Before long, Lu Fan and the others arrived, entering the Tiger Clan's main tent. The Tiger Clan leader was quite polite, "If I'm not mistaken, you are no ordinary people. May I ask what has brought you to the Tiger Clan so suddenly?"
"Does the Tiger Clan's oppression of Wuyou City and the lack of peace for its human inhabitants concern you?" Lu Fan stated directly, his tone indifferent.
The matter had not yet reached its final stage, so he naturally wouldn't be overly aggressive. As long as the Tiger Clan leader reasoned with them, things could be settled. If the leader refused to reason, they could act at any time without hesitation.
"I believe there must be some misunderstanding. The Human and Tiger Clans have always been at peace; there should be no conflict!" the Tiger Clan leader said directly. "However, since you have mentioned it, I will pay close attention to this matter and ensure my clansmen do not act presumptuously and disturb your cultivation!"
"It's more than just disturbing our cultivation!" Ouyang Qingqing shrugged. "Humans and Beast Clans have clearly demarcated territories. Are your Tiger Clan members acting too arrogantly?"
Following these words, the Tiger Clan leader quickly tried to placate them with a smile. "If this is truly a matter of the Tiger Clan, I will certainly punish those responsible and ensure such a thing never happens again!"
"Since the Clan Leader is being so humble, we cannot afford to act rashly!" Young Master Tao said with a smile. "However, to be frank, if we witness such an incident again, we will not stand idly by. If my memory serves me correctly, the Tiger Clan's status among all Beast Clans is not high. Even if you were wiped out, it would seem inconsequential, and it would not incite war between the two races!"
"Little brother certainly knows a lot!" the old clan leader said with a look of shame. "The Tiger Clan has long since declined. To this extent, even the Beast Clans pay little attention. Therefore, what little brother has said is indeed correct!"
The Tiger Clan leader's demeanor was humble, and his expression was somewhat solemn, as he was clearly aware of everything.

Their purpose in coming here was to teach the Tiger Clan a lesson. Since their objective had been achieved, there was no need to say anything further.

"Since the old Clan Leader insists, it would be impolite not to accept!" Hu Yu smiled, appearing innocent and carefree. He had never visited the Tiger Clan before, and feasting here seemed like a good idea.
"In that case, please be seated!" the Tiger Clan elder said with great enthusiasm.
Lu Fan was somewhat resigned. He had intended to leave sooner, but Hu Yu had readily agreed, as if he were very fond of the Tiger Clan.
"You are truly being foolish!"
Hu Xian'er shot Hu Yu a glare. "This is not a good place. Although this Tiger Clan elder appears cordial on the surface, no one knows what he truly thinks!"
"Elder Sister, what do you mean by that?" Hu Yu was slightly taken aback. "I don't quite understand!"
"This Tiger Clan elder may appear amiable, but his heart might not be so."
Young Master Tao stated directly. "Therefore, we must be exceptionally cautious while dining here. There might be a trap. After all, we killed members of the Tiger Clan when we arrived, and given the Tiger Clan's nature, they are unlikely to let it go so easily!"
Upon hearing this, Hu Yu felt somewhat bewildered. He didn't share this view; at least, in his opinion, the Tiger Clan leader seemed quite amicable and not as they described.
Arriving at the Tiger Clan's bonfire party, Lu Fan and the others were seated in a VIP area. Many Tiger Clan members brought food, appearing quite deferential and not daring to show any disrespect.
"We were ignorant of your true status before and almost offended you. We hope you will not misunderstand!"
An elder approached, smiling and speaking with great sincerity.
"We also acted somewhat improperly earlier!" Hu Yu smiled. "Therefore, Elder, you need not take it to heart!"
"That's good, that's good!" the Tiger Clan elder nodded quickly, looking quite subservient.
Before long, the Tiger Clan leader approached and said with a smile, "You are all esteemed guests who have traveled from afar. This is fine wine personally brewed by me, the Tiger Lord. I wonder if it will suit your taste!"
The Tiger Clan leader poured wine for everyone, his expression earnest, as if he harbored no ill intentions.
Lu Fan and the others sat aside, not drinking immediately. They were all quite wary. Who knew if the wine was poisoned? If it were, wouldn't they be in trouble?
Meanwhile, the Tiger Clan leader noticed Lu Fan and the others' apprehension. He raised a cup of wine and drank it himself. "This wine has been aged for a thousand years, and its taste is exceptionally good. Are you unwilling to partake? Or do you suspect the wine?"
"How could that be? The Clan Leader is so hospitable; how could we possibly doubt him!"
Hu Xian'er smiled, then lifted her wine cup and drank it down in one go. Since the Tiger Clan leader had already drunk it, it was likely there was no problem, or he wouldn't have done so so readily.
The Tiger Clan leader was quite pleased to see this.
Lu Fan and the others exchanged glances before slowly beginning to drink. Since Hu Xian'er had drunk it without issue, they figured they would be fine too.
After a few cups, they realized the wine was indeed quite pure, a rare fine wine. It was unlikely they would find something this good even among the Human race.
"You are all so young yet possess extraordinary strength. You must be no ordinary individuals!" the Tiger Clan leader smiled. "May I ask which sect you hail from?"
"We are students of Zhongzhou Academy!" Lu Fan stated directly. "We came to Wuyou City this time merely for a change of scenery and happened to encounter this matter, which is why we intervened!"
"I see!" the Tiger Clan leader nodded quickly, his expression becoming more deferential, especially towards Lu Fan and the others, whom he dared not slight in the slightest.
"Please continue drinking. I need to attend to some matters!" the Tiger Clan leader stood up, his words showing no hint of concern.
Lu Fan and the others paid him no mind, continuing to drink amongst themselves. They had never tasted such fine wine before.
