Xu Linchuan hadn't expected anyone to drug Su Qi.
Su Qi didn't seem to have many friends, her only interactions being with people from her company and the Su and Huo families.
Who would drug Su Qi, and specifically use a gaseous substance?
Su Qi's lips moved. She had initially intended to say she was drugged while looking for Xu Linyun, but then she thought of something and changed her words, "I think I went into the wrong room..."
Xu Linyun was Xu Linchuan's biological sister, and it was said that Xu Linchuan doted on her.
It wasn't yet confirmed if Xu Linyun was responsible, so she didn't want to jump to conclusions, nor did she want Xu Linchuan to misunderstand Xu Linyun.

Su Qi only stayed in the hospital for half a day before being discharged. By early evening, Xu Linchuan had sent her back to the villa in Shallow Water Bay.
As soon as she entered, she heard Sister Wu cooking and talking to someone.
Su Qi looked towards the kitchen and saw Huo Tingyun sitting by the island counter in the dining room. A laptop was placed on the counter, and the man was standing, looking at the laptop, chatting casually with Sister Wu.
Su Qi's face turned pale.
She looked around and noticed that even the shoe cabinet had many of Huo Tingyun's shoes added.
She seemed to have only seen these shoes at the house in Juyuan.
Even within the villa, many of the man's preferred decorations, books, and other items had appeared.
What was going on?
Su Qi felt unsettled.
"Madam, you're back. Hurry and wash your hands, then have dinner with the master."
Sister Wu's face lit up with joy upon seeing Su Qi return.
Su Qi ignored Sister Wu, walking straight upstairs and pushing open the door to her room. She was met with a sight of many, many men's clothes, ties, and other items in her walk-in closet.
Upon checking the master bedroom, she saw that even the bedding had been changed to the simple black, white, and grey colors the man preferred.
"Huo Tingyun!"
Su Qi felt dizzy with anger. She rushed downstairs, intending to confront Huo Tingyun.
"What is it?"
The man didn't even turn around, merely responding indifferently.
"You... why have you moved in!"
Su Qi couldn't remain calm.
Before, this villa only contained her belongings; there wasn't even a pair of slippers that belonged to him. The place always felt empty, but with his things added, it seemed to have become crowded.
"I'm living in my own home. Is there a problem?"
Huo Tingyun's tone was as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Su Qi swallowed. "No! I don't agree!"

"If you don't agree, you can move out."

Su Qi's eyes widened. "Nonsense!"
She immediately stopped eating, dumped the chili sauce into the trash can, and served herself more rice.

She needed to replenish her nutrition well to take care of the baby in her belly.
After eating, Su Qi immediately went upstairs, moved all her belongings out of the master bedroom into the second bedroom, and quickly locked the door.
She went into the bathroom to take a shower.
Thinking that the door was locked, the man wouldn't be able to get in.
Emerging from the bathroom, Su Qi was only wearing a bathrobe, planning to sleep soundly and go to work the next day.
To her shock, she saw a figure on her bed.

Su Qi felt like she was going crazy. When had he gotten in!
"Don't you have your own bedroom? Why did you come in here!"

Su Qi grabbed a blanket and went downstairs to the living room, settling down directly on the sofa.

Su Qi rubbed her sore neck and went into the bathroom to take a hot shower.
After washing up, she simply changed into some clothes and went out.
