Chapter 542 – Moon Aiko meets powerful Beasts!

-500M HP

'Fuck! I just healed it!' Moon Aiko cursed inside her mind, but she couldn't think as those sharp claws were trying to grab her.

Moon Aiko used her speed to barely dodge it.

-100M HP

"???" Moon Aiko was flabbergasted that a simple graze was able to deal so much damage to her.

She could hear the Beast cry outside; they were probably caught in that shock wave, too.

Moon Aiko's mind wandered. She was ready to use those [Jaws of ####] to escape when the claws suddenly paused.

Her [Moon's Crust] was pretty much completely obliterated, so there was no way that these claws would just stop.

Using her eyes, she noticed a huge Fire Bird beating the small Fire Bird.

"You brat! I will give you a beating for this!" The Fire Bird Queen already knew what happened from the other Beasts.

She was always one to listen, but she didn't expect her daughter to be so ungrateful.

"Hmpf." The Fire Bird Queen snorted before gently grabbing the Fox from within the ruined Moon, placing her onto the tree gently.

She then absorbed her flames so that they wouldn't do any more damage to the surrounding area.

"I will deal with you later!" The Fire Bird Queen glared at her daughter before transforming into a Human Form.

She was a gorgeous woman with a blazing dress and a few feathers on her head.

Her body was well-proportioned, but she had wide hips and long, thick legs.

Moon Aiko observed her closely, ready to run away if something seemed off.

"I'm sorry." Before Aiko could react, that strange Fire Bird hugged her.

"You seem hurt, our land has some nice ponds so you can pick one for yourself." It was so odd for Aiko to see her like this.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt you." The Fire Bird Queen said awkwardly. She rushed over since her daughter used a death cry, signifying she was dying.

She didn't see her daughter for a whole year, so she was pretty worked up over that signal.

"I'm already hurt." Moon Aiko said blankly, her brain slowly catching up with this abnormality.

"I'm sorry..." The Fire Bird Queen apologised again. "I will invite you to the ponds a bit later once I scold my daughter."

She used one of her feathers as bedding before placing Aiko on it.

She then transformed into her Beast Form and cried out.

The whole Nightmare Forest shook and Beasts with unimaginable strength rushed over.

"I told you I would invite you to our healing ponds. You can pick one for yourself." The Fire Bird Queen took the initiative, but others disagreed with her.

"She recovered our daughters. While their energies are not yet stable, there is no trace of any Bewitching Powder on their bodies, so this Foxy must've helped them. Just taking her to your healing ponds is not a good idea." The Nightmare Owl shook his head.

"Not only should we take her to our Primaeval Pond and offer her one favour." The Nightmare Owl snorted. He was quite upset that this beauty was almost scammed by that prideful bird.

"And who will convince-" The Fire Bird Queen was startled that he said that.

"I agree." The Earthen Elephant towered above everyone, but his muscles were exceptionally beautiful; even Aiko was considering trying them herself.

"See?" The Nightmare Owl smirked. "You will tank a few hits while I will do my things with feathers."

"Sure." The Earthen Elephant was down, since his Beast Clan didn't have any healing ponds that could allow him to get rid of the Bewitching powder.

"If I may also ask for a favour, could you remove the Bewitching Powder from my territory?" He was a huge guy, towering at 2.5 metres.

In comparison, Aiko was tiny in front of him, but there was something cute about this guy. He looked like a soft teddy at the moment.

"I would need to heal first." Moon Aiko didn't reject immediately since it didn't seem like these Beasts held any hostile intentions towards her.

Her [Intention Perception] also only warned her about the Nightmare Owl, but not about the Earthen Elephant, so she was more inclined to help him.

"Sure." The Earthen Elephant readily agreed, since he noticed how badly she was beaten.

"You must've suffered trying to rescue our younglings." The Earthen Elephant sighed, but Moon Aiko just wordlessly gazed at the Fire Bird Queen.

The Fire Bird Queen awkwardly looked away.

"No wonder you are trying to heal her with your ponds." The Nightmare Owl clicked his tongue. "I can't believe you would beat your benefactor."

"It was not my fault!" The Fire Bird Queen yelped. "My damned brat caused this."

"And who taught that brat?" The Holy Deer asked gently. His handsomeness was on par with immortals, given his unique aura and temperament.

"Ugh..." The Fire Bird Queen couldn't retort anything.

"If you are missing partners, do give my son a try later." The Holy Deer spoke gently and without prideful or pressuring air. He was trying to genuinely repay this small saviour.

"I will pass on that." Moon Aiko said stiffly.

"I understand..." The Holy Deer nodded his head gently. "While my daughter was soiled, she is still a one out of a million beauty. Once she grows, you can think about my suggestion again." He said gently.

"Dad!" The small Holy Deer yelped. While this Foxy was beautiful, there was still some apprehension due to her captors.

"You won't ever find such a beautiful bride." The Holy Deer narrowed his eyes as they shined in strange light. It was obvious that he could see Foxy's true beauty, and even he was mesmerised.

If he wasn't over 8,000 years old, he would definitely shoot his shot like that shameless Owl.

"Ugh..." The small Holy Deer was embarrassed, but she knew that her dad meant well.

Moon Aiko was quite flabbergasted.

[We have warned you.]

'Shut up.' Moon Aiko puffed her cheeks. How was she supposed to know she would be having these strange suitors?!

Shaking her head gently, she just wanted not to hide her beauty, but how was she supposed to know this would happen?!

The Beasts bickered for a while, but it was obvious there was an established hierarchy.

These four Beasts seemed like the most powerful out of the bunch.

"Anyway." The Nightmare Owl shrugged. "Let's get going. That old bastard will probably beat us up, so might as well get over with this."

The other Beasts nodded before training their eyes on the Foxy.

"I will take her there, since my body can slowly nurture her wounds." The Holy Deer wanted to use this opportunity to grow closer to this Fox and show her that his Beast Clan was the best one.

"She can fly with me." The Nightmare Owl immediately butted in.

"She would just roll down from your unstable back." The Earthen Elephant immediately intercepted this guy.

"Don't even think about it." The Beasts suddenly turned towards the Fire Bird Queen and glared at her.

The Fire Bird Queen coughed awkwardly. She tried to take away the Foxy while those guys were distracted.

"It's my duty to give her one of my ponds to heal her wounds." The Fire Bird Queen puffed up her chest.

"Wounds that wouldn't be there if your pride didn't get in the way." The Nightmare Owl snorted at her.

It seemed like they would fight soon, but a gentle Holy Deer stood near the Foxy.

"You can pick one of us. In terms of healing, I'm the best choice. If you are familiar with Nightmares and Shadows, then this lustful idiot can transport you the fastest. The Earthen Elephant has the best defences, and the Fire Bird can cauterise your wounds, but then they would leave scars." The Holy Deer described them while they glared at him.

He didn't care about those glares, since he knew they couldn't retort his words.

The Holy Deer had quite a nice short fur, so Aiko was more inclined to ride on him.

"Okay." Moon Aiko gently nodded her head as she sat on the Holy Deer.

The Holy Deer immediately stiffened. 'My daughter will miss a lot if she passes on this opportunity.' The Fox's softness was out of this world, making even him jealous.

Fortunately, he was not shameless enough that he would go for someone so much younger than he was.

'Maybe my older daughter?' The Holy Deer weighed pros and cons. It would depend on what this Foxy was seeking in her partners.

Slowly getting up, the others smirked at him for his shaky demeanour.

"We will arrive at our destination within a month." The Holy Deer would keep a certain speed that would allow them to travel fast without hurting or burdening the Foxy.

That way, she would be more and more impressed with his Beast Clan!
