"Of course, your mother said your sister would call you, and you just need to inform your homeroom teacher before you leave," the female school doctor instructed properly.
"Okay, I understand, teacher," Feng Qishi nodded.
"Rest well," the female school doctor said, then turned to her desk, picked up a notebook, and left the infirmary.
The moment the female school doctor left, Feng Qishi's expression turned grim. "You really came back to get revenge on me."
"It was wrong of me to knock you out, but... I had no choice." Mu Anxiao pursed her lips. "If you want to blame me, I won't say anything."
"Do you really want to be a cleaner at our school that badly?" Feng Qishi suddenly asked.
Worried that Feng Qishi's words might be overheard, Mu Anxiao waved her hand and closed the door.
Feng Qishi looked at the door Mu Anxiao had closed with surprise. "This is probably not appropriate, is it?" he said, tilting his head to stare at Mu Anxiao's face.
Mu Anxiao looked down at Feng Qishi's surprised and provocative expression. "When you were talking to thin air in front of so many people, did you not think it was inappropriate?"
"I already have a bad reputation at school, so I don't care about those things. But you're different. You're invisible now. If someone sees you doing this, they'll just think it's my problem. How am I supposed to explain that then?"
"That's not right," Mu Anxiao frowned. "You say you don't care, but then you say I'm dragging you down and making it impossible for you to explain. In the end, you do care."
Feng Qishi had just been trying to tease Mu Anxiao, but now that Mu Anxiao had said that, he was speechless.
"What is the college entrance examination for?"
"The college entrance examination is an exam," Feng Qishi said casually, then frowned. "Why are you asking about this?"
"Your classmate just asked that woman if your physical condition allows you to participate in the college entrance examination. From her tone," Mu Anxiao said, "the college entrance examination is very important to you all."
"Everyone has a different view on the college entrance examination. For example, it's nothing to me, but it's very important to others. It depends on how you think about it," Feng Qishi explained patiently.
"Although I don't understand what you're saying, I can tell that you are someone who doesn't strive for progress," Mu Anxiao said, glancing at the motionless disc in her hand.
"What is this thing?" Feng Qishi pointed at the disc.
"To demons, it's a demon disc. To deities, it's a divine disc. It doesn't have an exact name," Mu Anxiao explained simply.
"Then what kind of disc is this thing in your eyes?" Feng Qishi said, casually throwing off the covers and getting out of bed.
Mu Anxiao looked down at Feng Qishi's bare feet on the floor and asked, "Why aren't you wearing shoes?"
"It's troublesome," Feng Qishi replied. He walked around Mu Anxiao to the school doctor's desk and picked up his mobile phone.
Mu Anxiao continued to stare at Feng Qishi's sneakers by the bed and asked, "Are you not feeling well?"
"Not really, I just catch colds often," Feng Qishi said, while texting his mother: I'm fine now, you don't need to send that Shi Momo. After sending the message, he turned off his phone and looked at Mu Anxiao, who was still staring at his shoes. "Do you like my shoes?"
"No wonder you catch colds often; it's because you don't like wearing shoes," Mu Anxiao said.
