Chapter 363 Yang Ming Encounters a Ghost

"Sun Pengfei, you think you're pretty slick, dressing up like a ghost to scare people? Haven't beaten you in days and you're getting too bold!"

Lin Feng came out of the house and saw Sun Pengfei scrambling away, covering his head.

"I'm not Sun Pengfei, I'm a female ghost!"

Sun Pengfei denied it as he ran.

"A female ghost, my foot! I'd recognize you even if you turned to dust!"

Lin Feng cursed and swung a stool, smashing it towards Sun Pengfei.

Sun Pengfei was running when he felt a strong gust of wind behind him.

He looked back and saw a stool coming straight at him.

"Ah!"

Sun Pengfei screamed. He couldn't dodge it and was hit by the stool, falling to the ground with blood gushing from his head.

"I'm warning you, if you dare gross me out again, I'll break your legs next time!"

Lin Feng stood a short distance away and warned him.

Sun Pengfei didn't dare to linger. Ignoring the pain in his head, he got up and ran.

Meanwhile, Yang Ming was on his way to see Su Qingya.

He had just called Tang Wan, hoping to ask her to speak to Lin Feng on his behalf.

However, Tang Wan only said, "Yang Ming, I'm no longer part of the Tang family. We have no familial ties, and I have no reason to help you."

Her words left Yang Ming speechless.

His mother, Tang Haimei, had always been at odds with Tang Wan. Now, she had even colluded with his maternal grandfather to expel Tang Wan from the Tang family.

It was understandable that Tang Wan wouldn't help him.

In his desperation, Yang Ming set his sights on Su Qingya.

Su Qingya had a close relationship with Lin Feng. If he could get Su Qingya to speak to Lin Feng, it would be just as effective as Tang Wan.

Following the address he had, Yang Ming quickly arrived at the shantytown.

As soon as he parked his car, he saw a white figure drifting in the distance.

It was late at night, so Yang Ming couldn't see what the white figure was.

"Hey, who's there?"

Yang Ming drew the revolver from his waist and asked guardedly.

Seeing Yang Ming pointing the revolver at him, Sun Pengfei, already brimming with resentment, charged at Yang Ming in anger.

"Open your eyes and see who I am!"

Sun Pengfei yelled impatiently.

He was dressed as a white female ghost, with dishevelled hair and his head bleeding from Lin Feng's stool.

Yang Ming took a closer look and almost jumped out of his skin.

"Holy crap! A ghost!"

Yang Ming shouted and instinctively tried to get back into his car to flee.

"What are you running for? My head is still bleeding, take me to the hospital!"

Before Yang Ming could start the car, Sun Pengfei opened the back door and plopped himself inside.

Yang Ming was completely stunned.

He looked in the rearview mirror at the female ghost in the back seat, his face as pale as paper.

"Ghost sister, don't mess around. I'm Yang Ming from the Dragon Group, and I'm protected by imperial qi. It might hurt you!"

Yang Ming mustered his courage and introduced himself tremulously.

"I know you're Yang Ming. Hurry up and drive me to the hospital, my head is throbbing!"

Sun Pengfei clutched his head, blood flowing incessantly, staining his white dress.

"Ghost sister, do ghosts need to go to the hospital?"

Yang Ming was on the verge of tears. He had been most afraid of ghosts since he was a child.

When he was young, he used to listen to ghost stories late at night to build courage, which led him to believe that ghosts and monsters existed.

Seeing one now, he was more convinced than ever.

Especially the female ghost in front of him, she was terrifying!

"Stop with the nonsense and drive, or I'll eat you!"

Sun Pengfei saw that Yang Ming genuinely believed he was a ghost and couldn't be bothered to explain.

Yang Ming, terrified, dared not speak and obediently started the car to take Sun Pengfei to the hospital.

On the road, Yang Ming kept glancing in the rearview mirror. Every time he looked, he found the ghost behind him disappearing and reappearing.

Yang Ming felt his heart palpitations getting worse, his heart thumping wildly.

In fact, Sun Pengfei was just bending over to rub his aching head, which made Yang Ming think he was disappearing.

Yang Ming didn't think otherwise. He was certain that the person in the car was a female ghost.

He drove the car directly to the crematorium.

"Ghost sister, we've arrived at the hospital. You, you can get out now."

Yang Ming said tremulously.

"Did a donkey kick your brain? This is the crematorium, do you think I can't read?"

"Hurry up and take me to the hospital, I'm feeling dizzy!"

Sun Pengfei was so angry that he slapped Yang Ming hard on the head.

Yang Ming rubbed his head, feeling wronged. "Ghost sister, isn't the hospital you ghosts talk about the crematorium?"

"Crematorium, your grandma's leg! My head hurts. Find something to bandage it for me and stop the bleeding!"

Sun Pengfei mumbled fuzzily.

"Okay, I'll get you some gauze right away."

Yang Ming swallowed and happened to find an emergency medical kit in the car.

He took a roll of gauze from the kit, then got out of the car and lit it with fire.

Seeing this, Sun Pengfei became even more furious. "You're a complete idiot! I told you to use gauze to stop the bleeding, and you burned the gauze! What the hell are you doing?"

Sun Pengfei was furious, his anger reaching its limit. He tackled Yang Ming to the ground and beat him violently.

Yang Ming dared not fight back, curling up on the ground and crying, "Ghost sister, I did as you said! I burned the gauze for you, so bandage it yourself! Why are you hitting me?"

"I..."

Sun Pengfei, already suffering from a headache, had his blood pressure skyrocket from Yang Ming's actions.

The blood from his head spurted out like a fountain.

"Ghost sister, you ghosts are amazing. If you're so powerful, can you help me take care of Lin Feng?"

"That guy always bullies me, and I can't beat him. If you help me deal with him, I'll worship you properly."

Yang Ming said with longing in his eyes.

"You want to deal with my little Feng Feng? I'll kill you first!"

Sun Pengfei was enraged and continued to beat Yang Ming.
