Anton exited the 20th floor of the Corridors of Amuneta dungeon at around six in the morning. After breakfast in a nearby tavern, he headed directly to the Adventurers Guild branch and sold off the medium mana stones to the people there. Then he requested a brand new portal key for the 20th floor again. He would spend the next two or three days farming the same floor for coins, items, and level.
He wanted to have a lot of gold coins that he could keep in the treasure room in the Rose Manor. Of course, Anton would only store his coins and his items there once his father arrived. When Anders reached Ormunda, he planned to request that the magic academy give Anna a few days' break so they could meet at the manor. Then he wanted to present a treasure room to his father and his sister that was full of treasure.
Anton knew that he would probably need to look into purchasing magical defenses for the manor as well as for the treasure room. He would do that once his father arrived. In the meantime, he felt that the manor was currently safe from any robbers since his coins and treasure were with him.
He then remembered that he forgot to tell Ronia to keep his old house, which he purchased for 3000 gold coins, clean. Anton felt that his father might have a use for it, like giving it to his mercenary group or making it their headquarters or something.
Once he received his bank card with the new amount, which was more or less around 56,000 gold coins, and the dungeon key, Anton didn’t waste any more time and headed directly to the dungeon entrance.
Since it was only around seven in the morning, the queue was short, and after around 10 minutes, he entered the 20th floor of the Corridors of Amuneta dungeon again. When he arrived inside, he saw that the setting was the typical dungeon cavern. The light source of the floor was the glowing stalactites above. After attaching the dungeon floor to his system so the killed monster would provide experience points to his Diablo II character, he summoned all of his summons and just like before, he attached the tent on the back of the Dire Bear, which was large enough to carry it, then made the inside as comfortable as possible. Once he was ready, he activated his Fanaticism Aura and commanded all of his summons to move forward and decimate all the monsters on the floor.
Once Anton settled himself comfortably inside his little tent, which was on top of the dire bear, and felt that his summons were not having any issues defeating the dungeon monsters, he entered his Diablo II system and started leveling up his ladder Amazon. He wanted to reach the maximum level before he returned home. He felt that the combination of his summons killing the dungeon monsters and his focusing on the world of Sanctuary, his Amazon would level up fast.
He didn’t even stop at around noon and allowed his summons to continue clearing the floor. When he got hungry, he ate a quick meal and continued leveling up his Amazon character.
Anton didn’t even stop, even though he was tempted to take a break so he could take a nap or watch a movie or an anime, or even read a web novel. He continued to kill the monsters inside his Diablo II system while his summons killed the dungeon monsters outside.
Surprisingly, at round six in the evening, his Valkyrie interrupted him to report that all the monsters on the floor were dead. Anton immediately went outside the tent, stored everything in his inventory, and dismissed all of his summons.
He saw that his summons managed to collect around 57 medium-level mana stones and only 5 high-level mana stones. They had also managed to collect a lot of enchanted items. After he stored all of the items in his inventory, Anton immediately went outside the dungeon and headed directly to the Adventurers Guild branch to sell his medium-level mana stones and return the dungeon key to get a new one.
His ladder assassin also leveled up from 52 to level 65, which made Anton a little happy.
When he was done in the guild branch, his bank card contained more or less around 113,000 gold coins. Anton also requested a brand new key, and once he received it, he returned immediately to the dungeon entrance so he could enter it. He planned to rest for the night inside the dungeon. Thankfully, there was no queue. Once he was inside, Anton saw that the setting of the floor was a desert. He didn’t mind it, since he would stay inside his tiny tent on top of his Dire Bear anyway. Thankfully, the 20th floor of the Corridors of Amuneta Dungeon was easy for his summons to conquer.
What Anton didn’t know was that what he was doing was considered out of the norm. Powerful beings who could do what he was doing wouldn’t bother conquering floors for the sake of coins since they had other ways to earn wealth.
He repeated what he had done previously regarding attaching the monster kill experience points to his system and activating his Fanaticism aura, and once everything was settled, he commanded his summons to move forward.
Inside his tent, Anton felt comfortable even though the temperature was extremely hot outside. His enchanted items, like his Frozen Orb air conditioner, made sure that it was comfortable. He knew that his father and sister were probably the same as him and were using his items to make sure that the place they were staying in was comfortable, since he had given them a lot of his created enchanted items with them. Since his father was now also a spellcaster, Anders would be able to recharge the mana power banks and use them to fill up the mana storage of his items.
By the time the day ended, his summons completed the floor again and managed to collect 55 medium-level mana stones and 8 high-level mana stones. He stored everything in his inventory and exited the dungeon. Looking briefly at the number of magical gears that came from the dungeons, he didn’t even know which items came from which dungeon anymore because he didn’t take note of that. There was quite a huge number of them, and it was cluttering his inventory. Once Anders arrived, Anton would be relieved to let go of the items.
It was a pity, though, that his summons wasn’t able to collect the body parts from the monsters that he could submit as his quest items because of the complexity of that job. If they could do something like that, his Diamond rank quests would be near completion by now to reach the next rank, which was the Platinum Rank.
It wasn’t that important to Anton, so he would just complete it once he returned to challenging the deeper floors.
Anton’s ladder Amazon character leveled up to level 75. He was happy that even though he was busy earning coins, he wasn’t neglecting leveling up his Diablo II character inside his system because, for now, it was the surest way for him to increase his power.
When Anton checked the time, it was six in the evening, so he immediately went outside the dungeon and sold his medium-level mana stones in the Adventurers Guild branch and requested a brand new level 20th dungeon key again. The guild employee asked him why he was not submitting quest items. He told them candidly that he wasn’t collecting quest items on what he considered the “easy floors” and would return to doing so once he went back to challenging the deeper floors.
The guild employee gaped at him when he said that. Anton did not linger in the guild branch and returned to the dungeon immediately.
