Feng Mu stood there blankly, not saying a word.
Seeing Feng Feng's unusual state when the wind picked up, Feng Qi Shi quickly grabbed two bagged bread rolls and ran to the entryway. "Mom, please move aside," he said, quickly changing his shoes.
Feng Mu consciously moved aside and looked at Feng Qi Shi as he passed her, saying, "Don't give it to her. Just let her starve."
Feng Qi Shi didn't reply. He opened the door and ran out.
Feng Sen walked up to Feng Mu, put his arm around her shoulder, and said, "Mom, don't mind her. She's close to Dad."
Feng Mu looked up at Feng Sen, gave a forced smile, and turned to go back to the dining room with him.
Feng Qi Shi caught up to Feng Feng at top speed. "Feng Feng, stop!"
Hearing this, Feng Feng stopped, turned to look at Feng Qi Shi, and asked weakly, "Is that Mu An Xiao from yesterday... better?"
"She's fine," Feng Qi Shi said.
Feng Feng nodded. "That's good." As she spoke, she reached out and took the bread Feng Qi Shi handed her. "Thanks, brother."
"Don't mention it. Let's go together," Feng Qi Shi said.
Feng Feng nodded and walked toward the community gate with Feng Qi Shi.
Then, a gust of wind blew, and Feng Feng's body suddenly leaned forward. Immediately, she stopped.
Feng Qi Shi also stopped and looked at Feng Feng with confusion, asking, "What's wrong?"
Feng Feng blinked and said, "Someone just pushed me."
"Someone pushed you?" Feng Qi Shi said, looking behind Feng Feng. "Maybe you're mistaken. I didn't touch you either."
"Maybe," Feng Feng said, and continued walking forward with Feng Qi Shi.
After leaving the community, Feng Qi Shi saw Zhang Yan and Mu An Xiao as he put Feng Feng in the car.
"Why are you guys here?" Feng Qi Shi ran up and asked.
"Why are you here?" Zhang Yan questioned.
"No, this is my home, remember?" Feng Qi Shi asked, looking at Zhang Yan.
Hearing Feng Qi Shi's words, Zhang Yan suddenly reacted, looked around, and smiled, "I really did forget."
Mu An Xiao looked at Feng Qi Shi expressionlessly and asked, "How is your sister?"
Feng Qi Shi thought of Feng Feng's illusion just now, then hesitated. He felt there was no need to mention it, so he casually replied, "She went to school just now."
"That's good," Mu An Xiao said, nodding without any apparent reaction.
Seeing that Mu An Xiao didn't react, Feng Qi Shi breathed a sigh of relief.
"Are you going to school?" Zhang Yan asked.
"Yeah, I'm off," Feng Qi Shi said, pointing in the direction of the school.
"Bye," Zhang Yan waved.
Mu An Xiao said nothing again.
Feng Qi Shi glanced down at Mu An Xiao and walked past them toward the school.
Zhang Yan looked sideways at the unburdened Feng Qi Shi and said, "He doesn't even carry a backpack to school."
"It wasn't brought back yesterday," Mu An Xiao said faintly.
Hearing this, Zhang Yan smiled, "You are truly a person of few words."
"I don't like it here," Mu An Xiao said, looking around. "Why did you bring me here?"
"There's a great breakfast place here, especially the seafood congee which is exceptionally fresh. Enjoy yourself for the next week," Zhang Yan said, walking ahead.
Mu An Xiao sighed and followed Zhang Yan.
At noon, after Zhang Yan had lunch with Mu An Xiao, they arrived outside Feng Qi Shi's school.
"Why did you bring me here?" Mu An Xiao asked, confused.
"You come in with me," Zhang Yan said, pointing at the school gate.
Mu An Xiao frowned and said, "The security guards here probably won't let us in, will they?"
Zhang Yan gave a profound smile, walked to the school gate, and said, "Open the gate."
The security guard, hearing Zhang Yan's command, showed impatience on his face. "You want me to open it, so I'll open it? Are you a teacher here?"
