Chapter 360: Chapter 360: The Hunter Family Young Madam’s Extravagance
Harry Hunter was quite dissatisfied with the word "delicate," pressing Isabella Weaver with a fierce look, "Say, your husband is the most brave! Or you won’t get to eat the pomegranate!"
"Fine, fine, brave, brave."
"No way, that’s too perfunctory!"
"My husband is the most brave!"
"Hmm, that’s more like it."
Isabella Weaver looked at Harry Hunter amusedly, thinking it’s quite fun to coax him; he’s actually very easy to please.
After a bit of playful banter, she finally pushed Harry Hunter away and ran to the bathroom to change clothes.
Harry Hunter was in a rather good mood, called Connor to bring breakfast over, and grabbed half of a pomegranate to eat while leaning on the sofa.
Isabella Weaver appeared in business attire with her hair done, only to find the dining table already full of delicacies.
Yet her man didn’t spare a glance at those delicacies, absorbed in eating the pomegranate.
Isabella Weaver snatched the pomegranate away, "No more of this, eat breakfast!"
Harry Hunter licked his lips; honestly, the pomegranate was quite tasty.
But he had to listen to his wife, so he began eating breakfast first.
During breakfast, the two chatted casually, and Harry Hunter learned that Shiely Morrison was sent abroad by Alexander Parker. He immediately said, "Leave this to me. Since she was sent abroad, there must be traces. I’ll investigate!"
Isabella Weaver nodded; Harry Hunter’s investigation would certainly be much faster than hers.
"Isabella, I found a new bodyguard for you. Usually, the bodyguard will follow you around. Moreover, test Natalie Niles a bit more, and when the time comes, you can choose whichever you prefer."
After all, it’s for Isabella Weaver to have a bodyguard, so Harry Hunter prioritized her feelings.
Isabella Weaver’s gaze flickered slightly, smiling as she said, "Okay."
After breakfast, she walked out of the hospital room, only to see Connor ready for departure in the hallway, alongside three neatly standing young women.
Cora Ginger gave her a grin, then solemnly bent down, "Good morning, Young Madam!"
To her left was a plain-looking woman who also bowed respectfully, "Good morning, Young Madam, I’m your bodyguard, my name is Grace Watt."
To the right, Natalie Niles lowered her eyes, the last to bow, "Good morning, Miss Weaver."
Isabella Weaver greeted them and turned to face Harry Hunter, "Isn’t this a bit much?"
Harry Hunter, holding her orange Hermès bag in one hand and her hand in the other, walked briskly outside, "Not at all, the Young Madam of the Hunter Family should have such a presence. It’s you who’s too low-key, otherwise I’d arrange even more people for you."
Isabella Weaver smiled helplessly; she really wasn’t used to being ostentatious.
She walked with him outward, greeted by doctors and nurses along the way, but Harry Hunter remained aloof and walked on.
Isabella Weaver kept a smile, nodding slightly in response.
Natalie Niles followed behind them, watching their backs, her eyes slightly red.
Before she joined the special forces, there was Cherry Lewis by Harry Hunter’s side. After she left the special forces, Isabella Weaver was there.
Previously, she didn’t pay much mind to Cherry Lewis because she knew Harry Hunter had no feelings for Cherry or anyone else.
But now...
She looked up at their tightly held hands, saw the evident women’s handbag in Harry Hunter’s hand, and felt a stabbing pain inside.
The person who tipped her off only said Harry Hunter was recruiting female bodyguards; she thought she was coming to be Harry Hunter’s bodyguard, never expecting she was being recruited for his wife.
Even so, she still didn’t want to give up.
She endured so much hardship and honed her skills in the special forces, for what?
Isn’t it to stay by his side?
She thought a man as cold and unfeeling as him wouldn’t fall in love with any woman, her initial goal was to be the second Connor by Harry Hunter’s side!
