As Chen listened to Feng Qishi speak, he lowered his head.
Mu Anxiao found Feng Qishi's words unpleasant and nudged his arm, saying, "Chen, thank you."
Hearing this, Chen looked up at Mu Anxiao. "It's all my fault for running too slowly."
"This probably has nothing to do with whether you ran slowly or not," Feng Qishi added, poking the bear.
Chen pouted.
Mu Anxiao hadn't expected Feng Qishi to be so talkative. To comfort Chen, she patted his shoulder and said, "Don't listen to him. Dogs can't spit out ivory. He's exactly what they mean."
Feng Qishi's face turned cold. "Mu the Fool, what do you mean by that?"
"Just say one less word," Mu Anxiao glared at Feng Qishi, continuing to pat Chen's shoulder.
Suddenly, Chen smiled.
Mu Anxiao was puzzled by this.
Feng Qishi said, "Look at them, so optimistic." He glanced at Mu Anxiao. "You're not much of a big sister."
"What do you mean by that?" Mu Anxiao's attention shifted entirely to Feng Qishi.
Feng Qishi said, "Nothing much, I'm just impressed by how quickly you change your expression."
Feng Qishi hadn't mentioned it, but Mu Anxiao hadn't realized this flaw of hers. Now, hearing him say it, she instantly became aware.
"Oh, I guess I do change my tune quite quickly."
"Especially with me," Feng Qishi pointed at himself.
Mu Anxiao chuckled. "Sorry, I don't know why, but sometimes I just get angry when I see you, especially your attitude towards others. It really makes me mad."
"You're quite blunt," Feng Qishi said lightly.
Mu Anxiao replied, "Can't help it, that's my strong suit."
"I wasn't complimenting you," Feng Qishi's mouth twitched. He looked at Chen and asked, "Where did you get that gossip from?"
Chen hadn't been thinking much about it, but when Feng Qishi suddenly asked, she thought about Wan Sha's instructions to her and became speechless.
"..." Chen.
Seeing Chen's silence, Feng Qishi frowned. "I'm asking you a question."
"I..." Chen blinked. "I was in the room and heard outside... Wan Sha talking about this topic with someone."
Feng Qishi asked, "Someone?"
"Yes, it was a voice, as for whether it was a person, I don't know," Chen lowered her head.
Listening to Chen's words and looking at her, then thinking about what Mu Anxiao had just said, Feng Qishi was too lazy to suspect Chen.
"Alright," Feng Qishi paused and then asked, "Where are you planning to stay tonight?"
Chen shook her head.
"What do you mean by shaking your head?" Feng Qishi asked, confused.
Chen said, "I don't know where I can stay."
Hearing Chen's words, Mu Anxiao suddenly remembered that Chen had escaped from Wan Sha and then thought about her agreement with Chen. She said, "Why don't you come back with us and rest on the rafters?"
"Don't you see it?" Feng Qishi asked inexplicably.
At this moment, Mu Anxiao hadn't noticed that Chen's invisibility was sealed.
"See what?" she asked.
Immediately, Feng Qishi shifted his gaze to Chen's face.
Chen pursed her lips and said, "If I sleep on the rafters of the dilapidated temple, I might scare people."
"Why..."
"Mu the Fool, you really don't see it, or are you pretending not to?" Feng Qishi interrupted.
"See..." Uttering the word, Mu Anxiao reacted and reached out to pull Chen's arm, exclaiming in surprise, "You're not invisible?"
"You could say that. Wan Sha sealed my invisibility skill," Chen said softly.
Mu Anxiao exclaimed, "What? Then where will you sleep tonight?"
