Mi Jia Xiao Wu

Chapter 128 Extraterrestrial Species

Only when she ascended to the highest level could Yu'er come out to accompany him.

He wondered what this soft-voiced little person looked like.

Kasa had actually said he had seen Yu'er and even become her little brother.

Could Yu'er have grown up?

"Yu'er, are you there?" Guo Xuyang murmured.

"I am here, Master," Yu'er's soft voice echoed in his mind.

"Can I see you?"

"Of course, Master. But I cannot go out," Yu'er's voice replied.

"You can see me now. I am beside Kasa."

Guo Xuyang looked into his mind and saw a graceful girl of twelve or thirteen, about 1.6 meters tall.

She had a melon-seed face, a small nose, delicate lips, and a pair of large, watery eyes that blinked at him.

He couldn't find words to describe Yu'er. Phrases like "sinking fish and falling wild geese" or "shaming the moon and eclipsing the flowers" seemed too coarse and couldn't capture Yu'er's liveliness.

It seemed as if all the adjectives in the world couldn't describe Yu'er's appearance or temperament; only one word could be used: beauty.

This was a beauty that could only be defined by himself, an ethereal and transcendent beauty.

He was somewhat mesmerized.

He didn't know what to say.

"Master, Master," Yu'er's soft voice echoed repeatedly in his mind.

He then snapped back to reality.

"Yu'er, you are so beautiful," he blurted out.

"Thank you for the compliment, Master."

Kasa found Guo Xuyang's lovestruck expression hard to watch. Was this still the master he knew?

He was too much like this, wasn't he?

It wasn't Kasa's fault for not being able to express himself, as he was a creature from a distant planet and hadn't learned the national language, nor had he grasped its profoundness.

"Yu'er, why have you grown so fast?"

"It's all thanks to you, Master. The gold and diamonds you collected are very beneficial for my growth."

"What about Kasa's situation?"

"I was quite lonely by myself. I happened to see that Kasa had already condensed into a physical form, so I took him in. Master, you won't blame me, will you?"

"Of course not. From now on, you two can come out and follow me. We'll conquer the world together."

"Okay, Master. I'm really looking forward to going out. It's too boring being confined here."

"Be patient a little longer. When I get back, I'll process all these gold nuggets and diamonds and upgrade all my abilities to the highest level. Then you can come out."

"I'm so excited, Master. Keep it up!"

"Mmm. I will definitely work hard."

Guo Xuyang withdrew his inner gaze.

Tomorrow, they would enter the rainforest. He needed to find the cause of the injuries at the diamond mine as quickly as possible and strive to return to China at the fastest speed. He was eager to see Yu'er's appearance when she finally came out.

He wondered what Yu'er would look like then.

As he thought about it, he fell asleep, a look of unspeakable satisfaction on his lips.

The next morning, after eating and drinking their fill, the group set off. They drove the car into the rainforest and hid it.

Then they proceeded on foot. After walking for over an hour, they reached a river.

Tim and Borchardt found a deflated rubber raft from the dense forest, inflated it with the electric pump they carried in their backpacks, and then put it into the river.

The four of them floated downstream. After about two hours, they reached a beach.

Tim asked Guo Xuyang and the others to get off first, then dragged the rubber raft ashore.

Guo Xuyang was puzzled why it was so troublesome. If they mined diamonds, would they have to travel like this? What if they encountered something in the river, and all their efforts were in vain?

Then he heard Tim say, "We're almost there. This way is faster. If we went by land, it would take four or five days to reach the diamond mine. We can't go by water on the way back; it's too difficult to go against the current. When we retreated last time, they took the assault boats with them."

Tim led the group another two or three li, and they saw a huge pit.

This must be Bruce's diamond mine.

"We're here. Don't get too close. I don't know if that thing has left yet?" Tim said.

"That thing?" Guo Xuyang asked. "Have you seen it?"

"I haven't. I heard from the injured who retreated," Tim replied.

"What is it?"

"They said it was like a lizard, very fast, or perhaps like a snake. Everyone described it differently."

Guo Xuyang found it strange. Why would they describe it differently? Even if it was fast, they should have been able to see it clearly.

He released his senses, focused his gaze, and looked into the pit.

The pit was about four to five hundred meters deep and extended in all directions. Numerous holes formed a spiderweb-like pattern.

He surveyed them one by one and discovered a huge monster below, near the riverbank.

No wonder the injured described it differently. It was a giant lizard, but it was so massive that its tail alone was forty to fifty meters long. Its head was like that of a Tyrannosaurus Rex, with sharp fangs. Its claws were digging continuously below, as if it were burying something.

He followed the giant lizard's claws down and saw eggs, three enormous eggs.

Were these lizard eggs?

Why would this lizard bury its eggs in this diamond pit?

Was it afraid of something harming them, or was it some other situation?

He couldn't understand the lizard's actions.

The giant lizard suddenly stopped moving. It ceased digging with its claws.

It raised its head and looked around, searching for something.

Could the lizard have sensed his observation?

He shifted his gaze further away, scanning all the surrounding mineral deposits.

There were indeed quite a few diamonds here, twenty to thirty of them as large as eggs.

There were countless smaller ones.

It would be too much of a shame not to take such good things.

"Collect," he murmured.

The diamonds underground were instantly collected, totaling seventy to eighty tons.

The significant loss of diamonds caused the entire mine pit to shake, as if an earthquake had occurred.

He looked at the giant lizard again. The lizard let out a roar, extremely piercing, as if it would shatter eardrums.

He quickly had the other three cover their ears and crouch down.

The sonic boom caused many parts of the pit to collapse, triggering tremors throughout the entire crater.

"Master, Kasa says the sound outside is like the sound of an animal from his planet," Yu'er's voice sounded in his mind.

"Really? Can he subdue this kind of animal?"

"Kasa says he needs to try."

"Alright, I'll take this creature in. Be very careful not to get hurt. Let Kasa see if he can subdue it."

"Okay, Master. I will be careful."

"Collect," Guo Xuyang murmured.

He directly collected the giant lizard into his mind.

He focused his inner gaze to see how Kasa treated the giant lizard.

Kasa revealed its true form, a monstrous creature with a triangular head, serrated fangs, wings on its back, and a long tail extending for thousands of meters.

The giant lizard in front of him was like a small gecko lying before a human.
