Within the Secret Realm, behind several layers of concealment and obfuscation formations, a slender figure sat with their long, exposed legs crossed. It was a woman. And not just any ordinary woman.
She was exactly nine feet tall, had pale skin that glistened with a healthy, alluring sheen, accentuated by a head full of wild braided hair with two long strands that exquisitely framed her narrow chin. She appeared young, barely twenty in terms of her youthful exuberance, yet one could tell that time was not able to define her appearance.
The Arachnids for example integrated members of Neith's Star-Devourer species into themselves, acquiring fragments of their power without overwriting or clashing with their cultivation base. These entities’ bloodline essence didn't contradict the path of the Mortal Dao or Mystic Dao.
However, acquiring them was another matter altogether, which was why most cultivators were human or human-esque, cultivating their physiques to resemble such an appearance.
But from the aura he sensed, the bloodline fluctuations were pure-blooded celestial, not externally cultivated or altered in the slightest.
“She's quite something. Woo-wee. Femme fatale vibes." Magus communicated, subtly warning Wei Wuyin to rein in his lust.
Hearing the hint, Wei Wuyin glanced downwards and found his lower body was pitching a ferocious imprint, threatening to escape his robes. Frowning slightly, he had almost forgotten that his Yang Source Quintessence was not only split, but similarly enhanced by an ungodly level.
It's not me, Wei Wuyin commented as he sent his perception into his Sea of Consciousness, staring at the palatial library that was Magus' Mystic Form. It was exuding intense Everlasting Energies.
“Did you use my Yang Source as a foundation for your Heart of Qi?" Wei Wuyin asked with a lifted brow.
"Oh..." Magus began to recede its Everlasting Energy that was circulating throughout Wei Wuyin's body. It wanted to test out the long-term refinement effects of this unique gi on his body, not expecting it to stimulate that part to an extreme.
"My sense of awareness is so disjointed from my soul” Wei Wuyin remarked in a whisper. He couldn't feel his raging dragon. It felt as if his entire body was a machine that functioned as a singular whole but didn't communicate at all.
According to various journals of scholarly experts who've treaded this path, this was normal for new Soul of Mysticism cultivators. It was called Bodily Dissonance by the Sages, comparing it to Temporal Dissonance and Spatial Dissonance but for the physical body. This was a sign of an unconsolidated cultivation base for those at the Mystic Ascendant Realm. Fortunately, unlike the Mortal Realms, he simply needed to attune his mind, body, essence, and spirit into a state of synchronization.
Normally, this could take centuries of adaptation. But Wei Wuyin was a Heavenly Saint Alchemist, so he had made preparations for this day even before he acquired that title. With a wave of his hand, he brought out a bottle containing sixteen pills. These were Unity Threading Pills. They were extraordinarily unique, requiring Unity Essence from the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm or someplace similar, and were high-tier Mystic-Earth graded products.
Due to being the creation of multiple Worldly Saint Alchemists with the assistance of a Heavenly Saint Alchemist of the past generation, it was regarded as part of the generalized lineage of the Utmost Purity Galaxy's Alchemic Dao, belonging to no specific lineage. It was designed exactly for that purpose, to increase the rate of adaptation and reduce Bodily Dissonance and a whole host of other issues.
"We're going to need more," Eden stated.
Wei Wuyin sighed. "This'll have to do for now," he said, tossing the pills into his mouth as the Mystic Cores sent out wisps of their mystic power to claim their portion. He didn't have to refine it himself.
"So this is how a Spirit of Cultivation refines pills! EXTRAORDINARY!" Magus was hyped at this experience. Wei Wuyin envied him a little. They digested the pill with ease that far exceeded any cultivator, sending its alchemical efficacy into his Sea of Consciousness, fleshy Heart, and Dantian, creating a translucent thread that slowly assisted the process. Wei Wuyin looked down at his bulging pants, slowly gaining some sensation and control. By this point, this young conqueror of the heavens had noticed that he was being observed by the Supreme Existence. He double-checked the Quintessential Thread of Existential Self within his Major Authorities, sensing that it was intact and restrained, completely within his control.
He sent out spiritually an open transmission.
BOOOOOOM:!t
A thunderous explosion erupted, generating a Spiritquake! The spiritually seismic force was intentionally, however whether intended or not, an eruption of spiritual strength shattered the three dimensions of space, threatening to stir time and its natural flow into a hazardous mess, while light and chaos mana were expelled violently away, becoming absent within a range of twenty million miles of Wei Wuyin!
If he had sent this in a starfield, the entire starfield would have been eradicated into dust by a mere Spiritual Transmission!
The event caused Void Creatures nearby to shriek and cry in horror. They fled fast, and those who couldn't flee far enough were directly slammed by the wave of spiritual strength their spirits snuffed out. They became empty husks—deceased.
He had only transmitted a single word. A SINGLE WORD! Not even a sentence!
