Chapter 714 Imminent Danger

This planet is incredibly wealthy and technologically advanced, not only among its populace but also in its weaponry, far surpassing Earth's.

Numerous warships ascended into the sky, positioning themselves in mid-air, intently watching the space fortresses outside. A great battle was imminent.

Kasa flew through space, astonished by the formations of both sides.

The scene felt familiar. It was similar to when its own planet was invaded, though not by these space fortresses, but by another species.

Kasa completed a circuit in space and then returned to Guo Xuyang's side.

"Master, we must leave this planet as soon as possible. The area outside has been surrounded by those steel castles. I fear this planet will be occupied."

"I understand. We'll collect more food and drinks later; we don't know how long this journey back will take."

"Master, I have a feeling these steel castles are not ordinary. It's as if they are pursuing you."

"What do you mean?"

"The steel castles outside look similar to those you collected into your mind last time."

"Could it be that they can sense those massive ships? Or do these ships have tracking capabilities?" Guo Xuyang mused.

"That remains unknown."

"It's fortunate I didn't send this ship back to Earth. If Earth were surrounded by these things, it would likely have no power to fight." Guo Xuyang said with a touch of lingering fear.

"What are your plans? Should we stay or go?"

"We're leaving, we absolutely must leave." Guo Xuyang said, increasing the speed of his food collection.

"If we don't leave, with my strength alone, I wouldn't be able to stop these steel behemoths."

Kasa heard this and felt Guo Xuyang was right. With so many steel castles surrounding this planet, even with Guo Xuyang's immense power, he couldn't possibly evade the attacks of so many machines. It had witnessed these machines firsthand; each massive ship contained a multitude of them. Now, with countless more giant ships within the outer steel castles, the thought alone was chilling.

By the time Guo Xuyang finished collecting food and returned to the school, Xi Youli and the other two were hiding in a corner.

"How could this happen? What are those things outside?" Xi Youli asked.

"Ships, massive ships. We don't know where they came from," Guo Xuyang replied.

"Why would they come here? How many ships are there?"

"I don't know. We need to hurry back; the war here could erupt at any moment." Guo Xuyang said as he led the others to the ship.

"While this ship is decent, it's no match for those ships above."

"Grandpa You Tu is still at the manor; we have to go get Grandpa You Tu," Xi Youli said.

"That's a must."

Guo Xuyang piloted the ship at an extremely low altitude, approaching the manor from above.

"You Bu De Na, go call your grandfather. We'll wait for you here." Guo Xuyang said, bringing the ship down.

"Grandpa won't leave with us," You Bu De Na replied.

"Why?" Guo Xuyang asked.

"Grandpa is the Grand Shaman here; he has to preside over the command."

"This is not something for him to do; it requires a military commander to be in charge. Hurry and bring him here."

"You don't understand; our Grand Shaman is the supreme commander here."

"What? How is that possible?" Guo Xuyang was bewildered.

"It's true. He's likely not at the manor right now," You Bu De Na said.

"Then let's leave quickly. If your grandfather finds out I've taken you away, he'll skin me alive."
