Gods Vanish on a Cloudy Day

Volume 3 - End of Volume Summary (Bonus Chapter Updated)

The third volume is finished. Writing a volume in less than a month feels like a huge clash with my previous habits... In the past, this much plot would have taken me two and a half months to write.

This month I’ve also been updating with 10,000 words a day, averaging 10,000 words a day. Although I can't update at a stable time due to physical reasons, wouldn't you give me some monthly tickets, recommendations, and rewards?

The main theme of the second volume is the Earth storyline. In general, it is based on the protagonist, releasing the setting and related plot lines of the Earth side, and elaborating on some of the plot thinking and settings of this book.

Although I have repeated it many times, I still want to say that this Earth is not our Earth. Please do not compare it with the events of our Earth. Thank you for your cooperation. I don’t want the book to be banned because of the comments.

I repeat this point again, please readers, don’t post like this. I will delete it directly when I see it.

In fact, at the beginning, I originally wanted to name it Holy Terra to avoid harmony, and also to better show that this is an架空架空架空 (jiàkōng) world view, but I felt that I would be criticized like, 'Are you a traitor? Why use the name of a foreigner?' 'Why don't you write in Latin?' Anyway, everyone knows that is the third planet.

Obviously, the Earth in this book is very special, so can those who complain about why the Earth is the center of the multiverse calm down a bit? It’s already good that I didn’t write about the Myriad Worlds Heavenly Sphere. You have to learn to try to accept the author's settings!

Personally, I think the plot of the second volume is very smooth. Some people say that the battle is anticlimactic, but what else? Su Zhou is currently invincible on Earth, and it is impossible for me to force him to have a back-and-forth fight.

Anyway, I enjoyed writing it, and I personally think the rhythm is well-paced. I also feel comfortable writing it! After all, I rely on detailed outlines and a momentum to write. Since I subconsciously killed the Boss in one chapter, it means that it will indeed die in one chapter. Reversing it again would be a bit of a pain.

When I am comfortable, the updates will be faster, and everyone will enjoy reading it. It’s a win-win situation.

As for the extra chapters, there will probably be one in each volume. They are all free. Just read them, and I suggest everyone read them, because the extra chapters also have plots related to the main line, so it is best not to skip them casually.

The current results of this book are also quite good, even exceeding the completed results of Burning Steel Soul. I am really flattered and beyond my imagination.

Originally, I should have added more updates to thank the readers for their support, but because I need to go back to my hometown for a medical examination and plan for the New Year during this period, the updates will be slowed down for a few days—so recently I finished writing the third volume with extra updates. Probably the beginning of the fourth volume may be updated relatively slowly. After I go back and stabilize the updates, it will probably be the time when the plot of the fourth volume gets on track.

In short, readers, please be considerate. Thank you very much, *yingyingying*.

That's about it, thank you for reading. The story of the fourth volume is even more exciting—if it’s not exciting, it will flop.

Also, thank you to all the book friends who gave rewards. You are awesome, 5555!

Tomorrow, the first chapter of the fourth volume will probably be updated in the afternoon.
