The Trickster King

Chapter 146 Two Dragons

After careful consideration, Xiao Xun decided to have the security personnel find that Aunt Liu and give her a reprimand, completely forgetting that Zhang Ming had reminded him that he must call the police if something happened.

Before the security personnel went in, Xiao Xun instructed, "Then you few go in and find her! Be careful not to hurt the old lady."

Several security personnel said in unison, "Don't worry! We know what we're doing."

Five people entered from the front door, and five from the back.

Finally, they all converged at Xiao Xun's door. They looked at each other, and one of them gently turned the doorknob, opening the door.

He didn't turn on the lights but shone a flashlight around the room. He didn't find any sign of anyone, but he forgot to check behind the door.

Just as he reached in to check, the door slammed shut. The man cried out in pain, quickly withdrew his arm, and wailed. The force was evident.

The others quickly pushed the door open, and a red blur "swished" past. They thought they were hallucinating, but there were ten of them, including the one who got his arm caught.

Dealing with a cleaning aunt, they felt it was more than enough.

However, they never expected that this aunt was extremely agile, not at all like a fifty-year-old woman.

Xiao Xun stood in the living room. He knew that besides the door, the only other exit from that room was the window. Since the security personnel entered from the door, if she wanted to escape, she could only go through the window.

Especially hearing the screams of one of the security personnel, he knew their apprehension was not going smoothly.

He went to the backyard alone, guarding the window, and used available kitchen items to build a simple trap. As soon as she came out of the window, he was sure he could easily capture her.

The security personnel inside were at a loss, thinking, "How is this aunt like a slippery loach, impossible to catch?"

Every time they thought they had pounced on her, she would evade them in an incredibly contorted way.

"This is eerie, guys, surround her."

Several security personnel formed a pincer movement. Unexpectedly, Aunt Liu pulled out a cleaver from behind her and threw it. The security personnel dared not block it directly, creating an opening.

Seizing the opportunity, Aunt Liu leaped, landing on the bed and rolling forward, then directly breaking through the window and jumping out.

As soon as she landed and started to run, her foot suddenly slipped. She tripped over something and fell straight down, then her vision went black.

A large bedsheet descended from the sky, landing and completely covering her.

Xiao Xun pressed down on her, but Aunt Liu's strength was immense, and Xiao Xun could not hold her down.

The security personnel also ran out from the back door. Seeing the person Xiao Xun was pinning down, they all rushed to help.

Ten big men finally subdued her, rendering her immobile.

Xiao Xun took out his phone, "Let's call the police. It seems this isn't as simple as it looks."

The security personnel also agreed. After the previous confrontation, they knew this Aunt Liu was no ordinary person and it would be safer to let the police handle it.

After more than half an hour, the police arrived. By then, Aunt Liu had been brought to the guardhouse by the security personnel, and Xiao Xun was also there.

When the police arrived, Xiao Xun explained the situation in detail and showed them the surveillance footage from the hidden cameras.

The security personnel also busily testified, saying that this Aunt Liu used to be responsible for the hygiene of the public areas in the villa district, but she disappeared for some unknown reason and never reappeared.

Upon hearing this, the police looked at Aunt Liu, who was tied to a chair, "Who told you to tie her up? Do you know that's illegal?"

The security personnel looked wronged, "You don't know, this aunt looks frail, but she's incredibly strong. Two or three of us couldn't control her. As soon as we let go, she'd pull out a weapon from nowhere. We were afraid she'd hurt someone, so we had to do this."

The police looked at Aunt Liu, "What's your name?"

Aunt Liu's eyes were deep. She sneered and said, "Listen, the death knell has sounded. We are all doomed. Ugly mortals, you will all go to hell."

Hearing this, Xiao Xun felt it sounded familiar.

The police, based on her actions and her last statement, had already labeled her as 'mentally ill'. After confirming there were no property losses or injuries, they directly took her away in handcuffs.

Returning to the other world, it was already late at night. Mu Jiahe was not there.

He put on that robe. He had spent more than ten hours in that world, while only three hours had passed in this world. Everything was the same as when he left last night.

Outside, there was the raging firelight, the shouts of countless people, and the distant sound of thunder and lightning.

Xiao Xun went downstairs from the master bedroom. He didn't see a single guard along the way. The entire castle was silent, and he didn't know where everyone had gone.

He drove to the location of the underground palace. Because this magic car was different from the cars in that world, and his driving habits were different, he almost drove the car into a ditch. Fortunately, he parked it at the entrance of the underground palace without incident.

As soon as he got out of the car, Xiao Xun heard bursts of low growls. He didn't know if it was their natural sound or if the sound insulation of the underground palace caused it.

It sounded a bit like an elephant's call, but higher pitched and more drawn out. From the sounds, he could tell that the creatures in the underground palace were definitely not small in size.

Xiao Xun entered the underground palace. The guards were all there. "Have you seen His Majesty?"

A soldier pointed inside, "His Majesty is inside."

Walking to the center of the underground palace, Xiao Xun finally saw the dragons of this world.

Both dragons had broken through the ceiling of the underground palace, reaching a height of over two meters, less than three meters. These were only young dragons.

Legend has it that an adult dragon can grow to an average height of fifteen to eighteen meters.

"I didn't expect the dragon eggs to be so small, but the dragons that hatched are so big."

One of the dragons even had two heads, one black and one purple.

The two-headed dragon was the purple one.

The skin of both dragons felt like a lizard's to the touch. Their eyes were large and bright, like a horse's eyes. The horns on their heads were like the horns of the magical beast Xiao Xun had cast an illusion on that day.

The black dragon had a thick and strong tail, while the twin-headed dragon had a thin and long tail. Their overall appearance was very similar to the carnivorous dinosaurs of the Cretaceous period described in books, especially the black dragon. However, its forelimbs were longer than a Tyrannosaurus Rex's. Both dragons had a pair of large, bat-like wings on their backs, though they were currently limp and weak.

Sailor Peles, in full armor and holding a shield with a flame emblem, stood about seven to eight meters away from the two dragons. Xiao Xun walked over, "These are the two dragons."

Sailor Peles grunted without turning his head, "Yes, and they are our hope for defeating the Winter Tribe."

Then, he turned to look at Xiao Xun and said sternly after a pause, "Vincent has not returned yet. The only ones with the power to tame these two dragons are the two of us."

Xiao Xun pointed to himself, "Me?"

Then he quickly waved his hands, "No, no, I can't do it."

"Why do you refuse so easily without trying? Don't forget, you are a one-in-a-million Chaos Mage."

Xiao Xun looked troubled, but seeing Sailor Peles's current state, he also wanted to help her solve her problems. He asked, "Then how should I tame them?"

In response to Xiao Xun's inquiry, Sailor Peles assumed an offensive stance, "The best way to tame them in a short period is to fight them, to fight until they submit."
