The following is a report on the incident caused by player Chai [shielded] (ID: Feichai Shu) in the tenth round of the Peak Brawl S3 elimination round held in the early hours of April 8.
This report will state the course of events and some related follow-up developments.

[File: Code name "fCs0408"]
This video file is taken from the match between [Feichai Alliance] and [Hyotei] in the tenth round of S3.
In the "Vice General Battle" between the two teams, player Chai, playing the role [Feichai Shu], used an item called [Magical Moon Prism] (item serial number: n1z1d4L3, which has now been isolated from the database) to instantly change the appearance of his character.
As shown in the video, when the item's effect was activated, a set of BGM code was initiated, and the effect of "forcing units receiving its visual signals to stop and watch" was activated.
The entire transformation process lasted 45 seconds. During this time, [Feichai Shu]'s body was constantly covered by a colored energy similar to optical camouflage. No matter from which angle it was observed, it would appear as a white reflector, constantly flashing and refracting pink, blue, and yellow streamers.
About 14 seconds after the change began, the [Magical Moon Prism] was equipped on [Feichai Shu]'s chest after spinning for several weeks.
At 20 seconds, an image of a pair of white wings flashed behind [Feichai Shu] and immediately turned into feathers and scattered.
At 22 seconds, pink silk-like molecules blooming from the [Magical Moon Prism] quickly wrapped around his upper body, and after a flash of light, transformed into a form-fitting outfit similar to a 1990s-style women's sailor uniform.
Around 26 seconds, a pair of white long gloves was equipped on [Feichai Shu]'s hands in a similar manner.
At 31 seconds, according to the same principle, a pair of red high-heeled boots and a blue pleated mini-skirt appeared.
At 40 seconds, a golden head ornament appeared on [Feichai Shu]'s forehead, and his hairstyle also changed into a very exaggerated (nearly three meters wide when spread to both sides) double ponytail as the light faded.
While the above changes were taking place, [Feichai Shu] continuously used a movement that was a cross between gymnastics, dance, and ice ballet to guide the transformation, and finally struck a pose with his legs apart (feet slightly wider than shoulder-width), right hand on his hip, and left hand extended with three fingers (thumb, index finger, and middle finger) and the back of his hand against his forehead.

[Additional information: In our communication with the person involved afterwards, he firmly claimed that all these actions and poses were caused by the item's effects and were not his own will—the relevant situation is still being verified.]
After this set of "transformations" ended, player Jin (ID: Atobe-sama), who was competing with [Feichai Shu] in the same match, immediately showed obvious discomfort, and suddenly disconnected his nerve connection about six seconds later.
[Edit point—April 8, 1:40]
[Additional information: Our company attaches great importance to this sudden situation, and immediately contacted Jin himself and the Hyotei Studio to which he belongs, according to the personal information provided by Jin; It has now been confirmed that the person concerned disconnected due to a sudden physical discomfort in reality, and immediately went to a nearby hospital for medical treatment accompanied by his teammates; After diagnosis, Jin was fine and soon returned home from the hospital.]
According to the rules of the competition, this situation is regarded as the player's voluntary abandonment of the game, so it was determined that the [Feichai Alliance] team won the game with a total score of three to one, and [Hyotei] was eliminated.
[Edit point—April 8, 12:00]
As of noon on the 8th, our company had received more than forty complaints from non-governmental and official organizations regarding the sudden incident in the early morning (this data is still increasing, and complaints in individual names have been separately archived and counted).

An announcement has now been released on the official website that S3 Round 11 will return at 0:00 on April 13, and the match-ups for Round 11 have been announced.

[Additional information: After the match list was announced, the captain and all members of the "Brothers United" team immediately contacted our customer service to request a waiver (see audio file xdL0412—“We are just casual players and don’t plan to risk our lives”); After repeatedly confirming their intentions, their request has now been approved.]

Final (tentative) processing results and related follow-up—
After discussing with player Chai, the other party agreed to remove the item [Magical Moon Prism] from his character; Chai promised that he would not use similar methods in the future, and our company also promised to strictly investigate the database and prevent similar items from entering the market again.
Hyotei Studio has announced through their official website that they have no objection to the results of the tenth round (player Jin also stated his views on social platforms a few days ago, saying that he was quite familiar with the members of the [Feichai Alliance] team and did not believe that the other party used unfair means beyond the rules of the game).
After the processing results were made public, most players were appeased and did not file secondary complaints.
Regarding the handling of complaints from organizations, the Board of Directors has taken full responsibility, please see the file for relevant content—[Deleted].
