Chapter 256 The Friend’s Command

"Got it," Feng Qishi agreed and followed Yan Shan's steps.

Mu Anxiao followed them, her heart filled with curiosity about everything here.

At the same time, Feng Mu's car pulled over to the curb outside the mall where Feng Qishi was.

"Go and come back soon," she said, looking at Feng Feng, who was picking up her bag.

"I'm not coming home for dinner today," Feng Feng replied. After confirming there were no cars passing, she opened the car door and got out. "Mom, goodbye."

"Go on," Feng Mu waved her hand.

Feng Feng, carrying her backpack, closed the car door, walked around the back, and onto the curb. After watching the car drive away, she took out her phone and dialed a friend's number.

"Hello, where are you guys?" she asked.

On the other end of the phone, several girls and two boys were gathered outside the cinema on the third floor of the mall. The girl answering the phone glanced at the people looking at her and said, "Oh, we're waiting for you outside the cinema on the third floor. Just come up."

"Okay," Feng Feng agreed.

"Oh, and," the girl quickly added before Feng Feng hung up, "remember to buy us each a cup of milk tea or juice."

"How many people?" Feng Feng asked.

The girl counted the people in front of her with her fingers and said, "Oh, seven people in total."

"Ah?" Feng Feng was startled and touched the wallet in her bag. "Alright, I'll keep track of the tab. You guys remember to give me the money."

"Aren't we friends?" the girl suddenly turned serious.

Feng Feng jumped in surprise. "Of course we are, but even if I buy, I can only buy for you because only you are my friend."

"You said it yourself," the girl glanced at the people watching her, turned her back, and whispered, "My friends are your friends, and your friends are my friends. Naturally, these people, even if you haven't met them, are your friends too. So, you have to buy. Besides, it's the first impression, isn't it? You should leave a good impression."

"No, I only looked for you when I came out, and then you suddenly found so many people..."

Before Feng Feng could finish, the girl hung up the phone.

Girl Number One looked at the girl's nervous expression and asked, "What's wrong?"

"I asked her to buy drinks for everyone, and she said she didn't want to, so I said a few words to her, and she got angry," the girl said bluntly.

"What kind of friend is that?" Girl Number Three said angrily.

"They're all students, it's a bit harsh to speak like that," said Boy Number One.

"She's not very good-looking," the girl said deliberately.

"Then that makes sense, it's indeed a bit much," Boy Number One changed his tune.

"You really," Girl Number Four poked Boy Number One's face with her finger.

Boy Number One smiled foolishly. "Can't help it, it's a world that judges by appearance."

"What's that Feng Feng usually like?" Girl Number Three asked the girl curiously.

The girl thought for a moment and said, "She's not bad. Don't say anything carelessly later. We're classmates, we can't fall out. Otherwise, it'll be too awkward to meet at school."

"We know," they replied in unison.

Mu Anxiao was startled by their voices, so she stopped and openly looked at the flashy girls and boys, frowning.

The girl looked at Mu Anxiao curiously and asked, "Why are you looking at us?"

Mu Anxiao didn't say anything and turned back to follow Feng Qishi and Yan Shan.

Meanwhile, Feng Feng, worried about offending them, walked into the milk tea shop on the first floor and dialed the girl's number again.
