483: Chapter 472: Discovered 483: Chapter 472: Discovered “What did you say?
I didn’t hear anything.” Song Yun said with a sly grin.
“Your voice was really quiet just now, how could anyone hear you?”
“It doesn’t matter, I shouted just now, and if you don’t keep your promise to bring me the medicine, don’t even think about laying a finger on me from now on, I mean what I say.” Li Shishi said with a cold huff.
“Alright alright, I’ll go get your medicine.” Song Yun wasn’t stupid.
How could he let an opportunity slip away at such a crucial moment?
If Li Shishi really got serious, he might not even be able to touch her with a single finger.
Rummaging through his stuff, Song Yun found a small medicine bottle.
The medicine inside wasn’t some sort of miracle drug, but it had its unique effects and worked especially well on others.
Pouring a glass of water and taking the medicine over, he said, “Take the medicine and get some more sleep here; I’ll go out and buy some breakfast for us.”
“No way, if I sleep here, they might discover me.” After taking the medicine, Li Shishi propped herself up and said, “Oh no, I just realized something.”
“What is it?”
“Look at your sheets, they’re covered in blood.
What are we going to do if they find out?” Li Shishi lifted the covers and saw the fresh blood on the sheets.
“That’s easy, just cut out the stained part, and you can even keep it as a memento.” Song Yun said cheerfully.
“You do have a lot of tricks,” Li Shishi said, pulling open a nearby cabinet, taking out a pair of scissors, and snipping away the red mark on the sheets.
“You go out and keep a lookout.
If no one’s around, I’ll go back to my room.”
“Okay.” Like a thief, Song Yun opened the door, looked around, and seeing that all the girls were still asleep, he said, “Come out quick, there’s no one outside.”
Li Shishi, upon hearing the coast was clear, tiptoed out of Song Yun’s room.
But just a few steps later, the door across opened, and Li Yueyue came out rubbing her sleepy eyes.
“You two sure got up early.” Li Yueyue sneezed and said, “Eh, sis, what’s that in your hand?”
“Nothing much,” Li Shishi chuckled dryly.
“That’s odd, did you hurt your foot?
You’re walking kind of funny.” Li Yueyue widened her eyes and said, “You walk so strangely.”
“Heh, you noticed that, huh?
I just slipped and fell down the stairs a moment ago, that’s why.” Li Shishi said vaguely, “It’s still early; I’ll go back to my room for some more sleep.”
After finishing speaking, Li Shishi hurried back to her room like she was fleeing a disaster.
Just as she entered, Li Yueyue nudged Song Yun in the stomach with her elbow and asked with disdain, “What happened between you guys last night?”
“Nothing happened.
What are you imagining in that little head of yours?” Song Yun said awkwardly.
“Don’t lie to me; remember what I majored in abroad?
I studied clinical biology and have a bit of a background in physical health.
My sister’s state is obviously that of someone who has recently been intimate with someone.
If you don’t know about it, that’s quite interesting.”
“Heh,” Song Yun gave a wry smile.
How could he have forgotten this kid’s major?
Although Li Yueyue seemed a bit silly and dim on normal days, she was indeed a young genius, and her IQ was not to be underestimated.
“Come on, tell me, I promise I won’t tell anyone, it’ll be like nothing ever happened,” Li Yueyue said, suddenly full of enthusiasm.
“But if you don’t tell me, I won’t take the blame if everyone else finds out.”
“You little witch,” Song Yun sighed.
“What else could it be?
If it hadn’t been for you guys watching ghost movies last night and your sister too scared to sleep, I doubt I would have gotten my chance.”
“Then shouldn’t you be thanking me?” Li Yueyue smiled and said.
“Come on, don’t look so down.
I promise I won’t tell anyone; after all, you two have finally gotten together, but my sister’s way of walking is just too problematic.
Even if I don’t say anything, others will notice right away.”
“I’ve given her medicine already, and though it won’t instantly make her like she was before, it should alleviate the pain.” Song Yun said.
“Even if you can fool everyone else, do you think you can fool Sister Qingluan?” Li Yueyue smirked, “Sister Qingluan is a master; she could easily spot it.”
“If Sister Qingluan doesn’t bring it up, then it’s fine.
If she does, just say your sister hurt her foot.” Song Yun said.
“Go wash up, and I’ll go out and buy some breakfast.”
Watching Song Yun’s retreating figure, Li Yueyue pouted and stood still, her mind seemingly preoccupied with thoughts.
After Song Yun went out and bought breakfast, he returned home and, seeing the girls already awake, said, “I’ve brought breakfast, eat while it’s hot.”
“Oh Song Yun, today our department has a pre-sports event soccer friendly match against another department.
Do you want to come watch at the school?” Li Yueyue mumbled with a mouthful of bun.
“A sports event with soccer?
I didn’t know about that.” Song Yun curiously said.
“You’re making a fuss over nothing.
Soccer matches and basketball games aren’t class-based, they’re inter-departmental.” Li Yueyue rolled her eyes at him irritably, “So, will you come watch?”
“Since I have nothing else to do today, I might as well go to school,” Song Yun nodded.
“Where’s Sister Shishi?
She usually gets up early.” Xiao Qing mumbled as she drank her soy milk.
“She hurt her foot by accident when she was going downstairs this morning, so she’s catching up on sleep now,” Song Yun quickly said, dreading if last night’s events were found out by these girls, heaven knows how they would react.
“Oh, is Sister Shishi’s foot okay now?” Song Yuxue asked.
“Nothing serious, right?”
“After my treatment, she should be okay walking,” Song Yun said with no shame.
“Oh, that’s good,” Song Yuxue nodded, “Brother, earlier Zhao Yan called me, she’s planning to hang out today.
Can I go?”
“Uh…
Since Zhao Yan invited you, go ahead, but don’t do anything inappropriate,” Song Yun said in a big-brotherly tone.
“Brother, what are you saying?” Song Yuxue’s face turned red with embarrassment, “Then I’m going out today.
I probably won’t be back until later in the evening.”
