Benedict turned back to look at Mougros and said calmly, "I am not like you, willingly becoming lapdogs for the Celestial Dragons, knowing they are committing crimes, yet still suppressing your conscience and violating justice to attack defenseless civilians."
"Rest assured, I will not kill these unconscious Marines."
"However, some people must die." Mougros's expression turned grim. Despite his unwillingness, he knew that the current Navy was acting against justice in many matters, using thunderous methods to destroy everything to cover up the truth. However, some things, some words, could not be spoken.
"We are the Navy, the embodiment of justice." Mougros gritted his teeth, these few words being all he could say in response to Benedict.
Benedict chuckled and then said, "Fine, your mouths are always filled with justice, but don't treat everyone as a fool for what you do behind closed doors."
"We are not blind, that's why I've come." As Benedict finished speaking, his clones moved swiftly, scattering in an instant. The fallen unconscious soldiers were also flipped over. However, many Marines merely glanced at them and then paid no further attention.
"Bastard, what exactly do you want to do?" Mougros gritted his teeth, taking heavy steps as he charged forward with his sword.
Benedict extended a finger. Shigan! He struck out multiple times in an instant. Mougros's expression changed drastically, and he immediately tried to dodge. His thighs were instantly pierced.
*Bang!*
With his legs severely wounded, Mougros, mid-charge, collapsed to the ground, blood gushing out.
"My patience is limited."
"If you don't want me to act, kill you, and bury this Marine base at sea, you'd best lie there quietly." Benedict's words made Mougros extremely unwilling. He slammed his large fist onto the ground, venting his dissatisfaction.
Moments later, a Marine Sergeant who should have been unconscious suddenly launched an attack as a Benedict clone approached.
"No more hiding?" A Benedict clone extended a hand, blocking the incoming fist, then instantly counter-grabbed, slamming the assailant heavily onto the ground. This sudden battle attracted Mougros's attention and everyone else's. As the Benedict clone's foot descended, this Marine Sergeant used Soru to disappear from his spot, then employed Geppo to swiftly escape.
"Where do you think you're going?" Sakata Gintoki, standing on a flying sword, instantly appeared before the Marine Sergeant and punched him to the ground.
"Go!" Sakata Gintoki's right index finger pointed at the Marine Sergeant, and instantly, ten sword qi attacks descended rapidly. The Marine Sergeant's expression changed again, and he used Tekkai from the Rokushiki. However, he soon overestimated his own abilities. Benedict's sword qi easily penetrated his defense, and a scream followed. As this person was apprehended, battles broke out in multiple locations within the East Sea Marine base. However, they were quickly and easily subdued by Benedict's clones.
"With your strength, you're not just CP9, are you?"

"To restore the reputation of the Xuanwu Navy, you need to expose the truth to the world." A total of ten people were part of the mastermind behind the massacre of villagers on Ryūrō Island. Though only a part of it, it was enough. Xuanwu Navy soldiers stepped forward, two for each person. Mougros's face was extremely grim. These damned people were actually hiding within the East Sea Marine base. Mougros was certain that these people's hands were far from clean. Now that they were in the hands of the Xuanwu Navy, regardless of whether they were the true culprits of the Ryūrō Island massacre, the Xuanwu Navy would undoubtedly handle them appropriately, bringing shame and trouble to the East Sea Navy and the Marine Headquarters.

"If you dare to take another step forward, you will be met with a death of a thousand sword piercings." Sakata Gintoki stopped, numerous sword qi attacks flying around him as he stared at Mougros, speaking sternly. Mougros, seeing this, showed a look of horror and dared not take another step.
"Gintoki, let's go." Benedict glanced back and smiled at Sakata Gintoki.
"Yes, Admiral." Sakata Gintoki retracted his Devil Fruit ability, put his hands behind his head, and followed behind Benedict and the others. Mougros collapsed to the ground, the immense gap making resistance impossible. In the end, he could only watch as Benedict, along with members of the World Government's secret intelligence agency, departed. Morgans, seeing that the event was over, burst into excited laughter as Benedict stepped on the East Sea Marine base and Mougros.
Waving his wings, he flew into the distance, looking back at the Xuanwu heading towards the Xuanwu Navy base. His interest in the execution in three days was piqued once more. These three days would be enough for him to hype things up and earn substantial profits.
