He was in deep conversation with Zheng Chenggong.
The other man was Liang Tian, Zheng Chenggong's longtime friend and the boss of New Culture Media Company.

"How did you get into our company?"
Before he could finish, Huang Shanshan interrupted him. "You've been to prison and have a criminal record. How could you get hired by our company?"
