341 – Engine Failure

"Idiot!"

Morgan's parting yell was an entirely fair reaction, but it wasn't really helpful. Her Hurricane took a little bit to get up to strength; Brandy and Ara were already going over the edge of the hole in the deck. Ara's legs closed around Brandy's torso like a vice, and as the air was squeezed out of her, there was a high-pitched hiss of noise. Holding one arm out, the whole arm was lost in a high-pressure jet of water that raked across the room's wall below. It spun them in the air and with Ara's cock still in her mouth, Brandy span with her, the world becoming a blur.

Even with Ara's attempt to bleed their speed, their landing was the least graceful thing ever. The two of them tumbled into the room below and slammed onto a bed, instantly becoming a tangle of limbs as the occupants didn't quite get out of the way in time.

"Ow, ow, ow, ow, fuck, ow!"

There was a chorus of complaints, and only Ara refrained from swearing up a storm. She should have been; one of her arms was gone from the shoulder down, and some white foamy water was still dripping from the stump. She'd managed to land so her thighs cushioned Brandy's landing while a massive tail flicked from the person trapped under them both, whipping back and forth and smacking Brandy's on the back as its owner tried to dig herself free.

"Disrespect!" Monique yelped, "I'm throwing them in the ocean!"

Well, now Brandy wasn't going to rush to get up. She grabbed the tail and hugged it until Monique's complaints softened to low grumbling.

"Probably for the best, we keep her out the ocean. She'd break it."

"I love my Trainer." Sparky cackled. She was the only one who'd got out of the way in time, legs swinging in the air from her perch above, her discarded web rope already drying up beside her. "Told you we should have kept an eye on her."

"I thought she was too tired to get in trouble," Calcine said, stroking Monique's tail to help calm the Milotic. She was also trapped under Ara, but she'd kept still, taking measured breaths to keep herself calm. "Could you all slide off me, please? Your landing wasn't the best."

"Feels like I fell on a fence post." Ara moaned, "Ow."

"Something like that," Calcine agreed, and Ara pushed herself back, falling heavily on her ass and revealing Calcine's cock at full mast, Monique's hand still gripped around it for support. "You know, if you're going to crash land into a bed, you could have picked a better one."

"Didn't have much choice," Ara muttered, rubbing her back with her remaining arm. "Apologies for the landing; it was not my best first impression."

"What's going on?" Morgan yelled from above, "Did Brandy break all her bones?"

"She nearly broke someone's bone." Sparky snorted. "It's all good! You go back to being a Lapras' lap-ass."

The response was pleasurably muffled, Morgan's face stuffed with something. Sparky and Calcine shared a look.

"Lap-ass?" Calcine mouthed.

"It rhymes, it's funny."

"You know if you'd not webbed out, you'd be crushed here instead of me?"

"Aw! Aw fuck. Brandy, do it again!"

Brandy looked over her shoulder to the hole above. Sparky had flipped to be upside down, hanging off the side of the hole with her head poked into the room, looking at the pile on the bed. Her expression was a picture of mischief, and Brandy laughed despite the pain in her chest.

"You've all got a better sense of humor than me," Monique huffed, still sounding annoyed. "Brandy, I hope you didn't damage yourself."

Brandy gave an unintelligible reply as she slipped from Ara's thighs onto the bed. The world was still spinning, and it didn't help that Calcine's cock was right next to her. She was hard and all shined up with spit. Brandy wanted to do something about that and reached for the dick, but a hand grabbed hers and stopped her.

"I don't think so," Ara chided. "I'm not done with you."

It wasn't just horniness that made her reach out, Brandy needed Calcine's heat right now. Her body was shot, and her Steam Engine was barely spinning in her chest. Raising her arm to reach for Calcine felt like bench pressing a Snorlax. She'd never felt this drained, and it wasn't helped by how her body shook. For the first time in her life, she felt truly cold, which was weird. She tried to call out, but the words stuck in her throat.

"Brandy," Calcine said firmly. "Talk."

Brandy tried, but she couldn't find the energy.

"Aw, dangit." Sparky groaned. "She's out of batteries."

