Chapter 682 The Forbidden Woodshed

The number three rabbit spirit looked at Feng Qishi's face and couldn't help but ask, "If you're so powerful, why don't you leave?"

"Yes, why don't I leave?" Feng Qishi retorted.

"Why don't you leave?" the maid rabbit asked, coming back to her senses.

Feng Qishi tilted his head back and looked at the curious rabbit spirits, saying, "Sometimes, knowing too much isn't necessarily a good thing. Are you sure you want to know?"

Hearing Feng Qishi's words, they thought about his abilities and, with silly smiles, turned their backs.

Feng Qishi's lips curved upwards, and he lowered his head.

On the other side, Mu Anxiao quietly approached the door of Yan and the red-clothed rabbit spirit's room, then gently knocked.

At the table, Yan asked, "Who is it?"

"Open the door," Mu Anxiao said softly.

Upon hearing this, the red-clothed rabbit spirit quickly stood up and said, "I'll go." With that, she hurried to the door and opened it.

The moment the door opened, Mu Anxiao glanced back and then turned to ask, "Are you alright?"

"Come in," the red-clothed rabbit spirit said, pulling Mu Anxiao's arm.

Mu Anxiao, unable to refuse, followed the red-clothed rabbit spirit into the room and then closed the door behind her with her hands clasped behind her back.

"We're fine," Yan said, standing up.

Mu Anxiao nodded, "I can see that."

"How do you know that great demon?" the red-clothed rabbit spirit asked, her eyes full of curiosity.

Mu Anxiao looked at the increasingly curious red-clothed rabbit spirit and then at Yan, saying, "I don't know."

"You don't know?" the red-clothed rabbit spirit exclaimed. "You don't know how you met him?"

"You're that curious," Mu Anxiao said, looking helplessly at the red-clothed rabbit spirit's face.

The red-clothed rabbit spirit nodded, "Yes, I'm just curious."

"I really don't know," Mu Anxiao said helplessly.

Seeing Mu Anxiao's predicament, Yan said, "Why are you asking her so much? Let me tell you," she walked around the table and stood in front of Mu Anxiao, "Even though you helped us, I still won't forgive you."

"Whatever," Mu Anxiao said, coldly looking at Yan.

"You..."

Unexpectedly, just as Yan was about to utter a word, there was a knock on the door.

Mu Anxiao glanced at the shadow on the door, thinking, 'Not good, Piao has come.' With that thought, she looked to both sides and quickly stepped aside to hide behind the screen.

Yan glanced at the screen.

The red-clothed rabbit spirit took a deep breath, walked to the door, and opened it without asking, then feigned surprise and bowed her head, "My lord, hello."

"Move aside," Piao said.

The red-clothed rabbit spirit nodded slightly and moved aside.

Immediately, Piao crossed the threshold and walked in front of Yan, saying, "I heard that Mu Anxiao took your mother."

"Yes," Yan nodded slightly.

"Are you planning to seek revenge?" Piao asked directly.

Behind the screen, Mu Anxiao, worried that her shadow would betray her, lay down on the ground.

Yan swallowed and said, "She is now your... subordinate. Naturally, I would not dare."

Piao smiled, "You have some self-awareness. Very well, from today onwards, you will serve Mu Anxiao."

"Me?" Yan pointed at herself with a look of astonishment.

"You must always treat Mu Anxiao with this attitude, understand?" Piao asked coldly.

The red-clothed rabbit spirit subtly watched Piao's retreating back, thinking, 'What does he mean by this? Letting an enemy stay by his wife's side? Isn't that inviting a wolf into the house?' With that, she averted her gaze.

Yan hesitated for a few seconds, then nodded, "I understand."

"If she dies, you will be my wife," Piao said, reaching out and patting Yan's shoulder.

Mu Anxiao listened to Piao's series of perverse thoughts in disbelief, her brow furrowing.

Yan did not dare to disobey the order and nodded slightly.

"Very good," Piao said and turned to leave the room.

The next moment, Mu Anxiao emerged from behind the screen and walked to Yan, saying, "I'm sorry for implicating you."

"I will kill you," Yan said, putting on a sinister expression.

"Don't worry, I won't hold back either," Mu Anxiao said, then turned and left the room.

The red-clothed rabbit spirit looked at Mu Anxiao and Yan on either side with astonishment, thinking, 'It seems this is a war.'

Yan lowered her head, her mind heavy with unspoken thoughts.

Meanwhile, Xu Lan yan, in disguise, arrived at the back door and looked down at the dog-headed demon drinking with his brothers, saying, "I didn't expect them to be so carefree." As he spoke, he crouched down and quickly found the small red bottle from the dog-headed demon's sleeve.

The next moment, Piao arrived in front of the dog-headed demon. Worried about being discovered, Xu Lan yan quickly left.

The dog-headed demon immediately sensed Piao's arrival and hastily stood up, saying, "Why do you have time to come here?"

"Did you cast a spell near the woodshed?" Piao asked.

The dog-headed demon pursed his lips and chuckled foolishly, "Yes, I caught two demons and locked them up."

"You're quite capable," Piao said, reaching out and grabbing the dog-headed demon by the neck.

The dog-headed demon lost the ability to speak.

The lesser demons beside him all bowed their heads, not daring to speak.

Then, the dog-headed demon struggled with all his might to make guttural sounds.

"You have something to say?" Piao's eyes were filled with rage.

The dog-headed demon nodded his head inflexibly.

Piao narrowed his eyes and instantly released his grip.

The dog-headed demon breathed a sigh of relief, coughed a few times covering his neck, and said, "I only sealed the woodshed with demonic arts, you..."

"Say one more word, and I'll kill you," Piao interrupted coldly.

The dog-headed demon fell silent.

"From now on, you are forbidden to go to that place," Piao said finally and walked away.

The dog-headed demon leaned forward, watching Piao's receding figure, and pouted, "Unreasonable. What did I do wrong?"

"Brother, do you think a demon might have reported me?" the number one lesser demon asked warily.

"Impossible, right?" the dog-headed demon shook his head.

On the rooftop, Xu Lan yan watched the dog-headed demon's confused expression below and then Piao's figure as he completely departed. A smile played on his lips. After carefully storing the small red bottle, he jumped down directly and revealed himself.

"Big brother, you are so heartless," he said, walking towards the dog-headed demon.

Hearing this, the dog-headed demon and all the lesser demons were startled.

Then, the dog-headed demon looked at Xu Lan yan in astonishment and asked, "Are you a demon or a ghost?"

"What do you mean by that?" Xu Lan yan asked, walking up to the dog-headed demon.

"No one who goes down there survives, unless it's their soul," the dog-headed demon's courage had clearly diminished greatly after Piao's earlier actions.

"Big brother, I didn't go down there," Xu Lan yan said deliberately.

The dog-headed demon's eyes widened, "You're lying. I clearly saw you jump down."

"Did I jump down?" Xu Lan yan feigned ignorance in front of the dog-headed demon.

"You jumped," the dog-headed demon nodded.
