Chapter 323 Secret Showdown

"Escaped? What do you mean by 'escaped'?"

Wan Yunting glared at Kong Lian with his nostrils flared, arrogantly declaring, "I mean I took them down and walked out from among them."

His words left Kong Lian and Ji Jing exchanging bewildered glances. Of course, they didn't believe his tall tale.

Yang Dong glanced at Kong Lian, chiding him with his eyes for his nosiness. He then turned back to Wan Yunting with a smile, "Brother Wan, did you perhaps convince Jiang Hao, and that's why he let you come back?"

"Tsk, Brother Dong, even you don't believe me."

Wan Yunting shot him a sidelong glance and then pointed to the BMW X6 parked outside. "Look at these bullet holes. If I hadn't been quick, I would have been riddled with bullets."

"So many bullet holes..."

Meng Hu and Di She, along with the others, gathered around the car. The shattered rear windshield, in particular, made it look like they had indeed been through a fierce chase. Kong Lian and Ji Jing also examined it, appearing convinced that they had just experienced a life-or-death battle.

"That brat, even if they pulled out an AK47, I wouldn't have been afraid..."

Wan Yunting was boasting to Meng Hu and the others when, as he turned, he pulled Jiang Hao's golden Desert Eagle from his waist and pressed it to Yang Dong's forehead!

Instantly, Kong Lian and Ji Jing’s expressions contorted in shock, while Meng Hu and Di She were stunned…

Yang Dong also froze, meeting Wan Yunting's gaze. He curved his lips into a smile. "At that moment, that loser pointed a gun at me just like this. Brother Dong, do you know how I subdued him?"

Yang Dong's expression was calm, and he chuckled, "Oh, how did you subdue him?"

"Like this, you hold it..."

As he spoke, Wan Yunting turned the golden Desert Eagle, offering the grip to Yang Dong. Yang Dong glanced at Wan Yunting, then smiled and reached out to grasp the gun.

"Here, point it at my forehead!"

Wan Yunting held the barrel of the gun to his own forehead. Yang Dong's eyes narrowed, the gun pressed against his temple…

Niu Qiuling, standing beside them, felt a surge of tension. She looked at Yang Dong and Wan Yunting, unsure of what this guy was up to…

Meng Hu and Di She were also tense, their gazes fixed on Yang Dong, fearing he might pull the trigger…

"Like this, Brother Dong, get ready!"

Wan Yunting lowered his hand, his forehead still pressed against the gun. He warned Yang Dong, then his hands moved with lightning speed. Yang Dong felt his vision suddenly darken, followed by a sharp pain in his right wrist. His grip instantly weakened, and the golden Desert Eagle fell…

Yang Dong looked at Wan Yunting, who caught the gun, with utter astonishment. Having personally experienced his skills, he was truly taken aback.

However, Wan Yunting's move was a test of their mental fortitude!

"Boss Wan is amazing..."

Di She and the others began to flatter him. Wan Yunting, cradling the golden Desert Eagle, chuckled proudly, "How about it, Brother Dong? Do you know my skills now?"

Yang Dong nodded. Wan Yunting's terrifying reaction speed meant that if he had wanted to kill him, he would have been fatally dispatched before he could even blink.

"Brother Wan's skills are truly admirable..."

Yang Dong couldn't help but clap and cheer, appearing to believe that they might have genuinely broken free from Jiang Hao and his men by force.

"But that loser is still chasing me!" Wan Yunting said.

"Ah, how many men did they bring?" Meng Hu and Di She asked.

"A lot, probably."

Wan Yunting shrugged his shoulders and pouted.

Yang Dong immediately said, "Alright, everyone pack up quickly. We're heading to the Myanmar shop now to rendezvous with Sister Jiao!"

"Sounds good."

Wan Yunting nodded and told Meng Hu and the others, "Let's pack up and go."

"Okay..."

Everyone returned to their rooms to gather their belongings. Wan Yunting tucked the gun back into his waist and pulled Niu Qiuling towards their room.

