I felt a lot more at ease watching their backs as they left.

The people who came out of the walls didn't chase Fatty and the others; instead, they swarmed towards me.

I wasn't flustered in the slightest, because I knew their weaknesses by heart.

The divine citizens surging towards me like a tide were overturned one by one. Their bones, sealed within the walls for so long, had become brittle. A single kick was enough to shatter them, like waves crashing on the beach, dying on the sand.

It was amusing to see these divine citizens, once the pride of the Divine Kingdom, now flailing uselessly on the floor, unable to do anything to me.

Not as strong as I imagined.

But I had to admit, their attacks weren't entirely without effect. I was still injured by their random punches, with several cuts on my face and what felt like a few broken ribs. After all, two fists are no match for four hands; that's the advantage of a human-wave tactic.

But I didn't care; this body was different from what it used to be.

The five-legged Zanbijia looked at me with confusion, seeming a little apprehensive, as if it had many questions it wanted to ask.

I walked towards Zanbijia, dealing with the divine citizens in my path as easily as chopping vegetables.

Zanbijia suddenly panicked and began to flee frantically. The divine citizens who had been attacking me stopped and instead formed a human wall to stop me from chasing Zanbijia. Even the divine citizens who had lost their ability to fight and were crawling on the ground began to grab at my legs.

To be honest, I was annoyed.

So I began to deal with the obstructing divine citizens with greater force, chasing Zanbijia all the way.

At first, Zanbijia adopted a roundabout tactic, shuttling back and forth through the holes, trying to use the divine citizens to defeat me. However, the divine citizens didn't cause me any substantial harm, and I was still able to move freely.

Seeing that this method was ineffective, Zanbijia changed its tactics, hiding among the divine citizens and launching sneak attacks.

The moment it was stunned, the divine citizens also stopped moving, like puppets that had lost their strings, standing motionless in place.

When I went to grab one of its legs, it suddenly woke up, then got up and quickly fled into the nearest hole.

Zanbijia was already injured and had lost a leg, and it had just been hammered by me, so no matter how fast it ran, it couldn't outrun me.

I chased after it, closing in step by step.

After being forced into a small room, Zanbijia suddenly jumped onto the wall behind it. The hard wall was like melted water, and it easily burrowed into it.

"Where do you think you're going?" I grabbed its two legs and dragged it out of the wall.

As it was dragged out, it shrieked angrily and suddenly turned to spray a cloud of poison at me. I couldn't dodge in time.

Previously, in the temple, I had inadvertently inhaled toxins from Zanbijia’s molted skin and fell into confusion and madness. Perhaps because of the Old Divine King, I hadn't been affected by the toxins since recovering from that state.

Moreover, this was a juvenile version of Zanbijia; it was too weak, and even its poison wasn't that strong.

Seeing that the poison was ineffective and that all its tricks had been used up, Zanbijia struggled desperately, resisting frantically.

"It's all over. I'm sending you back home," I said playfully.

Seeing that it was still not being obedient, I swung my arm around and slapped it again and again until I stopped only after it was almost dead.

"Damn it, are you behaving now? This shell is really hard," I cursed, shaking my swollen hand in the air.

I tore off clothes and some strips of cloth from the completely incapacitated people and tied up Zanbijia's five legs like a crab.

After dealing with it properly, I dragged Zanbijia to find Fatty and the others.

If I guessed correctly, they should have found the last temple by now.
