Compared to Liu Lingxiu, Ye Qiu was the more skilled masseur, starting from Liu Lingxiu’s head down to her heels, making her so comfortable she almost fell asleep.
Fifteen minutes passed while soaking in the hot, high-temperature hot spring, so Ye Qiu suggested that Liu Lingxiu and Ling Fei go up to rest before coming back down for another soak.
After the women got up, Ye Qiu got out to dry his hair with a towel, then relieved himself before returning to drink a cup of ginger tea.
Soaking in hot springs consumes a lot of water and causes sweating, leading to loss of body salts, and thus it was important to rest and replenish energy with drinks.
After soaking in the hot springs, there was not only a feeling of comfort but also a laziness overwhelming the entire body, making them reluctant to get up.
Ye Qiu and the two women continued drinking wine, beverages, and eating desserts, as they were feeling a bit hungry just then.

After about twenty minutes, Ye Qiu and the two women got up, and Ye Qiu said, “Liu Lingxiu, Ling Fei, you go rest in that room, and I’ll rest in this room. We’ll have lunch when we wake up, and then head back tomorrow morning.”
They had already booked the luxury hotel suite for the day, so leaving immediately would have been a waste of money.
Ye Qiu went to dry his hair and then returned to the soft, plush bed, reclining comfortably while gazing at the mist-enshrouded mountain view outside the window.

“It’s past twelve.”
Liu Lingxiu hadn’t expected to fall asleep so quickly. It had been a long time since she had slept so soundly. Especially since she immediately drifted into deep sleep after lying down, if it weren’t for Ye Qiu waking her, she might have slept until night because resting after a hot spring soak was just too comfortable.
