Since the publication of *Mortal's Journey*, the book review competition has been held for eight sessions, producing many talented book reviewers who have added the finishing touch to *Mortal's Journey*. It is because of the many wonderful book reviews that *Mortal's Journey* has been a success. It is with the company of the book fans that Wang Yu has been writing diligently for a whole decade. It is because of your vigil that *Mortal's Journey* can continue its destiny... After nearly a month of preparation, with the joint efforts of the deputy editor team and many book friends, the ninth book review competition is finally launched. After careful consideration by all parties, this book review competition is named "Dreams Never Die" Cup, in order to thank the "Dreams Never Die" leader for his long-term support for *Mortal's Journey* and Wang Yu, and also to hope that all Mortal fans can have "Dreams Never Die"!!!

Moreover, in this book review competition, we will innovate again and implement the "competition within a competition" 1+1 competition system. The so-called "competition within a competition" is to hold appraisals of the participating players' works simultaneously with the book review competition, predict the top ten rankings, and select excellent appreciation articles and the most accurate ranking predictions for rewards. The Mortal deputy editor team has always believed that the development of a healthy and good book review area cannot be separated from the joint promotion of book reviewers and ordinary readers. For book reviewers, it is gratifying to have someone comment on their book reviews, whether praise or criticism. At the same time, the corrections or suggestions from book friends encourage the book reviewers to recreate, and the book reviewers' masterpieces arouse the interest of book friends. The two develop cyclically and progress together. This is the starting point of our innovation, and we hope that there will be more "re-appreciations" in the book review area in the future!

The rules of the Ninth Mortal Book Review Competition are as follows:

1. Competition Content

1)

a Book reviews on *Mortal's Journey* and *Mortal's Journey: Immortal World*, such as fan fiction, parodies, commentaries, predictions, etc.

b Creative works of unlimited genres on topics related to *Mortal's Journey*, such as statistics and analysis of various big data; *Mortal's Journey* jokes, etc.

2) Submissions must be original works, and plagiarism, adaptation, or submission of previously published works are not allowed.

2. How to Participate

Participants need to post their book reviews in the starting book review area of *Mortal's Journey: Immortal World*, the QQ reading Immortal World book review area, the Mortal's Journey bar, and the Mortal Immortal World App book review section.

3. Evaluation Method

The evaluation of this book review competition consists of three parts: collection by the organizing committee, expert selection, and Wang Yu's comments;

????After the start of the book review competition, the organizing committee will collect the participating posts through various channels.

????2) Expert Selection

????Expert judges will select the top ten (without specific ranking) based on literary talent, wonderful plot, number of likes and replies to the book reviews, and compliance with the rules for the shortlisted list! And the expert judging panel will select the eleventh to twentieth place! (Without specific ranking)

????The expert judging panel for this time includes: Zuchuan Badai Lao Zhongyi, Mingzi Henlan, You Huang You Shou, Shiqida Shao, Lengxue Dongwu (in no particular order)

???3) Wang Yu's Comments

????The top 10 selected by the expert judges will be sent to Wang Yu, and Wang Yu will finally select the top 5 of this book review competition and comment on each post.

4) Result Announcement

The review results will be announced at the top of the Immortal World book review area, the Immortal World app client, the Mortal bar, and the Baidu public account.

Submissions will be accepted from the date of posting until 10:00 pm on April 20th.
