"Hahaha!"
Mokar Roger raised the Golden Seal and let out a maniacal laugh.
The red-haired woman, Mokar Lena, standing not far away, immediately sensed something was wrong.
Her brother had always been a calm and composed exorcist, how could he lose control and make such a scene, it was simply out of character for him.
Lena had a bad feeling in her heart.
As a member of the Freemasonry, the Jon Clan on the land of America was even one of its founders.
They led a portion of the early responsibilities of the Freemasonry, thus their power in America was considerable.
Otherwise, it would be impossible for them to secretly create such a big stir under New York City.
However, within the Freemasonry, it's not just the Jon Clan dominating, they use demon power to constantly insert their people into the entertainment circle.
Attempting to control the discourse of the online media naturally caused dissatisfaction among other forces.
Freemasonry, as the group of people holding the world's top resources and intelligence, knows more secrets beyond 90%.
Apart from the difficulty of infiltrating the East Asian Continent, shadows of Freemasonry are present in other continents.
Summoning demons to the Human World is not really a secret to these North America old money families.
Otherwise, why would countless American cults have been born over the centuries?
One only needs to keep this secret away from public view, without letting the people in the church find out.
Because Freemasonry and the church have always been incompatible in this aspect; the church, guided by faith in God, cannot tolerate demons rampaging in the Human World.
Once traces of demons are found, priests are inevitably sent for exorcism.
Therefore, preserving secrets is the unspoken understanding among Freemasonry members.
But the problem is, even if others summon demons, they only bring in some ineffectual guys from Hell, who can only lend minor help.
However, the demon summoned by the Jon Clan into the Human World back then was truly significant.
Even a small fraction of Asmodeus's avatar was enough to greatly benefit the Jon Clan.
This invisibly drew a lot of dissatisfaction and jealousy from others.
Not long ago, the Mokar Brothers and Sisters received an extraordinarily lucrative exorcism task from a mysterious tycoon.
The two only needed to steal an item named 'Golden Seal' from a beach nightclub to receive a reward of 5 million US Dollars.
No exorcist could resist such a colossal temptation, thus explaining the Mokar Brothers and Sisters' presence here tonight.
"Brother, quickly put away the Golden Seal!" Lena shouted anxiously.
The mysterious tycoon once warned them that a very evil power was hidden within the Golden Seal.
Humans must not have physical contact with it, otherwise, they would become slaves to Asmodeus.
But Mokar Roger clearly ignored this matter; the moment he touched the Golden Seal, misfortune was destined to befall.
"Lena! This is my power, I am born to control this power, with the Golden Seal, I can establish a kingdom for our Gypsies in North America! We will no longer need to roam!"
Mokar Roger laughed excitedly.
He did not notice at all that black veins silently emerged around his eyes, beginning to cover his eye sockets.
This was evidence of infection by demon power.
"Brother, quickly throw away the Golden Seal, leave now!" Lena's expression grew more anxious, eagerly shouting.
As an observer who hadn't come into contact with the Golden Seal, she naturally could see that Roger was experiencing some kind of problem.
If allowed to continue holding the Golden Seal, there might be a danger to his life.
Before Lena could jump in to seize the Golden Seal from her brother's hand, she saw the skeleton sitting on the ground suddenly stand up.
A cold, chilling aura instantly swept the surroundings, even Sun Yan and Roken, hiding in the shadows afar, couldn't help but shiver.
"Il. Jon, that ignorant fool, has sent more people to try and eliminate me, hasn't he? You are seeking your own doom."
The skeleton with three heads raised the rusty spear in its hand, emitting a terrifying sound.
Its teeth would continuously grind as it spoke, and flickers of ghostly blue flame erupted from its eye sockets.
This skeleton, seemingly dead before, came back to life at this moment.
Standing by the side of the pit, Lena felt an uncontrollable desire surge in her heart, looking at the Golden Seal in her brother's hands, she felt a trace of greed.
Even the thought of killing Roger to seize the Golden Seal appeared in her mind at this moment.
Lena quickly shook her head, dispelling the crazy idea from her mind.
This was the power of the Demon God of Desire, Asmodeus!
"It's here." Roken tightly clenched the revolver in his hand, his mood extremely tense.
Unlike the enemies he had encountered and dealt with before, this time was truly a Demon God from Hell.
Roken even began doubting himself inwardly; can humans really defeat a Demon God?
On the contrary, Sun Yan beside him maintained a calm expression, his eyes glinting as he stared at Asmodeus.
