Chapter 406: Chapter 406 Annoyance Chapter 406: Chapter 406 Annoyance Right, he finally remembered that tonight, everyone in the village was at the ancestral hall eating, but he hadn’t seen that detestable woman.

The more Mo Xiaoqiang thought about it, the more suspicious he became. However, it was already the third watch of the night, and though he wanted to search for her, he had no idea where to start. He could only hold back his frustration, sitting on the edge of the bed, growing angrier by the minute. He lifted his arm and fiercely punched the bed…

“Snap.”

His hand was instantly covered in a patch of blood-red.

……………
In the evening, Auntie Sun was heading to the ancestral hall for the meal when, halfway there, passing through the Small Bamboo Forest, a dark figure suddenly emerged and dragged her into it, scaring her half to death. When she turned her head, she couldn’t believe it—it was Butcher Yu, and she immediately flew into a rage, “You deadbeat, you’ve really got some nerve, sneaking into our village like this?”

Butcher Yu laughed, “Little Darling, what’s there to fear? Everyone in the village is rushing to the feast; no one has time to bother with us!”

“How do you know about our village’s feast?” Auntie Sun looked at him, puzzled.

With a proud face, Butcher Yu said, “Don’t worry about that, I have my ways and they’re great.”

“I think you’re asking for trouble.”

“For Little Darling, I would gladly climb mountains and dive into boiling oil.”

“Of course you’re not scared, being a bachelor, but I have a husband. After our affair was exposed last time, my husband almost divorced me.”

“Isn’t it true that he didn’t divorce you? That means he can’t bear to part with you; just relax.”

“Nonsense, you know very well how much I’ve suffered in the Mo family. It’s one thing for my mother-in-law to dislike me, but even my husband ignores me. You have no idea, these days I’ve been living a life worse than death.” As she spoke, Auntie Sun was overwhelmed with tears, and she forcefully pushed Butcher Yu away.

Having traveled a long way, Butcher Yu was also infuriated by not receiving a warm welcome from Auntie Sun. In a moment of desperation, he raised his hand and struck her hard on the back of her neck.

Auntie Sun’s eyes rolled back and she fainted.

“You ungrateful wretch.”

As he spoke, Butcher Yu suddenly hoisted her onto his shoulder and headed toward a dark corner by the village where a bullock cart was parked, planning to find a place to vent his frustrations thoroughly.

Groggily regaining consciousness, Auntie Sun awoke to find herself in an unfamiliar room with crude furnishings.

Just as she was feeling baffled, she suddenly heard snoring next to her. Turning her head, she saw to her shock that it was Butcher Yu sleeping soundly beside her.

Just as Auntie Sun was about to shake him awake, she realized she was undressed and there were obvious signs of lovemaking on her body, which infuriated her. She struck the sleeping Butcher Yu hard, “You deadbeat, where have you brought me to? It’s dead of night, what if my husband can’t find me?”

“Stop yelling, I’m really tired.”

Impatiently, Butcher Yu pushed her away, worn out from the night’s activities.

“You’re still sleeping? Still sleeping? Stop sleeping now,” Auntie Sun was completely enraged, and she pulled Butcher Yu up.

“Ouch, hey, Darling, what’s wrong?” Butcher Yu finally woke, rubbing his eyes groggily and asking.

“I’m asking you, where is this place? Hurry up and take me home.”

“Darling, it’s the dead of night, how would I find a bullock cart to take you back?”

“Where exactly are we?” Auntie Sun was shocked and quickly asked.
