"Alright, it's good that you know you were wrong," Feng Qi Shi said, patting Mu An Xiao's arm without offering any comfort.
"You'd better not speak," Mu An Xiao glared at Feng Qi Shi again. After taking a few steps, her body suddenly lost its strength.
"What's wrong?" Feng Qi Shi leaned over and asked as he looked at Mu An Xiao's retreating back.
Sweat beaded on Mu An Xiao's forehead, and her face gradually turned pale. Clutching her stomach, she couldn't help but hiss and instantly fell to her knees.
Seeing that something was wrong, Feng Qi Shi quickly stepped forward to Mu An Xiao's side. He looked down at Mu An Xiao's weak state and said, "I'll take you to the hospital."
"No need," Mu An Xiao said weakly, slowly lifting her face to look at Feng Qi Shi, her vision blurring. "You should go. I'll be fine here alone."
"No," Feng Qi Shi said, stepping forward and crouching in front of Mu An Xiao.
Mu An Xiao looked at Feng Qi Shi's back and asked, "What are you doing?"
"I'll carry you. You can't be here alone," Feng Qi Shi said, turning his head slightly.
Mu An Xiao took a few breaths and said, "I'm not going to the hospital."
"I'm not making you go, I'm taking you..."
Before Feng Qi Shi could finish his sentence, Mu An Xiao tilted and fell to the ground, unconscious.
Feng Qi Shi frowned, quickly turned to look at Mu An Xiao, and paused. "Er, she must be really badly hurt." As he spoke, he glanced around and made a new decision.
An hour later, Feng Qi Shi stopped at the doorstep with Mu An Xiao on his back. "It's alright, it's alright." As he spoke, he looked around the yard and reached out to press the doorbell.
Inside the house, Feng Feng heard the doorbell and called out, "Auntie, open the door."
In the kitchen, the auntie, who was busy, quickly stopped her work, shouted, "Coming!" She walked out of the kitchen, hurrying towards the front door.
At the door, Feng Qi Shi swallowed and was about to press the bell again when the door opened.
"Qi Shi, you're back," the auntie said, surprised to see Feng Qi Shi.
Feng Qi Shi asked, "What, you don't welcome me?"
"No, it's just that Madam told me not to prepare your meal, so I thought you weren't coming back," the auntie explained. As she made way for Feng Qi Shi, she saw Mu An Xiao on his back and asked, "Wait, who is this young lady?"
"Do I need to tell you that?" Feng Qi Shi said, walking past the auntie into the living room without taking off his shoes. He looked at Feng Feng, who was sitting on the sofa eating melon seeds, and said, "Help me."
Feng Feng's eyes were fixed on the television program. "I won't help. I'm tired."
"Fine, I won't tell you the secret then," Feng Qi Shi said coldly.
As soon as Feng Feng heard about a secret, she quickly changed her attitude. "Okay, I'll help." She turned her head to look at Feng Qi Shi and froze.
"What's wrong?" Feng Qi Shi asked, easily carrying Mu An Xiao on his back.
Feng Feng put on her slippers, stood up, and walked to Feng Qi Shi's side. She pointed at Mu An Xiao behind him and asked, "What's going on here?"
"She was protecting me and got knocked out by a bicycle," Feng Qi Shi said casually.
"Knocked out by a bicycle," Feng Feng leaned over to look at the sweat on Mu An Xiao's forehead and asked, "Where's the culprit?"
"The culprit was a six-year-old child. The child started crying on the spot, so I didn't pursue it," Feng Qi Shi lied.
"You're really... your brain has become so stupid. You could have found his parents. Her condition," Feng Feng frowned, "doesn't look very good."
"Aren't you studying nursing? This is your chance to show off your skills."
