"Ah... Thank you..." Aileen dumbfoundedly accepted the skewer. She didn’t even know why she accepted it in the first place since it was clearly not the time to do it.

How could he not feel insulted?
To everyone’s surprise, the moment Brian punched Clovis, the latter slapped that fist from the side and knocked it away. Brian was stunned, but he hurriedly followed with the other fist, but Clovis’ hand simply moved in the opposite direction and knocked it away with the back of his palm.
Each time Clovis hit his opponent, a thunderous shock wave occurred, allowing Clovis to match the strength of a Tier 7 human.
Brian then kicked his legs, but Clovis jumped up, avoiding it. This kick was a distraction.

The fist blew him away. Even if Clovis could match his strength, his defense shouldn’t be up to par. That punch should be enough to break Clovis’ arms.
"Lepus Giganteus." Clovis kicked the floor as if he were like a rabbit. Thanks to Archelon Ischyros, a turtle from the late Cretaceous era, Clovis managed to receive the impact with no problem.
Then, he closed the gap between them in a single kick.
"!!!" Brian was shocked. How could he actually recover? How could he remain fine even after receiving that punch?
Brian joined both hands and smashed Clovis from above.
"Proconsul." Clovis grabbed Brian’s arms and spun his body, climbing Brian’s arms as if he were a monkey climbing a tree.
"You... stop messing around!" Brian waved his arms to shake Clovis off.
Clovis jumped into the air, did a backflip, and dropped a kick. "Entelodon."

The power of the kick caused Brian to grit his teeth. The ground underneath him cracked, but his body managed to withstand the impact of a dropkick with the addition of Entelodon, a pig with thick muscles.
In fact, Brian just got angrier and turned around and punched him, but before he realized it, Clovis was already a few meters away from him. More importantly, his hand was already holding the sword.
’Since when...’ Brian sucked a cold breath and glanced down, realizing that the sword was already gone.
"Andrewsarchus mongoliensis." Clovis waved his sword. Another roar was produced as the sword strike traveled toward Brian.

Although Brian continued fighting, all of them could see that Clovis was toying with Brian. Brian’s strength couldn’t be underestimated, but Clovis was still beyond him.
Although it would be hard for Clovis to defeat Brian, playing around while injuring him shouldn’t be that big of an issue. After all, Clovis had trained under Mara and managed to utilize his unique ability properly.
