"Yes, work is indeed quite dull and boring," Margarita said with a smile.
"Doing the same work every year gives one a sense of utter tedium," Vados sighed. "Now, when I go out to destroy planets, even if it's just for a moment, or a mere flick of my finger, I'm simply too lazy to do such work."
"So, Lord Vados, how much longer do you plan to be in retirement?" Margarita asked.
"Just a few more decades," Vados mused. "That guy Toppo is basically ripe."
"While Mr. Toppo's strength is certainly remarkable within our universe, looking at the entire multiverse, if he were to become a God of Destruction... he would likely be at the bottom of the barrel among all the Gods of Destruction," Margarita replied.
"How can one see a rainbow without going through the wind and rain?" Vados said with a smile. "Let the other Gods of Destruction give him a good thrashing; I believe he will grow quickly."
"Lord Vados is right," Margarita nodded, finding no fault with Vados's words.
Just as Margarita finished speaking, she suddenly sensed something and looked up at the sky.
"Oh my, we have visitors," Margarita smiled.
"Is it Toppo who has arrived?" Vados was taken aback.
"It's not Mr. Toppo, it's a God of Destruction from another universe," Margarita replied.
"A God of Destruction from another universe? What are they doing coming to our universe?" Vados muttered.
"It's Lord Rumsshi and Sister Kusu," Margarita had now sensed the identities of the approaching beings.
"Rumsshi? What the hell is that scoundrel doing here? I have no common ground with that guy, tell him to scram," Vados grumbled, then added, "If it were Lord Heles, I might be a little interested. After all, Heles is the only female God of Destruction, and I do enjoy playing with female Gods of Destruction."
"Hoh hoh hoh... Indeed, there's not much fun to be had with an elephant," Margarita chuckled.
"Isn't that the truth," Vados nodded, his eyes lighting up. "But it's fine, I'll bully him a bit later and have some fun riding him."
"Lord Vados, perhaps it's best not to fight. Our universe cannot withstand a battle between two Gods of Destruction like yourselves," Margarita sighed.
"Hmph, we'll see," Vados looked up at the sky.
Two streams of light of different colors flickered in the sky.
"Whoosh! Whoosh!"
The next moment, Vegeta and two others descended from the sky, landing opposite Vados and Margarita.
"Yo, who do I see? Isn't that Rumsshi? What wind blew you here?" Vados said with a smile, looking at Rumsshi.
Then, Vados quickly noticed Vegeta carrying Kusu.
Vados's reaction was incredibly swift.
Could this guy be Rumsshi's disciple?
If that were the case...
He intends for his disciple to spar with my disciple.
Kusu and Margarita also exchanged bows and greetings.
Vegeta, however, stared intently at Margarita.
This beautiful angel with twin ponytails was truly stunning.
"Rumsshi, have you started taking disciples too?" Vados asked with a smile. "What? Are you planning to retire?"
"Hmph, retirement is hardly the case. I'm just bored, so I took on a disciple for fun," Rumsshi said with a light laugh. "So, Vados, your disciple has been with you for over a hundred years now, right? I've only been teaching my disciple for twelve years. Both of them are essentially trainee Gods of Destruction. How about letting them spar?"
"Certainly," Vados nodded, readily agreeing.
"Where is your disciple?" Rumsshi asked, not seeing Toppo.
"He's training on Pride Planet and rarely comes back," Vados replied. He then instructed Margarita, "Margarita, contact Toppo now and tell him to come back as soon as possible."
"Understood, Lord Vados," Margarita nodded and took her staff to contact Toppo.
Margarita quickly established contact with Toppo.
"How is it? When do you plan to come?" Rumsshi asked.
"It will take at least two days to return here from Pride Planet," Margarita replied.
"What? It takes that long? Let's go pick him up then," Rumsshi said, lacking that much patience.
"Margarita, why don't you go pick him up?" Vados suggested.
Two days was indeed quite a long time.
And during those two days, they would also have to attend to Vados's needs for food and drink.
After all, guests should be treated well.
So, the sooner this spar could happen, the better.
"Very well, Lord Vados," Margarita agreed.
"And bring back Toppo's senior disciple too," Vados winked at Margarita.
"Senior disciple?" Margarita mumbled.
"Yes, Jiren. Margarita, have you forgotten that I have two disciples?" Vados smiled triumphantly.
Margarita suddenly understood.
Lord Vados was playing the trump card.
Lord Vados was afraid that Toppo might not be a match for that brat, so he wanted to bring Jiren back too.
If Jiren were to step in, our universe would surely achieve victory.
Actually, Margarita considered, Lord Vados's worries were not without reason.
If Lord Rumsshi had come with his disciple, he must have had absolute confidence in winning.
Therefore, bringing Jiren back was an excellent choice.
"Senior disciple?" Rumsshi was surprised. "What senior disciple? You have two disciples?"
"Of course. Did you think I only took one disciple? I took the other one a long time ago," Vados said with a smile. "However, he has already completed his training, and I haven't seen him for a very long time."
Rumsshi: ...
Rumsshi suddenly had a bad feeling.
A miscalculation, a miscalculation.
He hadn't expected this guy to have another disciple.
Rumsshi immediately turned to look at Vegeta, his eyes seeming to ask:
Do you have confidence?
"Don't worry about how many disciples he has, it doesn't matter," Vegeta said calmly. "Also, beautiful angel, how long would it take you to go and come back?"
"It would take about 40 minutes round trip," Margarita chuckled. "Beautiful angel... Hehe, I quite like that name."
"There's no need for all that trouble. Just take me with you, and we can fight directly on their planet," Vegeta replied.
"What do you think, Vados?" Rumsshi asked Vados, slightly relieved by Vegeta's confident demeanor.
"Of course, no problem," Vados nodded. "The little guy doesn't look very old, but he certainly has high fighting spirit."