No one knew when, but Sun Yan had donned the Nuo Mask of the Mountain-Opening Fierce General on his face and even the General Sun Mask on the back of his head.
In his left hand, he held a Golden Halberd, and in his right, he clenched three sticks of incense and a lighter, ready for a battle with Asmodeus.
Both the Mountain-Opening Fierce General and General Sun were known as Evil Gods famous for vanquishing demons and spirits.
Today, Sun Yan was determined to see whether Asmodeus was more powerful or if his two Evil Gods were stronger.
"Go kill her. Do you wish for this powerful force to be coveted by others? Alive, she will only think of taking away the Golden Seal, taking away your power. Only the victor can possess the Golden Seal."
Asmodeus whispered enticingly into Roger's ear, all three of its heads simultaneously voicing their seductive low whispers.
Demons are best at seducing human hearts, corrupting their will and inner selves, driving them to madness.
Asmodeus's words immediately made Roger's expression tense.
He clutched the Golden Seal tightly, muttering frantically, "No! No one can take the Golden Seal from me. It's mine, this power is mine!"
"Then go kill them. No one but you should know you have obtained the Golden Seal." Asmodeus continued to entice.
"Kill them! Kill them all!"
Roger looked at his sister with blood-red eyes and then charged at Lina without hesitation.
"Brother, wake up!"
Seeing Roger in such a chaotic state, Lina anxiously shouted.
But it was clear that the demon's power wasn't something mere words could reclaim; Roger's mind was already completely polluted by the power of the Golden Seal.
Seduced by Asmodeus, he couldn't hear anyone else's voice anymore.
Seeing Roger getting closer, stepping into the area covered by the statue's fiery glow on the ground.
Flames immediately ignited on Roger's soles, burning his shoes and pants into ashes.
The statue worshiped by the Mokar Brothers and Sisters spewed flames capable of purifying all evil, harmless to ordinary people.
But should any demon come into contact, they'd suffer burns far more powerful than ordinary fire.
The Cambyon before were a vivid example.
Now that Roger suffered harm from the flames, it signaled that his body had already been possessed by a demon, gradually ceasing to belong to a normal human.
"Mere flames."
Roger sneered, and his body began to swell at that moment.
His limbs bulged with muscles, sprouting a cow's head and a sheep's head on either side of his neck.
At the same time, a pitch-black scorpion tail grew from his back, a symbol of Asmodeus starting to inhabit his body.
Large black scales rapidly grew on Roger's skin, soon isolating all the flames burning on his body.
At this moment, the methods of the Mokar Brothers and Sisters could no longer affect this Demon God.
What awaited them was only death.
"Brother!" Lina stood wide-eyed, never imagining that they only came to steal Asmodeus's Golden Seal.
Unexpected events unfolded like this; Asmodeus's power far exceeded what they imagined before.
As descendants of the Gypsies, they possessed special abilities, having dealt with numerous Evil Spirits and slain demons.
They had powers surpassing many exorcists.
Yet facing Asmodeus, they felt helpless; their proudly-exorcising methods seemed laughable like toys before Asmodeus.
"Sister, we aren't its match. You must run!"
At that moment, a soul identical to Roger's floated out of his body, urgently urging Lina.
This soul was, surprisingly, entangled with many black tendons that relentlessly devoured Roger's soul.
Roger's soul was in immense pain, with soul emergence being one of the Gypsies' abilities.
In life-threatening situations, they could use Soul Emergence to escape death.
But the demon's corrosion was immensely strong; once possessed, it tainted from flesh to soul entirely.
Even Soul Emergence wouldn't help, Roger knowing his life was beyond saving, sought to use his Soul Emergence ability to finally warn his sister to escape.
"None of you can escape. Tasty souls are destined to be my food."
Roger's body let out a monstrous laugh: "Il. Jon has received my help for so many years, and seeing me breaking free of his control, he wants me gone,
foolish humans, thinking they can just send me back to Hell with some exorcists. But they don't know that the more exorcists I consume, the stronger I become,
the Jon Clan's contract of centuries' balance against me won't last much longer. My people have long entrenched themselves in every aspect of this country. When the contract fails, I will fully descend into the Human World!"
'Roger' smiled evilly as he reached for Lina's head.
Lina wanted to run, but for some reason, her legs were stuck still as if hundreds of pounds of iron weights hung upon them, weighing her immobile, only able to watch as Roger's hand got closer.
