Chapter 27 Let Me Come

"I'll do it," Er Zhu said, stopping Sun Er Niang as she prepared to rush in. He slowly walked into the house.

The River God had recently taught him about childbirth in the book 'Ten Thousand Diseases and Miscellaneous Medicine,' and he wanted to practice.

"What do you know, you young man? That's a woman in there, do you understand women?"

"Er Niang, where did you find this idiot? Tell him to scram!"

"Er Niang, call the police, don't listen to this fool!"

...

Before Er Zhu had taken more than a few steps, the village doctors were shouting at him as if he were responsible for the pregnant woman's distress.

Hearing them, Sun Er Niang pushed aside a village doctor and retorted, "Er Zhu can cure heart disease, why can't he deliver a baby!"

As soon as she finished speaking, Sun Er Niang pulled Er Zhu inside. The village doctors were angry, but this was the Sun family's home, so they couldn't say much. To put it bluntly, if the Sun family wanted to court disaster, they had no reason to stop them!

As Er Zhu entered the room, he was met with the smell of blood and the sounds of a woman's moans. The Sun family members looked at Er Zhu, feeling it was inappropriate, but seeing Sun Er Niang's anger, they all stepped aside. They didn't trust Er Zhu's medical skills, but Sun Er Niang's words held some truth. No matter what, it was a glimmer of hope.

Inside, the woman lay with her legs spread weakly. Er Zhu looked and saw two small feet protruding.

"Er Zhu, you must save Xiao Hua! Xiao Hua always gave you food before." Seeing Er Zhu, Sun Lao Er grabbed his hand as if he had found his last hope. Lying on the kang was his beloved woman, and inside her belly, his most cherished child. He couldn't lose either of them!

"Everyone, please leave," Er Zhu said calmly after examining the situation. Sun Lao Er wanted to say more but feared wasting time and joined the others outside.

Once everyone had left, Er Zhu approached Xiao Hua and gently examined her abdomen.

"Don't be afraid, I'll massage you, and the baby will be born!" he reassured her, seeing the apprehension in her eyes. He placed his hands on her swollen belly. The main problem wasn't premature labor, but the baby's breech position! In this case, he would use acupuncture and massage to help the baby descend!

Er Zhu took out his cloth bundle again and inserted a few needles at the base of Xiao Hua's thighs. Xiao Hua was about to cry out when she suddenly felt the baby shift downwards! A few needles had already provided relief! Incredible! This was simply miraculous!

Er Zhu took a deep breath, his hands hovering above Xiao Hua's abdomen. Ordinary massage techniques wouldn't help with childbirth, but he was using his internal energy! As waves of warmth flowed into Xiao Hua's body, the infant slowly began to descend.

In less than half an hour, Sun Er Niang outside heard the cry of a newborn!

"She's born!" Sun Er Niang's eyes widened in disbelief as she stared into the room, her expression complex. She had only dared to hope, but she never expected it to succeed! She knew Er Zhu was skilled in medicine, but she hadn't imagined his skills were so profound! No wonder they called him the little miracle doctor!

Meanwhile, the village doctors hidden in the crowd had equally stunned expressions. They stared at each other, speechless, not knowing what to say. It was too fantastical! They, who had been practicing traditional medicine for decades and were helpless, had been outdone by a young man! Even if he had learned from birth, his medical skills couldn't possibly be this high! It was, without exaggeration, a medical miracle! Though they found it hard to believe, the baby's loud cries forced them to accept the reality.

As everyone stood in shock, Er Zhu slowly emerged from the house.

"Er Niang, congratulations. Mother and child are safe!"

Seeing Er Zhu's calm demeanor, Sun Er Niang nodded repeatedly, then suddenly knelt on the ground. There was no mockery now, only boundless gratitude!

"Thank you, Er Zhu. From this day forward, you are the Sun family's greatest benefactor!"

"Er Zhu, you are our brother. Anyone who dares to bully you, we'll fight them!" Sun Er Niang's words were not yet finished when Sun Lao Da and Sun Lao Er looked at Er Zhu with utmost sincerity and determination.

"Go see the mother and child. I'm leaving!" Er Zhu smiled faintly, gesturing towards Xiao Hua and the baby inside, then walked towards the exit. Bully him? Ever since he obtained the River Luo Divine Art, no one in this world could bully him!

As they watched Er Zhu leave, the Sun family members were filled with gratitude and admiration! They suddenly realized that Er Zhu was not the shame of their village! He was their village's guardian god!

In a corner, four or five village doctors clenched their fists, staring furiously at Er Zhu's retreating back. He had made them lose face! They would never let him get away with it!

As Er Zhu walked home, Li Mei and Wang Xiao Mei stood at the entrance, eagerly awaiting his return. It had already been an hour, and they didn't know how Er Zhu was doing.

"Sister Mei, it's too cold. Let's go back and wait," Wang Xiao Mei shivered, pulling her clothes tighter and looking at Li Mei.

"No, I want to wait here. I can't rest until I see Er Zhu," Li Mei shook her head, peering forward on tiptoe. Seeing Li Mei's worried expression, Wang Xiao Mei frowned. She suddenly realized something: Li Mei's feelings for Er Zhu were not simply those of a sister-in-law! Li Mei was in love with Er Zhu! At this thought, a trace of shock flashed in Wang Xiao Mei's eyes, and she let go of Li Mei. She hadn't expected the situation to be so surprising!

...

In the pitch-black night, Er Zhu walked home alone. As he passed a certain entrance, he suddenly heard a sweet voice.

"Er Zhu, come here!"

Er Zhu stopped and looked towards the sound, finding Yao Na shyly hiding under a grape arbor, her eyes filled with a seductive allure. Yao Na's pale, luminous skin, paired with her black nightgown, exuded an irresistible temptation! Coupled with her sparkling black eyes, she seemed capable of captivating anyone's soul!

Gulp! Er Zhu swallowed.

"Er Zhu, my injuries are all healed, see for yourself!" As Er Zhu approached the grape arbor, Yao Na playfully spread her legs, pointing to the spot where she had been bitten by a snake. In the dim light, her skin was as smooth and creamy as milk.

"Er Zhu, I want to repay you with myself!"
