"You're going to keep it? That's wonderful," the female shop owner said, her face lighting up with surprise.
"You're that happy? If you're keeping it, then we won't be buying any pets from you," Qin Tian said, looking at her with some astonishment.
"That's alright," the female shop owner waved her hand, smiling. "I'd rather earn less money if it means this little one can find a good home. I really can't take it in myself."
Qin Tian and Xia Nuannuan exchanged smiles at her words, filled with genuine admiration for the kind-hearted shop owner.

"It's a mutt. It's female, and looks more like its mother. I suspect its mother might have been a Border Collie," the female shop owner replied with a smile.
"How old is it?" Qin Tian asked next.
"I'm not entirely sure of its exact age, but judging by its size, it's probably about three or four months old," the female shop owner continued.
"It's still a baby then!" Xia Nuannuan exclaimed.
"Yes," the female shop owner nodded.
"Brother, let's keep it!" Xia Nuannuan said to Qin Tian, her voice firm.
"Alright!" Qin Tian agreed with a smile.
"Boss, can we give it a bath here?" Xia Nuannuan asked excitedly.
"Of course. I can teach you how to take care of it while we're at it," the female shop owner said with a smile.
"Mhm!" Xia Nuannuan nodded vigorously, like a pecking chick.
Soon, the little gray dog finished its food and let out a bark at the female shop owner, then made as if to leave.
"Don't go, you have a home now!" The female shop owner quickly stepped forward and picked it up with practiced ease.
"Woof woof!" The little gray dog didn't struggle, but tilted its head, looking at the female shop owner blankly and barking.
