Chapter 129 Giving Up Failed

Luo Qi sat on the ground, hands behind his back, staring blankly at Andrew, seemingly still recovering from being defeated in a single move.

Andrew raised an eyebrow at him, "Alright, little highness, your speed wasn't enough just now, nor was your force. If you had moved five centimeters more to the right, you might have even touched me."

Luo Qi slowly turned to look at Ye Mu, then at the dust on his hands. He suddenly let go.

Under the watchful eyes of both Ye Mu and Andrew, Luo Qi lay down on the ground, face up.

The little chubby cub lay solidly on the ground and coughed softly, "Oh dear, I think I'm injured. No, no, class dismissed for today."

Ye Mu frowned. He laboriously climbed up from the ground, dragging his lead-heavy legs, and shuffled over to Luo Qi, examining him from head to toe.

Andrew had also shown concern at first, but after a few seconds, he relaxed, sighed with a mixture of amusement and exasperation.

Ye Mu shuffled to Luo Qi's side, sat down beside him, and reached out to flip him over, checking if his bottom or waist had been hurt.

Luo Qi obediently rolled over, sneakily glancing up at Ye Mu, and whispered, "Hehe, I'm fine. I was just being lazy."

Ye Mu: "..."

Andrew: "..."

Ye Mu looked towards Andrew and saw the understanding on Andrew's face. It seemed he had seen through Luo Qi's little trick long ago.

However, Luo Qi hadn't intended to deceive Andrew anyway. He was a prime example of giving up.

Andrew stood smiling, watching Luo Qi lie limply on the ground, looking at the sky, the earth, and Ye Mu, but not at him.

He chuckled helplessly, "Little highness, I see through you."

Luo Qi tightly shut his eyes, still secretly pulling Ye Mu closer with one hand, so that most of Ye Mu's body blocked him.

Andrew clicked his tongue in exasperation, walked over, and lifted Luo Qi from the ground.

Luo Qi insisted on maintaining his persona of a boneless, limp little thing, completely ignoring Andrew's words. He followed Andrew's movement, tilting his head to the side, even finding a comfortable angle.

Andrew cleared his throat, "Little highness, there's something I need to remind you of. I am not the only teacher for you two."

He leaned closer to Luo Qi's ear and whispered, "His Majesty said that he knows you'll be lazy. If you don't make any progress, he'll teach you himself."

Andrew deliberately lowered his voice, making it sound a bit sinister, "Do you know? His Majesty's methods, tsk tsk tsk..."

Luo Qi shivered and opened his eyes, "Uncle Andrew."

Andrew waved a finger, his tone serious and proper, completely unlike the gentle uncle who had been running around with Luo Qi all along, "It's class time now. As the little highness, you should call me Teacher Andrew."

Luo Qi's mouth trembled into a wavy line, and he nodded aggrievedly, "Understood, Teacher Andrew."

Although Andrew had prepared himself before class, he felt his heart had been struck by an arrow.

Oh dear, seeing Luo Qi look so wronged, who could resist?

Andrew forced himself to harden his heart, placed Luo Qi on the ground, and said, "Little highness, ten minutes have passed. You can attack me now."

Luo Qi patted the dust off himself, channeling his grief and indignation at not being able to slack off into motivation. He readjusted his stance and charged at Andrew.

Andrew breathed a sigh of relief. Heaven knew how much he feared the little highness would start crying from being wronged.

But now it seemed he had underestimated the little highness.

"Increase your speed and attack towards the right!"
