Bai Qi raised an eyebrow and asked, "What do you mean by that?"

After a few seconds of silence as they looked at each other, Luther spoke again, "Do you have anything else? If not, please leave. As you can see, before the plan begins, I still need to play my role with all my heart."
As he spoke, he picked up a stack of documents from the table and waved it.
"Nothing more. I hope you survive."

After leaving Luther's building, Bai Qi immediately rushed to the strongholds of other resistance forces.
Indeed, after conversing with more resistance leaders, Bai Qi discovered that Clark's plan was not a spur-of-the-moment idea. After all, as leaders, they could have remained in the rear, watching their subordinates charge into battle. Yet, they were willing to step forward and lead the charge into the face of death, which was truly rare.
For these valiant warriors, Bai Qi was not stingy. He left the Dragon-Patterned Lamp Ring with several major resistance armies, giving them the power to fight against the Parademons.
With this done, the work on Earth was essentially complete. After a brief rest, Bai Qi left Earth and headed for the depths of the universe.
