Chapter 462: Killing Harold!
City C (10th Zone)
Jeremy Night has entered the deeper part of the wilderness. There was no one apart from him and the person who was chasing him.
He was sure that person was chasing him with bad intentions. But he doesn’t know why. He found out this aura on the person is stronger than Tier-3 Beast Tamer.
Such Beast Tamers held high positions in any organisation. So what is he doing here? Why is he after him?
Harold’s expression started to become ugly. Now that he thinks that he was exposed. He thinks there is no point in acting anymore.
Boom!
He brings out his Lifeline beast. A 5t tall insect bug appeared beside him. The insect bug was full of pitch black in color.
Its eyes were red in color. It has claws like hands and legs. The wings in his back are strong and powerful. Harold immediately told his lifeline beast to attack the target.
Buzz!
With a flapping sound. The insect bug started flying towards the enemy. Harold is following the lifeline beast from behind.
He shedded his fake acting. Now he looks ferocious and angry.
Meanwhile,
I’m using the eye ability to monitor the enemy.
Suddenly, I saw the opponent taking out his Lifeline beast. The lifeline beast looks sinister. When I’m zoomed into the beast.
I noticed that it’s an insect type lifeline beast. Seeing that I was convinced that person is a bad one.
Most of the Beast Tamers don’t sign contracts with insect type beasts. Unless their talent demands one.
My gaze fell on the incoming bug. The speed of the insect bug was fast. The flapping of wings is causing booming noise in the air.
Swoosh!
The insect bug is coming towards them. Harold is running behind the lifeline beast.
Jeremy Night takes out the hand gun. He thinks it’s not wise to waste more. He uses his eye ability to aim.
He covers the bullets with the new starlight energy. His gaze locked into the insect bug.
Bang!
The next second, he fires the bullet. The starlight bullet cuts through the air.
In a flash, the starlight bullet reaches the target. The starlight bullet appears before the insect bug.
The insect bug felt a sense of crisis. But before the insect bug could do something. The bullet goes through the head.
Pfff!
The blood splattered on the ground. The insect bug dropped dead on the ground.
AaahhhHhh!
Harold let out a scream. He clutched his head in pain. The pain he was under was inhuman. He fell down and started rolling on the ground.
On the other hand, Jeremy Night puts his hand gun back into the case. Seeing that enemy was down. He sighed inwardly.
He knows what’s going on. Because the lifeline beast was killed. The enemy was crippled right now.
After confirming that, he started going towards the enemy. When he reached there. He saw that the enemy was bleeding right now.
Jeremy’s eyes turned cold. He looks at the rolling middle aged man on the ground.
"Who are you?" Jeremy asked.
Harold is feeling immense pain right now. But he still was conscious. His mental zone collapsed.
The dead insect bug was beside him. Harold turned his head and looked at the young man. His eyes flashed with fear and disbelief.
The young man was supposed to be the easy target. He is a Tier-4 Beast Tamer. But the young man is Tier-2 Beast Tamer. The ending should have been different.
"Do you hear me or not?"
"Who are you?" Jeremy asked him again.
Harold is bleeding from his nose and ears. His mind was injured. He was conscious because he was a Tier-4 Beast Tamer.
This time he heard the questions clearly. He feared that the young man could kill him. He started stuttering.
"My name is Harold"
"I have accepted the task to kill you."
Hearing that Jeremy’s eyes turned cold. He was right. Something was indeed wrong with this person. He came to kill him.
"Who ordered you?" Jeremy asked again. This time he was really angry. If not for his starlight power, he would have died right now.
You can’t confront the Tier-4 Beast Tamer in close combat. He had to rely on his ability to save himself from this type of situation.
"Sun Wheel Organisation!"
Harold uttered with a great difficulty before falling unconscious on the ground.
"Sun Wheel Organisation," Jeremy uttered in a solemn tone. Things have come this far. They have started targeting him again.
This time it was a direct attack. They had sent a Tier-4 Beast Tamer after him. He was shocked and confused. He doesn’t know what to do.
Should he ignore the threat? Or should he inform the leader to alert others. After giving some thought, he has decided to inform the Leader Gisela.
He then started dragging the body towards the border. From time to time he takes out the device to check whether the signal was strong or not.
At one place, the signal showed strong strength. He takes out the device for the first time to call Leader Gisela from here.
When the call was connected. He was shocked. He didn’t make it after coming here. He was glad that call was connected.
"Jeremy Night, what happened?" Gisela asked.
Hearing that, Jeremy calms his heart and tells her about Harold and the Sun Wheel Organisation’s task.
Gisela was shocked. This threat was back in everyone’s mind. But no one had thought any one would do it. Especially after the Beast Invasion.
It appears that Sun Wheel Organisation didn’t care.
"Where are you right now?" Gisela asked.
"I’m in the wilderness near Sunset Human Settlement," Jeremy replied.
"Okay. Stay there. I’ll send the team to take him back," After saying that, she ended the call.
Jeremy then thought of the log cabin. He started taking the unconscious killer to the wooden cabin. He knows that the Shadow Moon Organisation had an interrogation team and prison cell.
If they come they will take care of this matter. Once this matter was exposed, he thinks there will be a lot more attacks from the Sun Wheel Organisation.

