Chapter 221: Chapter 221: First Night
Today’s wedding reception was very lively and ended sweetly. That evening, the newlyweds were busy making out with each other. Victoria wore red lingerie she had purchased long ago to enjoy their first night together with her husband. Although they had done it many times before, this first night was the most anticipated moment of her life.
The atmosphere in the room began to heat up, causing both of them to sweat profusely and their breathing to become increasingly labored. Matthias paused his devouring of his wife’s neck for a moment to give himself a breather.
"Tory, I’m sorry I overdid it."
Victoria shook her head weakly, wiping away the sweat that continued to stream down her face. "It’s okay. I never stopped you from doing it."
"Actually, I wanted to ask you a question. Last time, you seemed reluctant to have a child with me. Are you still traumatized by the miscarriage?"
In fact, Victoria was still contemplating the possibility of having children in the future. Although her life with Matthias now felt peaceful, she was still traumatized by a past incident that haunted her to this day. Should she let that trauma haunt her for the rest of her life? How long would she continue like this?
"Tory, if you hadn’t wanted to have a child by now, I wouldn’t have scolded you."
"Actually, I’m still afraid something will happen to me. The accident haunts me to this day. Every time I think about having a child, my mind immediately turns to those negative thoughts."
"Tory..."
"But, after much thought, I can’t stay like this forever. I don’t want to be a loser stuck in a dark past. If I continue like this, we won’t have a child forever." Victoria gripped her husband’s hands tightly. "I still want to see you play a good father to our child. I can see how much you cared for me when I was pregnant."
Matthias pressed his lips to the back of his wife’s hand. "Besides being a good father, I’ve always been a good husband to you. You don’t need to be afraid anymore. You’re right. The more you fear, the more that fear will haunt you forever."
"Now I want to forget all those dark times. Even though I failed to be a good mother before, now I want to change everything."
His brow furrowed at his wife’s negative words. "Why do you consider yourself a bad mother?"
"Because I failed to protect my own child."
Matthias rolled his eyes and hugged his wife tightly. "Don’t blame yourself for the miscarriage. It was actually someone else who wanted to harm you; you couldn’t have done anything about it."
"Matty..."
"I could see how you were during your pregnancy. You genuinely loved our baby and took such good care of yourself. I loved seeing your smile, even though you were experiencing morning sickness every morning. So, I don’t want you to blame yourself anymore."
Victoria let out a tearful cry as she slowly stroked her husband’s broad back. "Now I don’t have to be afraid anymore. Since you’ve been in my life, I’ve been so happy. You’ve never been angry with me."
Matthias laughed mischievously and gently pinched his wife’s cheek. "I’ll tell you off if you say anything nonsense again."
"This time, I won’t talk nonsense anymore. After we said our wedding vows, I want to make our little family even sweeter."
"I want to continue our previous business which is still unfinished."
Once again, the newlyweds were passionately devouring each other in bed. Addicted to their passion, they now covered themselves with the blanket. One by one, their clothes were thrown to the floor, including the bras and panties. It was unknown what was happening inside, but the only sounds in the room were the sounds of sexy moans and happy laughter, filling the romantic atmosphere.
When the sun shines on the newlyweds’ room, they continue to laze in bed as a result of the whole night doing it full of passion until they don’t know the time. As a result they wake up in the afternoon.
Victoria, who had woken up first, stared at her husband’s handsome face as he slept. Her hands slowly touched his handsome face, and her lips slowly approached the sexy lips in front of her.
"My husband, thank you for yesterday’s incredibly romantic wedding. I will never forget those beautiful moments from morning until night."
Suddenly, a kiss on her lips made her stare widen. She touched her lips where they had been kissed and felt her cheeks heat up.
Matthias furrowed his eyebrows. "Why are you looking at me like that? Did I kiss you wrong all of a sudden?"
"Weren’t you still sleeping earlier? I was just surprised when you suddenly kissed me earlier."
"Actually, I’ve been awake for a while."
"Then, why do you look like you’re still sound asleep?"
A mischievous smile spread across his handsome face. "Because I wanted to hear your voice. Sometimes you’re so shy when you want to express what’s on your mind."
Victoria immediately hid under the blanket, but Matthias held her back and then opened the blanket up to her neck.
"I thought so, your attitude hasn’t changed since then. You’re a shy woman when it comes to this."
"So you’ve been listening to what I said?"
Matthias blinked innocently as he stared up at the ceiling. "Besides hearing your words, I can also feel your tiny fingers touching my face."
"Next time I won’t do it secretly. I’m so embarrassed."
His strong arms returned to embrace his wife’s body, which was only clad in underwear. "You can go back to sleep if you’re still sleepy."
"This is what you did to devour me all night long!"
"Aren’t you doing the same thing? You keep attacking me like always."
"Anyway, I just want to sleep for ten minutes. After that, we have to get ready for the airport. I can’t wait to go on our honeymoon with you."
"Even though the holidays we’ve been on, I always think of them as honeymoons."
