Ren Ping was furious and asked, "Who is the other party?"
The man replied, "They are cyborgs, likely from the US."
Ren Ping suddenly stood up and said, "Brother, retreat!"
Ye Tian said, "Old Ren, you guys go first, I'll cover the rear."
Ren Ping replied, "Alright! If you can fight them, fight. If you can't, flee immediately. Safety first!"
With no time for further words, Ren Ping and his men immediately retreated, with Ye Tian following behind.
Just a few minutes later, they entered a desolate stretch of road flanked by wild forests. Suddenly, an off-road vehicle sped up behind them, heading straight for Ye Tian.
Ye Tian sidestepped, hopped onto the running board on the left side of the vehicle, and smashed through the car window with a punch.
Before the driver could react, Ye Tian struck him on the head. The Iron Sand Palm was incredibly powerful; the man's head lolled to the side, and he died instantly.
There were two more people in the back of the car, both around two meters tall, one Black and one Caucasian. They simultaneously reached out to grab Ye Tian.
Ye Tian sneered and spun the steering wheel, crashing the car into a large tree on the left.
"Boom!"
With a loud bang, the car came to a halt. The car door was then opened, and the burly Black man attempted to get out.
Ye Tian flashed to the car roof and pressed a palm against the man's forehead.
"Puff!"
This palm strike could flatten steel, let alone a human skull. Although the Black man had been modified and was powerful, he was still killed by Ye Tian's palm.
The Caucasian roared and punched through the car roof, reaching for Ye Tian.
Ye Tian sneered, a cold glint flashed, and he severed the other man's wrist. The person inside the car let out a scream, while Ye Tian ducked and slipped inside, unleashing over a dozen palm strikes in quick succession.
The large Caucasian turned into a human punching bag, blood gushing from his seven orifices, and he died on the spot.
After killing the pursuers, he tossed the bodies into the woods. He inspected the car and found it undamaged, so he got in and continued driving.
After a few minutes, he saw Ren Ping's car overturned on the ground. Several guards were hiding behind trees, in a standoff with the people opposite them, with gunshots occasionally ringing out.
He flashed behind Ren Ping. Seeing him arrive, Ren Ping smiled and asked, "Did you finish them?"
Ye Tian replied, "The cyborgs' strength is average, at most at the level of a Qi Condensation Grandmaster."
Ren Ping sighed, "But there are many of these things."
Ye Tian glanced at the opposite side and asked, "They seem to be cyborgs too."
Ren Ping confirmed, "Yes, there are differences among cyborgs. Like the ones opposite, not only are their physical abilities formidable, but their shooting is also precise; each one is a sharpshooter. If my men weren't strong enough, we would have been wiped out by them just now."
Ye Tian said, "I'll take care of them." With that, he leaped into the trees and disappeared.
One of Ren Ping's subordinates remarked, "Boss, if Mr. Ye accompanies us on future operations, our jobs will be much easier."
Ren Ping sighed, "He's worth hundreds of billions; I can't afford to hire him."
Less than half a minute later, several screams echoed from the bushes on the opposite side, followed by Ye Tian's voice, "Finished."
Ren Ping and his men only then walked onto the road. Someone went to deal with the battlefield in the woods. They discovered that there were five people on the opposite side, all modified warriors, two of whom were equipped with electronic eyes for shooting. Now, all of them had ceased to breathe.
Ren Ping ordered the bodies to be disposed of, then said to Ye Tian, "Brother, these modified warriors are relatively basic. The US gene serum is very potent. Can you research it and try to replicate it?"
Ye Tian replied, "Sure, but you'll have to give me the gene serum first."
Ren Ping smiled, "I'll give it to you later."
With this commotion, night had fallen, and the group headed directly to the airport.
Ren Ping stated, "The US's sudden move is likely because they also know about the meteorite in Siberia."
Ye Tian asked, "Will Japan cooperate with the US?"
Ren Ping replied, "Probably not. The Japanese are very greedy. If it's something valuable, they would never share it with the US."
Half an hour later, the plane took off, heading directly to their destination.
