"Father, is the demon beast you're talking about the monster that Senior Sister raised?" the girl asked, cautiously glancing at the stern-faced woman.
The middle-aged man nodded.
The man, disbelieving the words of the girl and boy, cast his eyes down.
"Master, please don't kill me," the fifteen or sixteen-year-old boy cried out.
"Come on," the middle-aged man ignored the boy and glanced at the woman.
The woman nodded, brought her index finger and thumb to her mouth, and let out a whistle.
Instantly, a wolf demon with a bizarre appearance descended from the sky. The disciples immediately scattered.
The wolf demon stood steadily beside the woman and asked, "What do you want me for?"
"A gift for you, go enjoy it," the woman said, pointing at the fifteen or sixteen-year-old boy kneeling on the ground, his face contorted with terror as he looked up at the wolf demon.
The wolf demon scanned the others present, looked at the boy, and then at his arm, saying, "Isn't this the silly kid who gave me his monster this morning?"
"Please don't eat me," the fifteen or sixteen-year-old boy said, trembling all over.
The wolf demon walked gracefully to the boy, sniffed the air, and then, locking its gaze on the door for a moment, frowned and turned sharply towards the woman, "You wicked woman."
"What do you mean by that?" the woman asked, glaring at the wolf demon, who had inexplicably uttered those words.
"Yin Chai are here. You called me, and I'll settle this with you later." With that, the wolf demon transformed into a red light and disappeared.
The other disciples also breathed a sigh of relief.
"Father, that monster was so scary," the girl said.
The woman, however, looked at the fifteen or sixteen-year-old boy, who had relaxed after being spared, and asked, "Why didn't you tell me about the Yin Chai?"
"Yin Chai?"
At the same time, inside the house, a Yin Chai walked up to Mu Anxiao and said, "I didn't expect people here to know about me."
"Never mind that, how are we going to deal with this guy?" Mu Anxiao asked, holding the rope that bound the white-haired woman.
The Yin Chai glanced at the now quiet white-haired woman and asked, "Are you willing to leave with me?"
"Roar." The white-haired woman nodded.
The Yin Chai took the rope from Mu Anxiao and smiled, "I'll cure your demonic poison when we get back. I know you don't want to kill people. If you really wanted to, that child would already be dead."
The white-haired woman bared her fangs upon hearing the Yin Chai's words.
Mu Anxiao looked at the fangs in the white-haired woman's mouth and swallowed, asking, "If she's gone, what about that child?"
"Just chop off his arm," the Yin Chai said casually.
"Are you sure they won't kill him?" Mu Anxiao asked again.
"They are cultivators. They wouldn't dare kill randomly. They only kill through the hands of wicked monsters. Don't worry, just save her."
"Do you mean I have to chop off his arm myself?" Mu Anxiao asked, panicking.
"Otherwise? You were the one who pushed him out earlier. Shouldn't you save him now?"
"He was the one who let her out to attack us. Besides," Mu Anxiao peeked at Shen Yan, who was still sitting in place, healing himself, "Shen Yan is also injured. Who is responsible for this?"
"That's your personal grievance with that boy, it has nothing to do with me. Anyway," the Yin Chai's lips curved, "if he dies, you die too. It's one life for another."
"You're bullying me," Mu Anxiao said unhappily.
"You can think of it that way. Anyway, remember this," the Yin Chai looked through the roof beams at the darkening sky outside, then looked back and said, "Yin Chai are already on their way. You need to save him quickly." With that, he pulled the white-haired woman and vanished.