"Shit." Wei Wuyin spat as he held out his hand, put both fingers together, and millions of tiny illusory Mystic Runes swirled about his hand as he—
—SNAP!
Temporal Reversion!
In the blink of an eye, the violently shoved chaos mama, light, energy, and essence, including those “innocent’ Void Creatures were returned to their original locations as if the immediate region of twenty million miles hadn't experienced a cataclysmic spiritquake.
The experience akin to turning back the clock on causality was unimaginably phenomenal. It was as if he had become a Divinity of Time, wielding the divine powers of a great dao. While he could have done so easily by relying on his authority, he desired to test out his Mystic Ascendant powers. And what a wonderful result.
The Supreme Existence was startled. She stood up, her eyes narrowing with a keen light, observing Wei Wuyin through her formations as if he couldn't see her. She thought for a second, then she pressed her slender fingers on her face and gently swiped down. Her body began to vibrate as she transformed. She became a hunched, wrinkled old woman with a crane that possessed a white fox-head, her fox tails wrapped around her body, becoming white and azure robes that covered everything, and her eyes' pupils lost their starry presence. She resembled a crone, ancient and wise, almost trustworthy and experienced. Even her aura was less seductive, exuding a wise, scholarly radiance. Her transformation art was exquisitely refined, modifying her intrinsic qualities to the most detailed level. Wei Wuyin would have still seen through her art with his Celestial Eyes even if he hadn't seen it firsthand, but it was wonderfully profound nevertheless. She exited her Secret Realm, standing upon a platform of solid azure qi. She controlled the platform to soar toward Wei Wuyin, her aura was open and exposed, showcasing that she had no intention to act aggressively.
“I must thank you, Fellow Daoist." Her voice reverberated spiritually, sounding like an ancient wise woman who had experienced the ups and downs of life.
"..." Wei Wuyin was facing an unexpected issue. He couldn't speak spiritually, and this was the Dark Void, so while he spoke audibly, it was inaudible without any air particles. He couldn't communicate in his current condition.

He brought out a blank notebook. This caught the Supreme Existence by surprise. With an ink pen, he decided to communicate through written form.
Then, he wrote in Mysticism: "I like your other form better." He blinked at the old woman, his eyes carrying a hint of a smile.
The atmosphere immediately became tense and awkward, especially as the Supreme Existence in the form of an old woman was greatly surprised in mind yet kept her outward facial features with an expression of innocent confusion. "Pardon?"
Wei Wuyin chuckled, dismissing her desire for deceit, writing: "What's your name?"
"..." Along moment of silence passed in the Dark Void. It seemed she was deciding her next move. She glanced at Wei Wuyin's lower half, and then heaved a sigh. She spoke, but her wise voice transformed into a velvety, sensually deep tone that was enough to ignore the blazing flames in the loins of men of all ages and orientations. It was laced with a spiritual gi that affected the mind.
Her words were: "My name is Kang Min-ji, Fellow Daoist."
Wei Wuyin didn't mind the spiritual qi laced within her voice. It wasn't targeted at him, but likely a passive effect of her Cultivation Method that affected all those who heard her real voice. For ordinary folks, they would be bewitched in an instant, forever enslaved by their primal desires.
"Nice to meet you, Kang Min-ji." Wei Wuyin politely wrote. Even her naming sense was of the typical style for the Celestial Race. "Wei Wuyin of Red Dove City," he added as he introduced himself.
"...You don't mind if I stay in this form, do you?" She asked with a laziness within her voice, which only amplified the seductive allure within.
"Do what you wish," Wei Wuyin responded. He didn't have any lustful thoughts. At the moment, he could barely control the flowing innate paragonic mystic energies within him to the point that communicating spiritually was enough to cause a calamity.
"Thank you." She nodded, returning to her old and wise voice, lacking any seductive quality. Sensing it now, he realized her voice still contained the same spiritual i within. There was a strong chance that her voice only inspires certain emotions, capable of changing their conveyed intention at will.
“I'm at your service for the coming decades. I must inform you that, after being imprisoned, my cultivation base has barely recovered. While your Soul Pill and other products have helped significantly, Ill need more time to digest them than three months. I can only exert the strength of a low-tier Microheaven Envoy." Kang Min-ji's words caused Wei Wuyin to frown. Not because she was still in a weakened state, or that she was lying about having yet to refine all the products in their entirety, but that she had mentioned that she was cultivating for three months.
Wei Wuyin's gaze shifted to the Utmost Purity Galaxy.
“Three months...
Writing in his notebook, he held it up to her: "I'd like to learn about your situation. Why were you imprisoned here? By whom? For how long? And what's your cultivation base? In any order."
Kang Min-ji expected this.
As she began to lay out her past, or whatever fabricated tale she wished to spin as he could tell they were all lies, Wei Wuyin read the lingering messages sent to his Void Ring. As he reached a particular message, his silver eyes shone with killing intent!
Erdiul's Note: Don't know what you guys were expecting. Of course it's a woman. Also, bro is so powerful he turned into a mute.
