Chapter 1 The Heart of the Changzi

Despite having dealt with the Changzi countless times, the Changzi on this planet was still the largest and most incredible individual he had ever known. And within this unprecedentedly enormous creature were organizational organs that perfectly matched its scale.

Hao Ren had studied the Changzi samples he had on hand. He knew that these super-lifeforms, which could grow to the size of a planet, actually had surprisingly small "brains" relative to their size. The sudden changes and the surrounding movements made everyone tense instantly: Lily drew her ice and fire double blades, Nangong Sanba raised his war crossbow and talisman cards, and the trio of Hesperides, after using their wings to assist in mastering the tricks of action here, also immediately prepared for battle. In the end, the only one on the scene who remained unchanged and as usual was Nangong Wuyue - because this coward had curled himself into a ball from the beginning. "It seems like something is coming out..." Lily looked nervously at the huge tissue that had come to life like it had been resurrected. "Wait, it seems to be broken! A lot of holes are broken! Blood is flowing out!"

The huge biological tissue seemed to have countless wounds cut open on its own, and as Lily said, red liquid was gurgling out of each opening. However, this "blood" did not fly into the air. Hao Ren scurried and ran towards the safe area, while taking out his weapon to fight back and yelling at the top of his lungs: "No need to guess! Get your weapons! Kill this thing!"