City A(10th Zone):
Gisela immediately went to Head Neil’s office to report. It didn’t take long for her to meet him and brief everything.
Neil Moon was stunned. He didn’t expect the Sun Wheel Organisation to stoop so low. They dared to do it under this situation.
Since this was a task. The task must include other targets.
"Inform other members ASAP. The threats could be near them," Neil said.
Gisela left the office and informed other team leaders and elders immediately. They in turn alerted their squad members through calls.
The phone calls exposed everything. Some of the members were actually attacked by unknown people. But no casualty was reported so far.
Head Neil Moon has sent a small team to investigate. He had asked the seriously injured people to return. He was glad that there were no casualties.
Since the Sun Wheel Organisation did it. There is no point in continuing the volunteer task. Head Neil leaves the office to meet with the City Governor Marcos and others.

City Governor Marcos was here. But not the other two City Governors. They went to Central University for the meeting.
It didn’t take long for Marcos to learn that someone came to meet him. When he learned about the person. He was stunned. He didn’t expect Head Neil to come here.
He then gave the permission. Neil Moon walks into the office. He met Marcos and greeted him.
"Elder, what happened?" Marcos asked.
His eyes flashes with solemnity. He knows that Elder Neil is a Tier-8 Beast Tamer. His contribution during the Beast invasion was immense.
Old man Neil was serious. He quickly began explaining to him. He told him what happened to Jeremy Night an hour ago.
A few minutes later,
Marcos’s eyes flashed with anger. He didn’t expect Elder Frank Doolin to betray him. He had hoped that they would show him some respect.
But he started doing shady work right after the beast invasion.
"Do you have evidence?" Marcos asked.
"I have sent a team to capture the killer," Neil Moon replied.
"Then bring him here. We will interrogate him together," Marcos said in a cold tone.
Hearing that Neil Moon agreed. He knew Marcos won’t believe it unless he sees himself.

Wilderness,
At midnight, Jeremy Night was in a log cabin with an unconscious body. He received a call. It was none other than Leader Gisela.
"Jeremy. The team is here, where are you?" Gisela asked.
Hearing that Jeremy explained his whereabouts. It took less than two hours for the team to reach. He realises that they must have come through private flight.
He then goes to the meeting area with the unconscious Harold. When he got there. He sees a team of middle aged people.
Some of them are old. But they are wearing the uniform of the Shadow Moon Organisation.
A white haired middle aged man stepped forward. He has seen Jeremy Night in the organisation. But Jeremy doesn’t know about it.
"I know you are Jeremy Night. I have seen you in the organisation. We are here to take him back to the city," he said.
Hearing that Elder’s words Jeremy was shocked. But he believed it. Team Leader Gisela reminded him earlier.
