Lin Muzi and Ling Qianhe were about to take the little loli to the interstellar world.
Crossing through time and space back to the spaceship felt like mere an instant, yet a demonic dark loli, Chao Lu, appeared beside them.
Chao Lu was very curious about the spaceship.
"Is this the highest level of technology in the universe?"
Lin Muzi turned to look at Ling Qianhe, who replied indifferently.
"No."
"The highest technology is in Steel Silver City and the Central Planet."
"However, this spaceship is enough for us to reach the Central Planet. Before the Mother Nest fully awakens—"
"Right, on the Central Planet, there are insectoid infiltrators. Chao Lu's abilities will be very useful in identifying them."
Hearing this, Lin Muzi immediately understood.
Ling Qianhe possessed the power of time, allowing him to reverse time and reveal the true nature of the insectoids.
As for Chao Lu, she could enter dreams—but dreaming was something only humans did!
Insectoids couldn't dream.
In her eyes, the insectoids were special.
Even if the insectoids used their mimicry abilities and disguised themselves as humans, they could be easily identified by the little loli, Chao Lu.
This ability was undoubtedly an absolute weapon on the Central Planet.
Chao Lu was very curious about the spaceship, and this little girl was too clever. She quickly grasped the basic operation of the spaceship and began to read a mech operation manual.
As she memorized the operating procedures, she looked up at Lin Muzi and Ling Qianhe.
"Do you two brothers and sisters have mechs?"
Lin Muzi nodded and said,
"We both have our own mechs. My mech is called Fate, and his mech is called Burning Heart."
Lin Muzi said this, and the little loli's eyes lit up. She eagerly asked,
"Where are your mechs, brother and sister? Can I see them?"
Lin Muzi glanced at Ling Qianhe. They exchanged glances and felt there was nothing wrong with letting the little loli Chao Lu see the mechs.
The silver-white mechs appeared.
Inside the spaceship cabin, two mechs were summoned, making Chao Lu's eyes shine. She gazed intently at the two mechs, examining them from top to bottom with excitement in her eyes.
"So they really are this beautiful."
She reached out to touch Burning Heart, but Ling Qianhe grabbed her hand, pulled her away, and solemnly warned her,
"Don't touch it."
He paused, perhaps realizing his tone and attitude were too cold. He was silent for a moment and then explained,
"There's something wrong with my mech. Touching it could have unpredictable consequences."
Chao Lu's eyes widened as she looked at the mech in front of Ling Qianhe. After a moment, she nodded seriously, her tone extremely cautious.
"I can sense... the power of vengeful souls."
"I've never seen such powerful vengeful soul energy, not even in the apocalypse."
"And there's another power, dark and chaotic, that devours everything. It's terrifying!"
Even Chao Lu shivered, indicating how terrifying this power was to her. Chao Lu gasped and then whispered,
"Does a power that can devour everything truly exist?"
Ling Qianhe smiled.
"Of course it does. Haven't you already felt it?"
"That's the power of the insectoids. Insectoids can devour all life force, returning everything to nothingness. They are insatiable, devouring madly across countless worlds—it is their destiny, and they will never give up devouring."
"As for the vengeful soul energy you sensed, that goes back to the origin of this mech."
He briefly explained the mech's origin to Chao Lu.
The little girl stood in a daze, and after a long while, she slowly sighed.
"No wonder."
"No wonder you told me not to touch this mech."
"No wonder the resentment on this mech is denser than anything I've ever seen."
"If the truth is like this, then everything makes sense."
"But if I were that person named Jiang Yu Ye, I would make everyone pay a price at any cost... I would never sacrifice myself for those fools who have nothing to do with me, absolutely not!"
"Why should others live well while I am misunderstood by everyone and my descendants fall into hell forever?"
The little loli Chao Lu glared with anger.
"This will really make me angry!"
Lin Muzi petted Chao Lu's head and said,
"So what he pursues is the future of all humanity."
"It's not about his personal gains or losses. Even if he has resentment in his heart, it only stays with this mech."
The little loli Chao Lu was still angry, still very upset.
"Who wants to be a good person? Being a good person is the most tiring and difficult thing. It means enduring all grievances and dying with regrets—I don't want to be a good person!"
"I want to be someone others fear!"
The little loli said seriously, her eyes wide.
She said,
"If I am wronged, then the one who wronged me will not have an easy time either!"
Lin Muzi felt a headache.
This child was sensitive and extreme, yet immensely capable. She wasn't easy to teach.
Ling Qianhe, upon hearing Chao Lu say this, actually nodded, showing a very approving expression.
"You're right."
Lin Muzi stared at Ling Qianhe, wishing she could hit him.
Ling Qianhe, however, encouraged Chao Lu.
"That's how you should think."
"Don't take losses."
"Don't be afraid to speak up."
"If someone bullies you, fight back. Torment them cruelly in their dreams, make those scoundrels wish they were dead!"
Chao Lu's eyes lit up.
She clearly took these words to heart, and they suited her perfectly. The little girl nodded forcefully and seriously.
"Okay!"
Lin Muzi glanced at Ling Qianhe. She originally wanted to ask him to teach the little girl some good things, at least to learn to be kind—but then she felt that this request was truly asking too much of Ling Qianhe.
He himself could barely manage it.
Teaching Chao Lu.
It was too difficult.
Chao Lu turned to look at Lin Muzi's silver-white Fate mech, her eyes lighting up as she exclaimed.
"What a mysterious mech."
"I can actually feel a chaotic force from it, like a dream... Everything is unknown, yet everything seems predestined... countless threads of fate intertwining and crossing, giving rise to the mech before my eyes—this is truly... truly incredible!"
"This is something that only exists in dreams, and I never thought it would appear in reality."
"Is this your mech, sister?"
"Indeed, only you, sister, are worthy of such a mech!"
The little loli was almost reluctant to part with this Fate mech!
