Chapter 339 South Park Arc (7)

Chapter 16 The B—— Doing?
When Randy ran back to the bus, his wife started yelling, "What the [BEEP] do you think you're doing?"

Randy, panting, replied earnestly, "I got a good shot, honey."

Before he finished speaking, the entire bus shook violently, apparently because the two giant guinea pigs clinging to the roof had lost patience.

Ta-ta-ta...

The sound of a submachine gun firing rang out. This time, Feng Bujue pulled out his Miss Moxxi's Bad Touch to shoot.

Before the first burst of bullets was finished, the gun's fire attribute was triggered, igniting the brownish-yellow guinea pig. The monster immediately scrambled off the bus roof and rolled around on the street, trying to extinguish the flames on its back.

"As expected... something from outside this world can have some effect on the guinea pigs." Feng Bujue muttered, then summoned the Death Poker. He spread the light cards in his hand, and a five-card flush flew out.

This psychic weapon could automatically track targets, and now that Feng Bujue possessed Soul Power, he could precisely control where the light cards struck.

With a hissing, tearing sound, the Death Poker plunged into the other guinea pig's eye. The monster, hit, ran off to the side in pain, away from the bus.

Seeing that this method worked, Feng Bujue felt a surge of hope. At least he had found a way to repel these monsters without expending too much energy.

"Is everyone okay?" Feng Bujue rushed onto the bus, looking at the family of three and asking. Without waiting for a reply, he immediately added, "Let's get out of here, follow me."

The three didn't waste any time. Seeing that the monsters had temporarily stopped attacking, they quickly followed Brother Jue off the bus.

Led by Feng Bujue, the four of them ran towards the shopping center.

"Where are we going?" Randy asked, following behind, still filming and commentating with his portable camera.

"Shopping center," Feng Bujue replied.

"Why there?" Randy asked again.

"Because the walls there are thick, and there are enough supplies inside to ensure the survivors can live," Feng Bujue replied. Naturally, he couldn't answer... because the mission I received requires me to take you there.

"Oh, right! We should be able to meet other survivors there, maybe someone will know what's going on," Randy added.

Feng Bujue didn't respond, because he knew very well what was going on. This disaster would last at least one whole night, and the person who would end the disaster would defeat the leader of these monsters at dawn, namely, the Minister of National Security.

As long as he waited until tomorrow morning, the monster who had transformed into a human would be exposed, and the detained Peruvian panpipe band would be released, resolving the crisis.

In other words, this solo Nightmare scenario would last at least ten more hours...

...

At the same time, in the jungles of Peru.

The mustached man and the tall man were leading the way with a map, and five children were following behind them.

"I don't get it, Remsky, there's no marking of this place on the map at all," the tall man at the front said, looking at the map. It turned out that the mustached pilot's name was Remsky.

"The whole valley is strange," Remsky replied, looking uneasy. "Look... the fruits here are so big..."

No wonder he was a little apprehensive. The only things with normal sizes in this place were the trees; everything else was astonishingly large.

On the damp grass, there were giant apples as tall as people; on the high vines, there were peaches the size of water tanks; they could even vaguely see spiderwebs as large as football fields in the distant forest, spread diagonally in the air...

"Hey, look at this," the tall man shouted.

Pushing aside the trees ahead, a giant wall appeared.

"This looks like some kind of giant... beehive?" the tall man said.

"My God..." Remsky exclaimed.

Walking closer, they could see that the beehive was incredibly magnificent, its height like a cliff face. Standing under the beehive wall, they couldn't even see the sky when they looked up.

"I say, fellas, what is this place, anyway?" Stan asked, following behind them.

Remsky and the tall co-pilot were clearly stunned by the scene before them. The former stared blankly, his mouth half-open, and replied woodenly, "This seems to be... an unknown realm, a corner forgotten by time... Look, everything here is incredibly large."

Craig began to complain expressionlessly, "That's so exciting..." He paused for a second before continuing, "I followed you guys, and you led me to a giant lost world."

Stan replied unhappily, "Craig, it's not our fault! Stop talking like we did it on purpose, we had no choice."

Kyle echoed, "Yeah, it just happened."

"It just happened?" Craig repeated in a flat tone.

"Yeah!" Kyle replied, frowning.

"And what happened is... you were sent by the government to raid Lima, but ended up in a lost realm," Craig added.

"That's right," Cartman also said.

"Do you know what most kids have to deal with?" Craig complained, using examples, "Falling off a bike, arguing with their parents, and having their birthday money stolen..."

Remsky interrupted the children's conversation, "No matter where we are, I suggest we keep moving forward, I just feel like something's..."

Suddenly, Kenny ran forward, pointed behind the two pilots, and shouted in his garbled voice that no one could understand, "Hey! Watch out!"

