Chapter 315: Chapter 315: Bloodthirsty Out of Control
Alexander Parker stood up grimly, striding toward Johan Niles, somehow holding a sharp Willow Blade that glinted with a chilling light.
Isabella Weaver dashed over, tightly hugging him from behind: "Alexander Parker!"
Alexander’s steps halted, the Willow Blade vanished from his hand, and he turned around to hug her, sighing in pain: "Isabella, you’re hugging me voluntarily, but it’s not for me."
Isabella clutched his clothes tightly, her face streaked with tears: "Doctor Niles is so innocent. If he dies here today because of me, what face will I have to live with in the future!"
"Marry me, and I’ll let him live!"
"I’m already married!"
"You can divorce!"
The living room fell into a dead silence.
After a long time, Alexander finally spoke gently: "Cousin, you don’t want to?"
"I do!"
Isabella’s expression turned cold, and she spoke with a pale face: "But I have a condition!"
"Tell me."
"Not just Doctor Niles, Harry Hunter, my mom, all other people related to me, you can’t touch any of them! I want them all safe and sound!"
"Since when did my cousin have so many people to care about and protect? You used to have no friends, no family, no lovers, only me. And now, you don’t want me anymore."
All of Alexander’s gentleness faded away, and he fiercely threw Isabella onto the sofa.
After five years, his cruel and bloodthirsty true self appeared before Isabella once more.
His eyes were blood red, his reason slowly fading away.
He pressed down on Isabella’s body, lowering his head to kiss her.
Isabella abruptly turned her head away, his icy lips landing on her neck.
Her skin was so white, delicate, and smooth.
The girl he loved most, her entire being exuded a deadly fragrance, tempting him to devour her bite by bite.
He extended his tongue, licking her collarbone, neck, landing on her pulsing carotid artery.
Isabella kicked him, her palms desperately trying to push him away, but the strength difference was too great; Alexander’s body remained immobile.
He grabbed both her wrists with one hand, preventing her from moving, and bit down on her neck.
"Ah!"
Isabella cried out in pain, childhood nightmares resurfaced, fear swept over her!
"Brother! It hurts!"
Alexander suddenly snapped back to reality for a moment. When he looked down, he saw her pale skin had already been bitten through, blood gushing out, stimulating his senses.
Fortunately, he did love her enough, loved her so intensely that even in irrationality, he subconsciously avoided her major artery, biting a spot next to it.
He licked away her blood, his voice hoarse: "I love you, Isabella."
...
CBD Central Square.
A gentle sea breeze drifted between the towering buildings.
A man with exquisite features was hidden in a room within one of the buildings, all windows covered by heavy curtains, shrouding the interior in darkness.
He was dressed in black sportswear, wearing a baseball cap, and looking toward the square through a sniper scope.
A short sound from the wireless communicator: "Target spotted! Will be within range in ten seconds!"
The crowd in the square didn’t affect him in the least, his breath was steady as he silently counted in his heart:
"Ten, nine, eight,... three, two, one."
The tall and familiar figure finally appeared in his sight.
Without hesitation, he pulled the trigger, the bullet shot out abruptly, piercing through the man’s expensive suit, raising a large mist of blood, entering his body.
The communicator’s voice from the assistant echoed once more: "Brother Austin, Alexander Parker sent a message telling us not to act yet."
Austin Winters replied indifferently: "Too late."
