Severus drove his sword into the ground.
A beam of light appeared before him, blocking Muriel’s attack.
"I forgot to tell you, I’m a Paladin. I have plenty of ways to deal with your kind."
Severus raised his giant sword high.
Radiant light shone on Muriel, causing her to emit a white glow. Muriel retreated several paces, her face darkening. "Damn it! He’s a Paladin! The light hurt me!"
Jiang Chen chuckled. "Your class isn’t all that impressive, huh!"
"Don’t underestimate me! I’m just being countered by him. I’m still very strong!" Muriel pouted.
Jiang Chen could only think, Strong? Yeah, right! A single Paladin took you down.
Fortunately, Muriel wasn’t truly harmed. As a Divine Envoy, she was immune to ninety-nine percent of damage, so this minor injury posed no real danger to her.
Alice revealed her status. "Kid, we’re Divine Envoys! You dare attack a Divine Envoy?"

"I thought you were Divine Envoys from the Xileruo World itself! Only Divine Envoys native to the Xileruo World are immune to damage. Haven’t you noticed your Divine Envoy badge is gray?"
"Haha, that’s hilarious! A bunch of country bumpkins think they’re hot stuff just because they became Divine Envoys in some backwater world. Only Divine Envoys *from* the Xileruo World are immune to damage. Here, you’re just ordinary Divine Envoys, nothing special!"
Faced with their derisive laughter, Jiang Chen looked at Alice’s Divine Envoy badge. It was indeed gray.
It seemed these men were telling the truth. Only those who became Divine Envoys within the Xileruo World gained damage immunity there.
Long Zhantian had never told them this.

The seven of them turned to see a Teleporter quaking in fear.
"I... I’m not with them! I’m just the tavern’s Teleporter! I only helped them shut down the portal!"
"I’m not going to kill you, so what are you worried about? Activate the Teleportation Array. We need to go back."
"Understood!"
The Teleporter didn’t dare hesitate and immediately activated the Teleportation Array. The group stepped in and departed.
The Teleporter breathed a sigh of relief. Who exactly were these seven people? Especially that man... how could he be so formidable? Severus was a Second-stage Expert, yet he died just like that! What world did this guy even come from?

"Turns out, we’re only immune to ninety-nine percent of damage in our own world," Muriel mused.
"Then it’s not very useful, is it!"
Jiang Chen said, "How could it be useless?"
"What use is it then?"
"Well, you could become Divine Envoys in the Xileruo World. You’re all First-stage now. Later, you can apply for a transfer from our world. Wouldn’t that solve the problem for being here?"
The others laughed.

A voice came from the Badge: "What? You’ve reached the Xileruo World?"
"Yes," Jiang Chen replied.
"Wait right there. I’ll come find you."
"Alright."
Soon, Gregory Arlin emerged from a Teleportation Array. Seeing Jiang Chen and his companions, she smiled. "You made it! Come on, follow me back to the Gregory Family. I’m in the middle of raising a pet!"
Jiang Chen nodded and followed Gregory Arlin.
Jiang Chen asked, "Arlene, I’d like for them to become Divine Envoys of the Xileruo World."
Arlene looked surprised. "Become Divine Envoys of the Xileruo World?"
