"Owen, it’s me!"
Ivy Kensington had snuck in secretly, waiting for the moment Old Madam Blackwood left before she made her way over.
Owen Rhodes was momentarily surprised to see her, but quickly recovered: "Come in quickly."
He knew that now Sebastian Blackwood was awake, he would be pleased to see Ivy’s presence.

"Miss Kensington, just stay in the ward, I’ll keep watch at the door for you."

From the incident until now, she finally had the chance to see Sebastian Blackwood.

Ivy just smiled at him without saying a word.
After returning to the room, she leaned by Sebastian’s bed and began writing in the textbook.
They always argued when they met, maybe this was a different way to communicate.
After writing, Ivy quietly tucked the textbook under Sebastian’s pillow, then squeezed his hand tightly before leaving the ward.
Thankfully, Evan Lowell hadn’t woken up, so he didn’t notice anything unusual.
Having snuck around for three days, on the fourth night, just as Ivy was about to leave, Evan woke the moment she slipped out of the hospital room.
"Ivy, I’ve indulged you for three days now!"
The implication being, he had known all along!
Evan glared at her departing figure with a dark expression, his voice cold.
Tonight, he was determined that she wouldn’t go!
Ivy paused, biting her teeth hard.
No, last night when she visited, Sebastian was already showing signs of waking, and Owen said it could be any day now. She had to see him tonight!
"If you step out of this hospital room tonight, I won’t give you the antidote formula for Nanny..."
Evan, seeing her wavering, said expressionlessly.