"Brother Dong, do you really believe him?" Kong Lian frowned, still feeling that Wan Yunting escaping from Jiang Hao was suspicious.

Even if his skills were outstanding, Jiang Hao and his men weren't fools to be easily trampled upon.

Yang Dong squinted, watching the retreating figures of Wan Yunting and Niu Qiuling as they went upstairs. He smiled, "Let's believe him for now. When we meet with Sister Jiao, we can test them then!"

"Understood."

Kong Lian said no more, and he and Ji Jing also went to pack their things…

Soon, everyone emerged with their belongings and loaded them into three Toyota Prados. Yang Dong said to Wan Yunting and the others, "You follow behind us. We'll lead the way."

"Got it, let's go."

Wan Yunting waved his hand indifferently, and he, Meng Hu, and Di She got into the cars. The three vehicles departed from the tea house and headed directly towards the border of the Myanmar shop…

As they were crossing the border, they naturally wouldn't use the normal checkpoints to get to the Myanmar shop. Yang Dong, having been active in this area for years, knew a small path that led across the Myanmar border. The group set off overnight, traversing the jungle tracks…

About an hour later, Yang Dong, in the lead, spoke into the walkie-talkie, "Brother Wan, we've crossed the border. Welcome to Myanmar."

"Ok, I'm going to get some sleep then."

After replying, Wan Yunting tossed the walkie-talkie aside, reclined his seat, and called out to Niu Qiuling beside him, "Come here, sit on me. I want to hold you while I sleep!"

Niu Qiuling turned, her almond eyes flashing a resentful glare at him. Fortunately, the car lights weren't on, so Meng Hu and Di She in the front didn't notice Niu Qiuling's look.

"Hurry up."

Wan Yunting glared at her. Meng Hu in the front glanced back and exchanged smiles with Di She.

Though Niu Qiuling was extremely reluctant, to cooperate, she dared not defy Wan Yunting's words. She even put on a coquettish act, "Boss Wan, they're all still here..."

"What are you afraid of? I just want to make them uncomfortable." Wan Yunting said with a sly grin, holding Niu Qiuling.

Di She in the front grumbled, "I should have brought a girl with me too."

Meng Hu and the driver smiled, while Wan Yunting, holding Niu Qiuling's firm waist tightly, looked at her man's wicked gaze. He knew she was getting revenge for him hitting her on the head with a baseball bat earlier…

"Don't push it too far."

Niu Qiuling's almond eyes widened, and she whispered a warning with clenched teeth near his ear.

"Heh heh..."

In response, Wan Yunting slapped her perky buttocks hard. Niu Qiuling's body trembled, and her heart felt as if it had been electrocuted, giving her an unprecedented feeling…

"My head didn't get hit for nothing."

Wan Yunting said softly to Niu Qiuling with a mischievous grin. Seeing her pretty face flush and her resentful gaze, he could clearly feel her body trembling and knew she was angry.

"You're crushing me, hurry up and sit back..."

Wan Yunting felt he had gone too far and quickly pushed her up. Niu Qiuling then returned to her seat and cast him a sinister look, gritting her teeth and mentally noting down this transgression…

The three cars drove through the jungles of the Myanmar border until five in the morning. Yang Dong, leading Wan Yunting and the others, arrived at a dilapidated small town in Myanmar.

Wan Yunting, having been woken up, got out of the car with Niu Qiuling. He looked at the ruined roadside, with simple buildings on both sides, not exceeding three stories in height. Myanmar people in local attire were going about their day and also eyed Wan Yunting's group, who were dressed cleanly and fashionably, with curiosity, recognizing them as Chinese.

"Brother Wan, let's grab some breakfast first, then we'll continue our journey." Yang Dong said.

Wan Yunting nodded, took Niu Qiuling's hand, and followed Yang Dong, Kong Lian, and Ji Jing, along with Meng Hu and Di She, to a breakfast stall. They had a simple local breakfast…

To be honest, it was truly awful…
