Head east! I’ve already sent a distress signal to my father; he’ll arrive as fast as he can. Once he’s here, we’ll be safe!”
Being carried by Carson, Evan Foster instead felt at ease, both cheering Carson on and continuously pulling out strange talismans and magical treasures from his Space Ring, releasing them behind.
Air Marsh Talisman!
Thunder God Talisman!
True Sun Burst Talisman!
Yin Spiritual Divine Thunder!
…
These talismans or magical treasures were very powerful; although they couldn’t inflict fatal injury on the middle-aged man, they effectively slowed down his approach.
A gleam flickered in the man’s single eye; from his Space Ring, a red elixir flew out directly into his mouth.
Moments later, his body shone with Golden Light, his speed surged again, quickly closing in.
“Damn, he’s speeding up again!”
“Can you go any faster?”
Evan Foster shouted, as Carson kept running relentlessly, yet the enemy was still closing in quickly, charging through two exploding inferno zones, forcing open circular passages hundreds of miles long in the flames.
Carson gritted his teeth, taking a sidestep, then turning back with another step.
Carson actively approached the man’s flank, and just as the man turned his head, Carson once again unleashed the Black Dragon Wave.
He knew he couldn’t kill the enemy with the Black Dragon Wave, but he could definitely exhaust him!
Let’s see who couldn’t hold out first!
The middle-aged man, like a Fierce Ghost, charge against the Black Dragon Wave towards Carson, spraying blood where he passed.
Carson didn’t wait for the second Black Dragon Wave to complete, and immediately unleashed the third.
The two Black Dragon Waves seamlessly connected, forming a continuous and stable shockwave that enveloped the middle-aged man, with countless blade-like streams of Spiritual Energy crashing against him frantically.
The man’s aura surged skyward: “This is all you have; you can’t kill me, today you must die, none of you can survive!”
The Golden Light on the man burst into brilliance, forcing back the surrounding Black Dragon Wave, charging towards the two with eyes full of malevolence and sky-high killing intent.
Has he gotten a second wind?
This fierce?
Carson’s heart skipped a beat; he was about to flee when suddenly the sky shifted, and a Sky-covering Giant Hand appeared out of nowhere, reaching for the middle-aged man.
“You dare harm my son, prepare to die!”