His warning was a little late. In that instant, two large globs of viscous yellow substance fell from the sky, drenching Remsky and the tall man. Then, giant tentacles emerging from the beehive wall quickly dismembered the two and dragged them into the hive.

Watching the severed limbs fall to the ground, the children screamed and ran into the forest behind them...

The five ran in panic, not knowing how long they ran, until they were tired and stopped. After catching their breath, none of them could find the way back.

But sitting and waiting for death was definitely not an option, and besides, children had plenty of energy and didn't need to rest for long. Therefore, they quickly embarked on a new journey of exploration.

The surrounding forest was darker and denser than before, and the moonlight was no longer enough for them to see the road ahead. But the kids were quite capable. They worked together to make a torch, which Stan held, leading the group forward.

Truth be told... they didn't even know where they were going.

"I think we're going deeper and deeper into the mountains," Kyle said, looking around after walking for about half an hour.

"Maybe we should try that direction," Cartman suggested, pointing in a random direction.

Kenny seemed a little angry and frustrated, and said in his mumbling voice, "I think we're doomed."

At this moment, Kyle suddenly saw something and shouted, pointing to the right of the group, "Hey! Look over there!"

The others turned their heads when they heard the sound, and saw... a large shadow tens of meters away, next to a patch of overgrown wetlands. Looking closer, it turned out to be a stone building.

The building looked like the entrance to some kind of ruin, made of large stones, only about three meters high, and trapezoidal in shape. There was a door on the front, and on either side of the entrance stood a stone totem statue, its meaning unknown.

"What is that?" Cartman asked.

"I don't know, it looks pretty old," Kyle replied.

Stan then added, "Let's go inside and take a look."

This sentence undoubtedly triggered Craig's complaint again. He said coldly, "Go inside and take a look..." He paused for a moment, "That's why... you guys ended up in this situation. Because when you guys see a gloomy old ruin, you'll casually say 'Let's go inside and take a look'."

"This could be a way out, Craig!" Stan said loudly.

Cartman also said, "That's right, you whiner."

A few minutes later, the five had entered one after another, holding torches.

The interior of the ruins was very well preserved. The statues and murals had not been damaged, and the floor inside was also paved with stones, with strange patterns carved on them.

"Wow, I bet no one's discovered this place for centuries," Kyle said, looking around in amazement.

"Yeah, totally," Kenny said.

"Hey, guys, come look at this," Stan, holding the torch, shouted in front of a mural, he must have discovered something.

The kids gathered around one after another, standing under a wall.

"These are ancient murals, right?" Stan said, looking at the wall.

"Look! It's a panpipe band!" Kyle said, pointing to the first picture on the wall.

The picture depicted four people holding instruments and playing.

"I know, look there!" Stan said, pointing to the second picture next to it.

That picture showed four small people holding instruments, and two giant guinea pigs. Many wavy lines were drawn next to the small people, and the guinea pigs seemed to be fleeing from those waves.

"It seems to be saying... panpipe music can drive away guinea pigs?" Stan muttered in disbelief.

"Oh! No way! Look at that!" Kyle discovered something else on the mural, pointing to the other side.

The third picture showed the panpipe band from the first picture, but there was also a cage drawn outside the band.

"The panpipe band is imprisoned!" Kyle said, "Just like what's happening in the outside world."

Stan's torch slowly moved to the fourth picture, "Then... the guinea pigs start devouring humans..."

That fourth picture depicted guinea pigs attacking humans and destroying houses.

"And finally..." the group muttered, shifting their gaze to the last picture.

Seconds of silence descended.

The four protagonists were all staring at the picture in astonishment.

Cartman was the first to speak, "Brothers! That's Craig!"

Craig didn't really want to bother with these four jerks, so he was sulking in the shadows at the back. Unexpectedly, he suddenly heard his name.

"Huh?" Craig was stunned for a moment, then quickly walked over.

He pushed aside the four and squeezed to the front, seeing the last mural.

That picture showed a small person who looked exactly like Craig, like a god, emitting light all over his body, and holding a spear, aimed at a giant guinea pig with a strange appearance.

"Holy crap... that's really Craig!" Kyle exclaimed.

Even the usually calm Craig was a little at a loss. He just stared in amazement at the mural in the ruins, which was left behind hundreds or thousands of years ago.

"Dude, what the hell is going on?" Cartman asked.

"I don't know," Craig replied truthfully.

"Your image is carved on the walls of ancient Inca civilization, don't you have anything to explain?" Cartman added.

"No..."

...

On the other side, in the office of the Minister of National Security at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

"According to the latest report, the guinea pig crisis in the United States and Canada is further deteriorating," a staff member reported, holding a form. "Messages from Europe and China say... the casualties are already in the tens of thousands."

The Minister of National Security was still striking his Ikari Gendo pose, sitting there and saying, "So... how's the situation being controlled?"

