Chapter 1 The Rundown Armory

The armory didn't look like a place where weapons and equipment were stored. It looked more like an abandoned factory building, which suited its current location on the edge of the city!

A fence barely taller than a person surrounded the six-story building. The yard was full of weeds, and the guardhouse was empty. Even the barrier arm was raised.

Inside the yard, Li Chenzhou didn't see any urban armored vehicles, not even a bicycle. Instead, two zombies wandered around.

Seeing the somewhat dilapidated armory, Li Chenzhou didn't look disappointed. Places like armories naturally needed some camouflage so that they wouldn't be identified as strategic targets for aerial strikes when war came.

Gray Bear didn't go through the door but came to a window. Then he pulled out his gun and smashed the window with the butt of the gun. Then he turned his head to look at Li Chenzhou.

"Let's go in from here!"

Li Chenzhou asked in surprise.

"Yes! Because using bulletproof glass would expose this place if someone found out. No dilapidated office building would install bulletproof glass!"

Gray Bear said,

"However, if it were peacetime, the alarm system would be activated as soon as this glass was broken, and the images here would be transmitted in real-time. Gray Bear said as he stepped towards the stairs leading down. The armory was underground. The building above was just for disguise.
