Chapter 1 Soul Devouring Lord

In the great canyon outside the Fallen Ark, the Soul Devouring Lord, with its jet-black wings, had emerged from within.

The terrifying domain pressure directly covered half of the great canyon.

The members of Midnight Tea Party, watching the sudden appearance of the Soul Devouring Lord, felt an instinctive fear and unease.

"Guild Leader, should we still go in?" Yun Zhongsha asked Qingfeng Zhujiu, her voice filled with worry.

With such a monster guarding the Fallen Ark, even an army of ten thousand at the same level would be no match, let alone them with such a significant level difference.

"Let's wait and see," Qingfeng Zhujiu said quietly. "Hei Yan mentioned a way to lure these monsters away. We'll decide after we've assessed the situation."

Hearing Qingfeng Zhujiu's words, the others remained silent.

They had finally opened the gates to the Fallen Ark. It would be a shame to simply leave.

As the members of Midnight Tea Party quietly waited in the distance, one monster after another emerged from inside the Fallen Ark. The weakest were High Grand Lords, with the rest being predominantly Mythic monsters, numbering over twenty.

"Guild Leader, look! They seem to have discovered something," the ranger An Shang suddenly whispered.

Following An Shang's gaze, they saw a Mythic monster not far from the withered forest seemingly sniffing at something. A roar followed, and all the monsters converged towards that spot, causing the members of Midnight Tea Party to tense up.

"Have we been discovered?" Yun Zhongsha asked nervously.

She couldn't help but feel anxious. If these monsters discovered them, they would have no chance of survival.

"That shouldn't be the case. That direction seems to be where Hei Yan returned from. He must have set up the lure magic array there," Wei Yang Qianhen explained calmly.

As Wei Yang Qianhen spoke, the abyss monsters emerging from the Fallen Ark flew off into the distance one by one, quickly disappearing from the sight of the Midnight Tea Party members.

"They're gone?" Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

As the abyss monsters moved away from the Fallen Ark, Shi Feng led the Zero Wing members towards the inner area of the Fallen Ark.

Having finally come to the Fallen Ark, they naturally wouldn't just grab some items from the armory and leave.

The truly valuable items of the Fallen Ark were all in the inner area.

However, the Fallen Ark was filled with traps and formations. Even if they were disarmed, they would automatically regenerate after a period of time. Furthermore, after the system update, the trap formations had become even more difficult to disarm, slowing Shi Feng and the others to a crawl.