"It's terrible, sir," the staff member replied. "At the moment, it seems we can't stop these monsters at all, the situation is completely out of control..."

"Oh ha ha ha... ah ha ha ha..." The Minister of National Security made claw-like gestures with his hands, raised his arms and stood up straight, laughing wildly at the sky.

"Uh... sir?" Everyone else in the office looked at him in shock.

"Um..." The Minister of National Security sat back in his chair, restraining his laughter. "Oh, sorry, I just happened to think of a very funny joke."

The idiots in front of the desk, whose IQs were offline, believed it after a few seconds...

"Oh, haha, is that so," they responded.

The Minister of National Security then changed the subject, "Alright, back to business." He ordered, "Prepare a private plane for me, I'm going to Machu Picchu (Peruvian Inca ruins)."

"Huh? Machu Picchu?" A soldier said, somewhat puzzled.

"Yes, send me to Machu Picchu immediately! Are you deaf?" The Minister of National Security shouted sternly.

A staff member in a blue suit next to him asked, "But... sir, what's the point of going to Machu Picchu?"

"Who's in charge here!" The Minister of National Security roared, "Here... is it, still me in charge!"

The crowd looked at each other in surprise, but no one refuted him...

...

After consuming most of his poker cards along the way, Feng Bujue finally brought Stan's parents and sister to the parking lot in front of the shopping center.

But the shopping center's electronic roller shutters had all been lowered at this time, apparently the people hiding inside had closed the entrance.

"Are there any other entrances to this place?" Feng Bujue asked as he ran. "Like a back door, side door, underground entrance, something like that." He couldn't break in through the door, because that would be the same as letting the monsters in.

"Yes, but the back door is far from here, it's about three streets away," Sharon replied.

Feng Bujue raised his eyes and looked at the surrounding situation, it wasn't optimistic... there were quite a few guinea pigs nearby, five or six within sight. And choosing to detour here would likely attract more of the surrounding monsters to the walls of the shopping center.

"There's no other way, let's go to the roof," Feng Bujue said, swallowing a bottle of survival value replenishment, bringing his survival value back to about 65%. Immediately afterwards, he activated Spiritual Consciousness Gathering Technique.

Without explaining further, he grabbed Randy with one hand and started running forward.

The shopping center was a five-story building, but its floor height was definitely higher than a typical apartment building, the roof was more than ten meters above the ground.

But Feng Bujue was very confident about this. After a running start, he leaped up, stepping on a few extremely shallow window ledges and protrusions on the outer wall, using his hands and feet to repeatedly borrow strength, and quickly climbed up with Randy.

Randy screamed incessantly the whole way, but after reaching the roof and standing firm, he immediately commented to the camera, "Oh! God, [BEEP] brought me up here, hey, buddy, wave to the camera, would you?"

Feng Bujue was too lazy to pay attention to him, he quickly threw down his backpack, supported himself with one arm, and flipped back off the roof.

He used the web-shooters on his right hand to caress the outer wall, coordinated with a unique posture, slid down the vertical wall, and suffered almost no fall damage when he landed.

"Quick! Quick! Quick!" Feng Bujue ran and shouted at Sharon and Shelly, the mother and daughter who looked terrified, because a guinea pig was approaching behind them.

"Ah--" Sharon also realized the situation, she screamed and pulled her daughter forward to run.

Feng Bujue knew that he had to take the two of them up at once, otherwise the one left on the ground would die.

The side quest was for him to bring Stan's parents and sister all to the shopping center, obviously not one could be missing, otherwise the mission would have been declared complete when Randy was brought to the roof.

If any of these three NPCs died here, then Feng Bujue would have failed completely.

"This is going to kill me..." Feng Bujue sighed.

He put one on each shoulder, and quickly turned around, facing the shopping center.

"It was already troublesome enough carrying one person, I could only use my hands and feet in coordination to climb. And now it's two people..." Feng Bujue thought, "There's only one chance..."

Thinking of this, Brother Jue suddenly exerted force under his feet.

This jump was even more amazing than his previous direct jump to the fourth floor, the ground suddenly cracked when he jumped.

Feng Bujue had already used Soul Power to predict the result of this leap, he knew that sending these two NPCs up was no problem, but himself...

Three seconds later, Feng Bujue, with two people on his shoulders, reached the edge of the roof, but the height was still not enough, and he had nowhere to borrow strength. So, he forcibly used the strength of his arms to throw the two of them up.

As Sharon and Shelly flipped over the edge of the roof and landed, the system prompt sounded: [Side Quest Completed]

"Hahahaha..." Feng Bujue laughed loudly in mid-air.

But at this moment, it was really not the time to be happy. Because he was falling from a height of nearly twenty meters in a free-fall state, and there was also a monster waiting on the ground.