"They did fight half the ocean before Ara turned up," Monique said, the melodic sing-song in her voice back after all that tail rubbing. "Honestly, I'm amazed they have made it this far."

"Our Brandy's special." Calcine smiled, pulling the bed's blankets out from under everyone and holding it up. "Help?"

Monique was put to work helping Calcine turn Brandy into a blanket burrito, and it was a blessed relief when Calcine wrapped herself around the bundle and the heat returned to her.

"Better?"

"Much." Brandy sighed. She still didn't feel good, but she wasn't shaking anymore. "Just need to rest a bit."

"I'm sorry if I made things worse, darling," Ara said, tugging Brandy's cheek. "You certainly gave all you got."

"Oh," Brandy looked to Ara's missing arm. "Is that going to be okay?"

"Ah! Oh, yes. It's fine. Just need to get it wet, watch this, it's quite the show."

Ara pointed her shoulder at the hole in the ceiling. There was a faint hissing noise, and then a jet of water sprayed into the air, a few water droplets spitting out from it, sizzling off Calcine's skin. With a crackling sound, a shape formed in the water, and as the water blast dithered off, Ara pulled out an arm made of pure ice from the stream. It slowly colored itself in with her pale skin, her nails taking on a dark blue shine, and when Ara finally stretched it out and flexed her fingers, Brandy couldn't even tell it was ice. It looked so real.

"Had to use the arm up for a quick emergency stop. Brine is such a useful Move. I hope it's still in fashion."

Brandy had read that Chimeric Pokémon were made up of parts, but she hadn't expected it to be that literal. If Ara had ice limbs, how much of her was actually real?

"Water Jets," Monique added, mistaking Brandy's thoughtful look for confusion about how the Brine Move worked. "The water is salty, so don't swallow it."

"The youth are brilliant," Ara said, patting Monique on the head. The Milotic actually blushed, flicking back her ponytails with a pleased smile. After a few strokes, Ara turned to look around the room, her cascading blue hair swishing behind her. "I had a toy when I fell in here. Where did it go?"

"It's not a toy," Sparky called from above. "Put respect on the Brandy dick!"

"Awful name for something so well made." Ara tutted, "And I'm the one who lacks respect?"

Sparky's exasperated gasps brought a smile to Brandy's face. It wasn't often the Bug got caught out, but Ara seemed to have her number. It was so disappointing her body had crashed out; Brandy knew if she'd been fresh, she could have taken Ara. Calcine's strong arms around her, hugging her in her blanket fortress, was breathing life back into her, but again, she had that strange feeling crawling over her skin as her Steam Engine chugged along. Like she was keeping herself going with energy drinks and pure stubbornness.

Ugh. Brandy had so much left to do. Danièle deserved a reward; she had to decide who she'd want to bond with, everyone she'd met, and Ara hadn't even gotten laid. It felt wrong that she could go so long sleeping on the ocean floor and the first woman she met couldn't perform. Then, they had to find Shay for Professor Joan. When they got to Spikemuth, they had to go to the Gym. Maple deserved a date or something and, and, and-

Brandy was getting so worked up stewing over everything she had to do she didn't even notice Ara standing over her. The curvy Arctovish looked at her with a hand on her hip and a disapproving nod.

"Sorry," Brandy mumbled. "I got tired."

"Shush." Ara reached over her newly formed arm, putting her palm on Brandy's forehead. The cool of it seeped in, calming Brandy's thoughts and letting her relax her muscles. "Is she always like this?"

"Raring to go?" Calcine smiled. "Brandy has the fire in her; when she sees a Pokémon in need, she's non-stop. We love her for it."

"I know the type." Ara rubbed her hand along Brandy's forehead. The blissful chill of it had Brandy in a fog, her worries melting away with every stroke. "I wanted to meet the ladies who fought the ocean. But first, as thanks for waking me up, I'd like to do something for her."

"Go right ahead." Calcine said, "Long as it doesn't take her out of my arms. She needs this hug."

"She needs much more than that, but it's a good start. Hold her tight." Ara's fingers traced Brandy's neck, and the soothing sensation sent her spiraling off. Her eyes closed, and as the sound of her engine died out, her head fell back, and the softness of Calcine's chest took her away.
