In the darkness, a Strange Beast about twenty feet long, with a wolf-like head and bat-like wings, soared into the air and swooped toward the duo.
As the Strange Beast flew, it suddenly opened its mouth and, in the next instant, a Flame snake shot out, illuminating the pitch-black sky with blinding brightness.
The Flame increased the surrounding temperature dramatically.
This was a Strange Beast equivalent to the later stages of the Golden Core Stage.
However, before its flame could reach Bi Yue Immortal and Cao Zhen, Bi Yue waved her hand, and a violent gust of wind swept out from her sleeve.
The incoming flame was instantly extinguished, and with that, the wind enveloped the Strange Beast.
In the next moment, the body of the Strange Beast exploded with a thunderous noise.

Upon seeing humans, the tiger’s wild eyes instantly turned their way, along with a raw, brutal, and bloody scent.
This aura meant the tiger had definitely attained the strength of the Ten Different Phenomena of Golden Elixir Great Perfection and, even within that rank, it was an exceptionally strong being.
